The IPIC Theaters is a nice cinema with a regular concession stand and a bar/food area if you desire. Seats are comfortable enough and do recline some. It is a fairly clean space.

Excellent place to eat, have some drinks with good company over a game of pool and the main attraction see a movie. Watching a film here is amazing experience. You receive a pillow and blanket to use during the movie. Seats recline back and drink holder pops out of the sides of the booth. You just have to see it to believe it.

Clean with the latest technology. Comfortable with polite staff. But with expensive snacks, it is better to go before a movie at the nearest cafe.

We always love coming to IPIC for a movie. The price of the ticket is worth it because Its so much nicer, cleaner and quieter in the theater. Service is always great, food is always good and we love the free popcorn. They changed some of the theaters to make seating more intimate, which we love. We need to start coming here more often.

A very cool place to watch movies. The seats are very comfortable and you have good privacy. The popcorn refills is pretty cool and they bring it to you, in the comfort of your own seat.

Almost the only theater I will go to. Expensive for sure but truly a premium experience. Comfortable chairs, good sound and all seats have a decent screen view. My favorite thing about this place is that its underground and thus there is NO cell service in the theaters! Not sure why people cant put them down in theaters but there is always someone who will take a call if its available. That absolutely ruins the experience for me.

Nice venue not only to watch a movie but for private parties and a place to hang out and drink or even play pool. Very clean theater. Leather reclining seats are comfy and blankets and pillows are provided. FREE POPCORN.Food in the menu are actually not bad. We were concerned about that because a similar theater in Glendale served too salty food. Its just that when food is served, it takes your focus off of the movie. Then you would have to ask, what happened?

Once you experience it, you dont want to go anywhere else. Meals at your seat and the seats recline and are super comfy. Blanket, pillow and free popcorn. Great!

Great place to watch Avengers: End Game

If I had my way, every theatre on the planet would be set up like the iPic. There isnt a bad seat in the house, the lobby and bar resembles a swanky hotel, and the staff is refreshingly friendly. Food and drinks are delivered to your seats and free popcorn is provided for each guest. As someone who is unfailingly chilly in movie theatres, the BEST part of the whole experience was the provided pillow and blanket!! Best. Theatre. Ever!

I think it would not be enough food for guests with large appetites, so that is something to keep in mind. We did move to a different table for dessert, but we were asked if we wanted to move or stay at our table. I would love to go back sometime.

This was my first time here and I will most certainly be back. This theater just ruined it for every other theater. I am officially spoiled and only want to come here now. GREAT for date night. The ambiance was AMAZING. Theres a pool table, a bar, plenty of little tables to chill at and enjoy your company until the movie starts. Everyone was very welcoming and inviting. They bring you complimentary popcorn to you seat... which reclines by the way... also has a small pillow and blanket. I can go on but Im going to end here....Do yourself a favor... GOOOOO!!!!Okay, now Im finished.

IPic has been our go-to date night for several years. I love the entire experience, from the friendly staff at the box office, to the wonderful bartenders, to the amazing waitstaff in the theaters who bring you drinks and foods during the movie. This is just an incredible experience to have, so don’t wait! Go!

Always a great experience with this place. Clean bathrooms, fancy dark ambience of the lounge underground. Food is good, drinks are better. Absolutelyove the seats and cozy blanket. I use to work there back when it was AMC in 2001-2003. Ratatouille flashbacks every visit.

This place is truly by far one of the nicest places to go see a movie! If you are looking for an overall great movie experience I would highly recommend this place! The customer service is amazing and the experience is so cool and different. The seating is very private kinda like your own booth. During the movie, your waitress will come and ask you what you would like to order. They have great food options. We ordered the sliders and pizza and it was very good. I had an overall good experience and the customer service was very good. I have to give this place 5 stars because it was such a great experience!

This has become my girlfriend and Id preferred place to see a movie were excited about. Its a 50 mile drive for us, but we continue to come here because its our favorite of all the luxury theaters. Weve also tried a few of the snacks, and theyre pretty good. Maybe a tad pricey, but youre paying for the experience.

This place is amazing! Complimentary popcorn delivered to the seats. Only negative comment is that the front row pods are pretty close to the screen. But amazing experience from the moment I walked through the door!

This is one of our favorite places to go for a movie, meal and drinks. They do a pretty go job here on most things. Service is friendly but can be understandably slow at the beginning just before the movie starts. In fact, it can take 15 minutes or more to get first service. So my tip is to go to the bar when you first arrive, get your drink there, and then bring it with you into the movie theater. That way, by the time they take your drink order in the theater and the drink arrives, its 30 minutes later and you are ready for your second drink! This is a must.The food is good, some items excellent, but they havent meaningfully changed their menu for a long time. And some they changes for the worse - I used to love the chicken satay as it came with a wonderful creamy dipping sauce, which they replaced with a watery, pungent, rather foul Im guessing fish sauce. It really was a significant downgrade.The wine list by the glass is exceptional. Many of the glasses are wines that no one else will sell for anything less than the bottle, like Provenance Cab; Justin Cab; several other that Ive had there that I was so surprised to see available by the glass.And last, the move experience - just perfect. So comfortable. The only risk is falling asleep you are so comfortable!

This place is wonderful. Just the fact that its under ground is nice because then theres no way a phone is going to go off during your movie. The seats are plush and recline almost all the way back, and just to make you feel extra cozy, each seat has a blanket and pillow for you. You get free small popcorn with your ticket, and if you wanted to try the food, its pretty fantastic as well. The chicken Cesar is my favorite. They have alcohol as well if you want to relax with your movie.The service is great, and they try to be as quiet and discreet as they can when bringing food or drinks out.

I enjoyed it when I was invited to there grand opening years back. Reclining seats (like a 1st class on a flight!) was too comfy to be easily fall asleep... Staffs come to u for food n drink serving. But I wont be paying for so much to be seated for watching/napping a movie?!

Place is great, its the perfect Movie experience. (Except for that couple who wouldnt shut up throughout the entire film). The service is amazong, a little pricy but worth it. Its a shame that because of the price it cant be like the every movie place to go but really cool for a special occasion. When you go the first time you get free candy, and if you get the premium plus you get unlimited popcorn.Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

Big shout out to iPic and the manager, Kermit. We had an issue with some other guests who were playing on their phones during the movie. We spoke to Kermit and he exercised some of the best guest recovery Ive seen in a very long time -- absolutely salvaged the situation and turned a bad experience into a great one. Hey iPic... hold onto Kermit. Hes a keeper!

I like this place. Big chairs for comfortable 3 hr movie watching. Can order food and drinks. In your seat! No waiting in line for popcorn. You get a complimentary bag of poppity corn. It was great.Could do without the strange vampire nightclub vibe though. But whatever.Still great for movie watching.

Great movie theater with a built in no- cell phone system because its underground. Seats are big and comfy. The food and drinks are good. Everything is a little more expensive, but not as much as you would think, and its worth it.

My go to spot when i want to watch a movie alone. Quieter, less people, and good food and drinks. Wish they had earlier showings for movies though usual time starts is after 12pm unless its a known hit then they do earlier showings for the movie.

Great relaxing chairs. Very fancy movie theater and a fancy place to take a date. Very pricey so only go there on a special ocasion. I believe it was $30 per.movie ticket. Its also very easy to fall asleep there since the chairs recline so make sure you are watching a very exciting movie. Waiters come to your seat and bring you drinks. Definitely a must try experience and hey if you are rich, go as much as you like! :)

Turning to Platinum member with one more ticket, been to IPIC in Seattle, Phoenix and this was my favorite one. Until my last two visits, the problem is with the waitress. Racist,lying. Same situation, had arrived on time(20mins before the movie). She took order and serve for everyone but us. Even when I press the service button, not showing up by 10 or 20 mins. When she was taking the orders seat by seat, skipped me even when we had eye contacts. As I mentioned, this is the second time! Simply amazing. Would definitely not coming back and will report to the corporate.

First time there a few weeks ago. Never got the chance the review, but here it is:Upon parking, I found it quite difficult to find the place. So the theater is nestled in a narrow alley. It took me off-guard but only for a little while. Entering the theater I was surprised at how dark the lighting was.Best way I can describe IPic is that this is some bourgeois-type place. Seating is expensive yet somehow worth it. Nice recline with pillows and blanket. Though, the table was a tad too small. Could barely eat my meal (which was delicious but not gourmet). They offer free candy to anyone coming for the first time which was nice.I do want to come back, but it has to be for special occassions only because it is mightily expensive.As for service, it can be a tad bit distracting because even though they try, I do still see waiters creeping along the auditorium taking orders and handing out stuff. Also, they take your credit card for the duration of the movie once you buy something. I didn’t know that, and it got me worried, but I soon understood why: if you crave a snack in the middle of the movie, it’ll be easier for them to just swipe and go.As for decor, it’s pretty neat. Reminds me of one of those speakeasies they used to have. Very jazzy.All in all, highly recommend. But unless you’re rich, pick your movies wisely when coming here.

This is was so amazing! Had a day with my beautiful mother so we decided to visit Pasadena. ( Ive been partying in Pasadena for years and never knew this place existed)...Then again my mom did say I would only go to party. Lol ...we walked about seeing different stores and admiring the city in daylight when I suddenly discovered a movie poster and the word theater. We walked closer and as we approached the entrance ropes were there as if only exclusive people can go in. It was a theater! The receptionist gave us the run down and encouraged us to go down stairs and take a tour. As of that didnt convenience us we decided to stay for dinner and watch a movie. I rarely get to spend alone time with my mother and this theater made it perfect. Thank you all! I highly recommend it!

Not sure even how to rate this place its one of my favorite hidden gems its an understatement to call this place a movie theater. If youre looking to impress a date or just have a great time with someone you love this place is absolutely amazing five star dining wonderful wine selection with luxury seating with your own private waiter cant go wrong. A place that will cater and pamper you like a movie star prepare to spend some money it is very pricey but to me very worth the price. Been going here for a couple of years and I became a member a long time ago its worth it always take family from out of town here definitely a wonderful place to experience.

My dr. niece came from Boston and I wanted to do something spectacular. She loved it!!! We had cocktails with delicious food. The waiter treated us like royalty. The seats were soft and very comfortable and the fact that we can eat and drink while watching a movie and free popcorn was wonderful. We will definitely come back!

This is my favorite movie theater. You use some escalators to head two levels down and you’re presented into a lounge area where you can hang out before your movie. Once your movie showing comes up you can head into your designated seats and lounge in large comfy recliners. Each seat comes with a blanket and you’re given a bag of complimentary popcorn. Best thing... you can order food and drinks from your chair and have it brought to you.

This place is not only a Great location to go experience the movie in luxury with Lazy boy recliners, and a blanket thats given. You receive complementary popcorn prior to your movie. While you wait you can play pool or sit in the lounge area and just relax. This is even a nice place to come and hangout it has that cigar lounge feel and intimate lighting

First time at Ipic Theaters.Price: $64 for two which includes 2 movie tickets, and $14 vip fee. ( Does not include food)What you get: popcorn, recliner seats, pillow, blanket, servers, small audience, and a private 2 seat booth.Food: filet mignon, and Angus sliders are pricey, but both were very very good. Mignon was tender, and tasty, same goes with the Angus sliders. The bread had a nice chrunch to it but not over done. Truffle fries were okay, but did not think they reflected the price. Passion tea was good, and the mojito colada had a nice kick to it.Lobby is really chill, low ambient lightning with relaxing jazz music. Drinks are available upon request (not free), and people seem friendly.Inside the actual theater did feel private, and somewhat VIP. The seats we too stiff compared to other recliner theatre seat I have been too. However, it was nice having the privacy.Staff/servers were great, friendly, and prompt on my request.Overall it was a great, but did not feel the VIP service fee actually provided a memorable VIP experience, but that just my opinion. Nonetheless, I will definitely be going back sometime in the future.

First time at this theater, liked the environment, and staff was friendly. Unfortunately, not the best overall experience. I placed and order for a dinner plate, 30 min later nothing, placed it again, 10 min later nothing. Apparently one needs to place an order three times and wait over an hour before they believe you actually want something. Not worth the money I spent to try and have night out with my love.

If youre a first time movie goer to this theater then prepare yourself to be blown away! The atmosphere is so mellow and downright beautiful it was well beyond my expectations. Im a stickler when it comes to picking seats but sharing the comfy seats up front that were like beds was great! The dinner was delicious I personally had the sliders and they were too good to be true! The ease of ordering food and drinks at the press of a button is wonderfully discreet as well as when they bring you your food and drinks. The staff were helpful and overall just great to talk to. I know Im never going back to regular movie theaters. This is my go-to! Absolutely would recommend.

I went for my moms birthday they gave us top notch service and really made her experience wonderful.

Worth every penny. Get there 1 hour early to enjoy the amenities and the service of their most gracious staff and plan to.stick around after for a drink or so as it is not just a movie you are going to. It is a night out.

Update : I tried to reach out to the pasadena location through the website, since I was asked to by the reply on here from the owner. Been about 3 days, havent gotten a response. The guest services forwarded my contact to them saying they should contact me within 24 hours. I messaged guest services back saying that I didnt get a response. They replied saying they escalated it and should contact me by 5 p.m. that day, still no response/contact. Its been 2 days since. Im not here looking for free stuff or anything, I just really wasnt happy about my experience, honestly whoever wants a free movie ticket to them, let me know, I am no longer interested in giving this place business. Super unprofessional and disappointing.Yesterday 10/27/19, was my boyfriend and Is first time going to a movie here. We were so excited for the an awesome experience, because we had heard many great things. We were thinking of potientially becoming members if it went well. We arrived 25 minutes before our movie, we were told to press our button for our server. So we did, ordered a few cocktails and an appetizer. When our server, Michael, came back with our cocktails, my boyfriend asked for glasses of ice water and tapatio hot sauce. He didnt even responded, he just looked at us and walked away. When he came back with the water and said there is no tapatio hot sauce, I said when you have time can you bring a side of ketchup? He SIGHED and walked away continuing serving others. when he came back, he yelled your ketchup and dropped it off at our table. Im usually pretty understanding for servers, but he just gave us a rude attitude from the start. I would see him smiling and laughing with other customers, but rude to us - which I do not understand, because we were not rude to him. I brought it to the manager-on-dutys attention, he accommodated us with 1 free movie ticket. Otherwise this would be a 1 star review. If we ever come back, I hope I will not get him as my server again.

This is a great place to experience if you want to take someone out on a date. However if youre just looking to watch a movie I would check out another theater.

Seats are big and comfortable. They redid the seats (no more fabric) so everything looks much cleaner. Seats in the very front (chaise lounge) are NOT comfortable so sit elsewhere. Biscuit appetizer and spicy tuna appetizer are amazing.

Its definitely an upgrade from what it use to look like.. the employees are very kind and curious. However, while the movie is playing theres to much distraction from the waiters bring out the food and it can be a little annoying.

The theater is small and intimate but luxurious and comfortable. Reclining seats, blankets, service at your seat. I can’t recommend this place enough it’s not just a theater it’s an experience.

If you want an exclusive setting where paying $32 will get you a movie ticket, a big seat for you, a blanket and a small popcorn then this is the movie theater experience you should get. For me, it was a good experience but its a bit pricey for my pocket. I guess that also knowing you can order food and drinks while watching the movie can be a good reason of people liking this place. Overall ipic is more of a bougie type of night that you could experience maybe once or twice a year or for a movie you really really want to see but I would not make it my regular theater unless I was rich. I would definitely give it five stars if it wasnt for their prices.

This spot is everything! Staff is great. The food is really really good. You get a pillow and blanket to get extra comfy in your little two-person pod. The drinks (adult beverages) were delicious too! The bar and lounge areas are really nice. It kind of feels like an upscale restaurant that has a movie theater in it. Lol It may ruin regular theaters for you. Lol
