We were visiting from Texas and found out about The Wildlife Experience Exhibit on Google maps. Amazing place just love it some of the exhibits move and makes noise. Its worth the price I even found it cheap for the fantastic experience. My daughter and I had a blast besides we meet the security guard Abdul he was very nice and told us more about the place by the way this place is a University now but have the exhibition on one part of the building.

Absolute fantastic gem of a find!..This museum is awesome!..Well layed out the exhibits are extremely detailed and well done. There are moving exhibits that come to life and make noise. Also there is a connection center right before museum that kids can explore and learn. Fantastic experience going here.. Its 12.00 for adults and kids under 2 are free, I think kids over 2 years old is 8$, but well worth it I think!

If you havent been to the Wildlife Experience at CU Denver South - its a wonderful time at a reasonable price. The staff is absolutely amazing and the 3D movies are incredibly done! Highly recommend if you are looking for a fun, cheaper activity with the kiddos. Brian at the front desk is so nice and helpful! Really kicked off our experience on a high note.

The 3D movie theater was a great experience. The great hall and its artwork was outstanding and the animatronic features in the walk through was educational and more interesting than your typical museum experience. Great way to spend a half day!

Fun for the kids. Wouldnt recommend it for kids over 8 - I think that it would be too boring and limited in content. The exhibits are very well done however.2 hours is plenty of time to see everything.

Super cute and indoors for less than perfect weather days. Super fun for younger kids (under 5yo) but a little boring for the older kids. Picks right back up for adults though as the exhibits are informative and interactive.

A small gem of a place I found by just looking for things close to us. We are on vacation visiting family in Lone Tree. We went over and enjoyed the savanger hunt in the museum. It made us slow down and see so much more. We didnt make it to the art museum because of a previous commitment. But I would highly recommend you to go check it out. Very reasonable priced.

I heart this organization.I loved everything about this experience. Having the guide book to read a little about each animal, their story and how theyve fared gives a deeper personalization of your trip and helps to give a deeper understanding of the challenges with animal rescues and our fellow man.

I didnt even know this place existed!! I was the recipient of an amazing Mothers Day adventure at the Wildlife Experience! It is chock-full of great informational sections, wonderful dioramas and I recommend it for a fun family or date Adventure. An ideal location to take your young botanist, ecologist, biologist, earth-loving or animal-loving friend or student preparing for a report!

I went with kids and I think they got a little bit scared of the sounds and so real animations of the wildlife but in my opinion its a great place to visit.

The displays are relatively decent and worth the walk through, but what made it a great Saturday afternoon was the 3D movie theater. Best 3d experience Ive ever had.

Wonderful venue. Movie theatre, museum, food and events. It is now called The Colorado University at Denver. I dont know exactly when they changed the name but students can also take classes. They have a ballroom and other spaces for private or corporate parties. A very nice place with a comfortable ambiance.

Great inside adventure for the kids. Live animal demonstrations are fun. 4 stars instead of 5 because they have events that fill up the parking lot and leave no place to park. I call ahead before we go...

Lots of bronze animal sculptures around perimeter of facility - some better than others. Inside, is a multi- level walk-through exhibit area describing different kinds of ecosystems helped along by people who speak when buttons are pushed for more info. Not all displays were functioning, some animals didnt appear, some people couldnt speak. A separate part of building is an art gallery with paintings and bronze and stone sculptures by some well-known artists. Once again, some of the sculptures needed a lot of help as they were a bit inaccurate. Who accepted them? The artist must have connections with the place as he lives close by.Another part of bldg is a butterfly exhibit but its more informative with flip boards and not a lot of actual butterflies on display. The place was nearly empty when I went on a weekday - only one mother with rambunctious children.

Its a nice indoor place for the younger kiddos. Expensive though for what they have available to do and see. Also, animals and plants are labeled so its frustrating for parents/grandparents. The one activity that is fun for the kids is the paper they give to them that shows animals to look for and check off when they find them! A small prize is given to the kids at the end when they turn in their sheet. Kids liked this activity!

We had so much fun here (2 adults on a week day). We wandered the exhibits, got hands on where it was appropriate, and giggled at some of the animatronics that are oddly realistic. There is plenty for kiddos to do and see from deserts to rain forests. While we didnt nosh at the cafe, we did look inside and I was incredibly impressed with their selection of fresh, yummy foods -- not the fry and go fare Im used to seeing. We are looking forward to going back in a few months when the movies change.
