In the pandemic it was actually great. Things are separate, food is great and not so much people

They have you put on hand sanitizer as you enter, smart! Not crowded. Upgraded cards so that you get virtual tickets versus paper ones now, great improvement. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Take out only or just arcade with no food right now... Been there twice in the last 2 weeks and both times there were only one or two other families to play games... Took the pizza home with us... 30min unlimited card is great when no one else is around... Kids really had a great time and gave them some sense of normalcy

Really clean. They make you take a picture with all your siblings to make sure the kids are with their parents when they leave.

Place is very clean. Barely any people so great for social distancing. Masks are required. Staff are nice too. You cant eat food there but can order take out to go.

I Know its a pandemic but a place like this should have an outside eating area setup. Their parking lot has no other open stores in it they could easily do food outside. Had to leave quicker than we planned to feed our children.

Continuously improving! New games and more tickets are earned! This was very exciting for my 6 year old. We didn’t spend a lot of time playing and were able to score a ton of tickets with play points left over. Check out the website for coupons (they are worth it!). Even without coupons the prices aren’t bad for what you get. Had an issue with tickets not coming out of the machine but I spoke with a manager who was very nice and professional. We were able to get our tickets hassle-free. The employees on duty were attentive and courteous. My son enjoyed his Halloween...Thanks! (I only have 4 stars because I was not happy with the food. We always go to this Chuck E. Cheese and the pizza is usually GREAT..it was just okay this time and the wings were not cooked well down like I requested, but the fries were almost too hard to enjoy. Overall, the experience was good.

I have been going to Chuck E. Cheese about every week during this Covid-19 quarantine. They have $5 pizzas, wings and other apps. They taste great, its super fast and easy!

This is a great place for kids I’m not sure why now they change the tokens per minutes of play.I gave 2 stars because the carpet smells like stinky feet I got a headache because of that my poor kids was saying that they don’t want to eat anything here because the food may taste the same as the smell everywhere, I ask the cashier that is smells bad and her answer was “yes I know everybody it’s telling me that” So I told her but you know this is not acceptable for sanitary purposes and she just answer “they did clean the carpet yesterday”! My point is not that, is that even though they cleaned they need to let it dry. Not sure if I’m going back it’s just disgusting!In the pictures looks good but unfortunately the smell is unpleasant and that saids everything to me.

Very large facility. Huge variety of fun games. Not sure of capacity limit for this one in particular, but there are so many tables to accommodate everyone. Food was tasty, enjoyed the variety of options available. Kiosks made it easy to reload cards to play games. All staff who we had the pleasure of dealing with were very professional and respectful. So many families were there today. Really enjoyed ourselves with close friends. No issues, no problems. Everyone else there seem to have been enjoying themselves. Great place, definitely will want to visit this location again. Ample parking. Convenient location close to the Garden State Mall. Im wondering, if there were any other restrooms apart from the family one we saw thats located close to the awards section...? Assuming yes sue to the size of the facility.

Every time I go to the circle cheese the employees are just horrible. Bad attitudes. The time I she with my children is invaluable. They have updated the games. I love the time versus the coins. But we never trade in tickets , because I would then have to interact with the employees.Not true. The people that get you at the front are great. Then you can buy your time from the machine and play leave.So 2 stars not 1

Used to go there so many times for my sons birthday and some of my nieces birthday as well . It’s only for kids. Love how happy they look with all those games. Food is ok, pizza and their chicken wings. And the funny dance the big guy always do that’s so hilarious.

Chuck E. Cheese pizza,... pretty good actually! Kids have so much fun. The tickets could get you more however,.. kids feel like they win so much,.. hundreds of tickets,.. but then still only qualify for penny toys. :(

Fun place for kids with some food options. Easily one can spend 2 hours. The food delivered to each table can be improved

I came with my son today so he can have a good time but I noticed a couple of things, some machines did not work and the tickets would not come out. Second I noticed MOST of the employees would wonder around and go to the back so every time I needed help they would take a long time to come and help me with the machines the only person I would always see on the floor and came to help is Kevin and he was either cleaning tables/sweeping, fixing machines and checking garbage. I don’t usually like to leave comments but I just thought that was really unfair and everyone should work EQUALLY as a TEAM.

The food was disgusting. the pizza slices were uneven, it tasted similar to uncleansed feet, and the salad bar had flies. the staff are rude, the bathroom smells foul, and i saw a dead mouse in the corner.

No consistency on when they open. Sometimes they open at 10, sometimes 11 on Sundays. They typically open earlier when kids are on vacation. We went there one Sunday during the Christmas break, at around 10:15. Doors were open, food was out, so we walked in. The two employees there stared at us blankly so I asked if they were open. One had to go outside to look at the times to confirm as she herself did not know the hours. She came back in and said no we open at 11. We said it was a shame because we traveled from Jersey City and were told you can just wait 45 minutes. Um, no I cant and wont. Ended up going to Dave and Busters instead. They open at 10am every day and have MUCH better games.

This place was so cool..my kids had a great time...every child has a smile on their face. I would recommend this chuckee cheese for anyone trying to have a great time..plenty of room and the games are all working and fun..wish I was a kid again...lol

Ive been coming here for years with my daughter I love it. There is plenty of parking and the managers are usually on point with fixing any issues you may have. Also the store was remodeled with new games added, which was long overdue. I still think the fun house should be free and not 3 tokens but I have no issues besides that.

My daughter had a great time, wonderful place for a 3 year old. They have a tonne of games, activities , arcade that can kill 2 or 3 hours easily. The food is ok, good place for kids.

The place is great Ive been going to Chuck-E-Cheese since I was little and now with my children I continue to go. The only thing I didnt really liked was that some of the employees seem to be a little distracted. But for the most part the service was great.

Went on a Monday night after school. It was empty and that was great. The staff was really friendly and helpful too.

My grandson had a great time. I havent been there for many years the place looks great as well

Its pricey but its a nice clean place to have fun with the kids. Like most places, its best on a weekday early in the day. A 90 minute play pass gave us enough time to play all the games and not leave feeling like we missed anything. You can pause the time so you can take a break or have some food. Its probably the easiest outing we can do on a rainy day.

My kids love to come here for a fun afternoon. Lots of games and its a lot cheaper than other arcades.Overall it is a lot cleaner than many other CC in the area.

It was clean, well maintained. My son loved the pizza & had a great time.

This place is a great place to take kids to have a good time lots of games for the little ones I will be returning with my grandkids on Saturday

The pizza here is not bad, but they are kind of small. The games are fun for the kids.

I spent $650 for my daughters birthday there. I walked in as suggested, 15 mins before the party ... And the hostess wasnt ready to greet me until it was party time. The 9 helium balloons that were part of the most expensive package were deflated and on the floor. When I brought it up, they said they ran out of helium because they had 52 parties that weekend. The hostess I had was ok. When it was time to sing Happy Birthday, Chuck E Cheese didnt even visit our table .... My birthday girl had to go chase him down ..soooooo not worth it. DO YOURSELF and your wallet a favor, and book somewhere else where they actually show that they care.

Pizza is actually decent and there are plenty of things for the kids to play with.

Still a great place for kids to have fun and chaotic for the adults, but things have gone downhill over years. Food is pricey. Pizza is pretty good as is the chocolate chip cookie. But salad bar was limited and dressings did not look fresh. Soda is Pepsi instead of Coke. Finally, I was annoyed to see that all games now pay the same number of tickets regardless of result. Takes a lot of fun out of it in my opinion.

Just had my kids birthday party and we loved it! The staff was helpful and attentive. Everything ran smoothly. Id definitely recommended scheduling the party early to avoid extra crowds.

The place is amazing for little kids but it does have some flaw. Some of the games were edited to a lower ticket prize which makes it much harder to win. Also if your kid went to get tickets then it is not a place for him since half of the machines don’t even give them but if you just went for fun the it is a perfect place for you!

Bathrooms were dirty and disgusting. Workers kept complaining they wanted to go home. Mind you it was a Sunday and not busy. Games were not functioning. The employees there look lifeless and also extremely unprofessional. This is a kid place if you do not like kids or customer service find another job. Bathroom stalls were filled with poop and pee and smelled. Location of changing table is inconvenient.

Games were so fun. We played for over 2 hours. My son is 3 years old, and he was in love. Food a bit pricey, ample parking plus. Staff are friendly, bathroom clean. Def coming back!

Just had our first visit at this location. Was very pleased with how nice this location is big, new games we havent played at the other chuck e cheese by us. We went as soon as they opened stayed for an hour and a half and was not busy. Kids enjoyed themselves and are asking to go back to this location from now on.

Its very spacious and comfortable... People are very nice!

I always prefer this chucky as oppose to the one in north Bergen the only downside is their bathroom sometimes smell like piss where you can smell it before you get to the bathroom on some occasions you’ll smell it by the obstacle course thing that has the slide. I wish they had something to control that because I’ve been in here numerous amount of times but refuse to stay past 1-2 hours cuz I don’t want to use their bathrooms n don’t want my son to either. If he has an emergency I’ll make an exception of course it’s pretty spaced out and gets crowded but I’ve seen worse def manageable. I had my sons 4th birthday as well and I loved it and he did as well. the bathrooms didn’t smell so I really just think it depends on the day you go

I used to love taking my children to Chuck E. Cheese, but they’ve changed! There are no longer tokens, but instead a play pass. If you have more than 2 children like I do, this is no longer the place. The time card expires depending on how many minutes you put on the card. My kids were running around like a chicken with their heads cut off trying to find each for the card. Never again.

I love this particular Chuck E. Cheese location. Super nice customer service and larger than some other locations.

So chuck e cheeses is a great way for my kids to have fun and now on the hot summer days to stay cool. What my almost 7 year old was upset about was the location we were at it seems like no matter how well/bad you play there is a setup of 4 or 8 tickets. They do have a pretty cool fun maze to go through that they really enjoyed.

Its a great place to go if you have free time$27 gets you an 1h and 1/2 of unlimited free play. You cant beat that. Luckily I went on an evening when there were not so many kids!!!

Best time to visit is Monday- Friday. Saturday and Sunday its a madhouse. My 5 year old loves it. We have had two birthdays here and the service is excellent.

This is one of my favorites Chuck E. Cheese ever. Every time that I bring my kids here I feel like I don’t have to worry about anything..... I usually sit down on a table and let my kids play and run around in this place. Everyone here seem very friendly and polite, and in this Chuck E. Cheese here there seems to be more games and it bigger than the other chick e cheese that I’ve been too. I would recommend this Chuck E. Cheese to anyone who is looking into bringing their kids to a very safe, and fun environment.....

We went to a birthday here and it was fun. The only thing that I didnt like was that other kids were able to come into the area and one of our cards were taken and replaced by an empty one. My son happened to get the empty one.

Good place to play some games and pass the time with your kids. My 3 year old had a great time playing all the games.$20 lasted a couple of hours so u do get your moneys worth in terms of playtime.At the end they can select a (small) toy using the tickets the earned.

Food doesnt taste the same as it used to, bathrooms were filthy and salad bar was full of flies. After i paid for pizzas i see i was charged $2 extra for each pie for stuffed crust which I didnt ask for. I understand theyre busy and crowded but if business is that good then they should be able to afford to higher more people

This place needs to be closed down and renovated top to bottom. Its such a great concept but this place is old, smelly, inindated with fruit flies and staff is just merely mediocre. The straw dispenser is falling to pieces. And food could be better. In need of good French fries and dip platter, its not that difficult people!

Great place for your little ones to burn off energy. Definitely come during the week if your not into crowds. Weve never had an issue at all and have always had a great experience. One of my favorite things was one time my wifes stamp on arm wasnt recognizable and didnt match our sons stamp. So the young lady working the door asked her to show a pic of our son on her cell phone, then turned to our son and asked who is this? He was like.... My mommy!!! As a parent knowing they are so secure made us feel good. Trayvon took care of us and was super helpful and nice! They also offer Military Discounts.

Right off the bat, the staff was very, very courteous and patient. They do the child secure thing where they stamp you which is great. I bring this up because theyre cautious about it. The staff didnt just stamp and go, but they checked the numbers on all of us before we went in, personally, I appreciate things like that.The play floor was very clean, there was food on the floor here and there but at a kids place, its inevitable. The games gave a lot less tickets than other locations Ive been to but it could be a company wide thing. The prizes are expensive in terms of tickets (fun sized air heads are 30 tickets for example) and each game gives around 8 at a time, even if you do well.The bathrooms were kept in great shape despite the fact of how busy it was the day we went. The food also a huge step up over the co-op city location, it was delicious! The samplers were very small though. We counted 10 fries and 4 chicken nuggets, 3 pieces of celery ..Overall, very spaced out, very clean, good food and professional staff. Would go back to again. 4/5 because of cheap ticket payouts and small food portions. Quality over quantity though.Also noted...the mens bathroom DOES have a changing table in it and the family bathroom does NOT have an air dryer or paper towels or a changing table.

Celebrated my nieces birthday here, place is Great for kids. They have a variety of games they can enjoy and very spacious. The pizza is ok the kids tend to eat it and like it. You can booked them in advance for a party and choose between the right package for your party. Staff are nice and friendly.

I must say that at first I was a little unhappy with the food, usually the pizza a d salad bar are delish. But this evening the pizza was ok and not only had they ran out of a couple of items at the salad bar, it looked like everything had been sitting there for days ..... the winds were good!On the upside and what changed our whole night into an amazing night at Chuck E Cheese was that even though we were celebrating my daughters 2nd bday privately, Chuck E came and took pictures and played and even walked around w my daughter who totally loves Chuck E!!! A special THANK YOU to the young lady (employee) who went the extra mile to see my baby girl SMILE!!!! YOU MADE OUR NIGHT!
