We stayed here for 2 weeks, Keith and his family were very friendly and accommodating our spot was T-3, very wide and spacious,with a beatiful view of the lake. also a decent floating dock on the lakeshore with a canoe,Rowboat and 3 kayaks. 10$ would get you an hour on the lake. Every night we would hear the loons calling. We also tried fishing and caught some fish,i would recommend staying at Fox Run for at least two days, we will be back again.

Stayed here for about 11 days and the people and the lake were great. Had a great view of the mountains except a day or 2 was cloudy other than that its a great place to stay. Highly recommended!!!

Very friendly hosts , pretty setting with lake but too many people with dogs that dont pick up their poop.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Drove me around the park on their golf cart just incase there were better spots. So staff was great. But that being said I wasnt super impressed with the place. Very narrow spots. Not really much room for anything but your camper. If I put my awning out it would have been in the next space. A decent little dock on the lake with some canous and kayaks for rent but really only room for maybe 2 families on the lake at a time. And we were about 50 feet from the highway so we had to talk pretty loud to be heard over the traffic. There was also someone grinding on a trailer from when we got there to about 8:30. There are power and water hookups. Also we paid $55 for one night.

This place is the best campground the owner and the manger nice and the staff to. it is on a lake front it is the best campground it is verry afordable and it is the best place to stay for r.v or a tent site and the rooms are allways clean thank you fox run

Customer service is over the top and a lot of amenities that no other camp grounds have. So glad we ended up here! Good job to the family that owns the camp site

Friendliest staff ever! We enjoyed our time, all the amenities and the lake near by. Clean with laundry and shower facilities too! We will definitely be coming back!

This has become one of our favorite places to stay, and we consider it our second home. The owner is down to earth, friendly, and willing to work with us on even the smallest things. Spaces can get tight during busy weekends, but so does everywhere else. (Did you see the Knik River on the 4th of July?) Full hookup spots are interspersed throughout the park, as well as multiple tank dump locations and tent spots. Plenty of firewood available for a good price as well as canoe rentals. Best place to stay the night before heading further out, just in case of a leak, electrical issue or tire problems, youre still in town to fix it. Restrooms are available, as well as a gift shop and laundry services. To top it off, food is also available through the Social Distancing Cafe, breakfast is served all day!!

Park is small, spots are tight. Full hookups and got reception on TV antenna which was a treat. Best part about this campground is the fishing lake caught a bunch of trout, short walk away is a park with tons of hiking trails and other lakes to access. If you can get past close proximity of spots really a nice stop near anchorage. We stayed here before turning in our RV due to proximity to Anchorage.

The small BBQ restaurant on site was worth staying here. Get the chocolate-bourbon pecan pie for dessert.The camp is close to a busy road so you can hear traffic. $45 for water and electric. On site waste dump and washer/dryer. Staff was friendly.

Came here for our honeymoon! Was totally surprised with a huge platter of berries and grapes. In addition to complimentary decorative wine glasses. A bowl of cherries and rose petals on the bed. Beautiful deck, swimming and fishing. Peaceful. Bears belly bbq restaurant, which is on site, was a huge hit, off the hook, great friendly service.

Owners are very nice and accommodating. Sweetest people you will ever meet. The Lodge is very clean.Remember, you dont come here to watch TV. Its the great outdoors you have come to see.They do have wifi.I have been here before and will continue to make this a vacation spot.

We went here late afternoon because we needed to use the shower and laundry. All of the sites with hookups were taken but the manager gave us a nice one in the grass. We had the best BBQ dinner at the restaurant on the premises. We sat outside on their deck which overlooks the lake. We could hear loons calling to each other morning and evening.The manager was the most helpful we have ever had, she was awesome. They are constructing more bathrooms, showers and a bigger laundry area which is the reason I didnt give it five stars. Not enough of any of them now.

Nothing special. Convenient to amenities in Palmer. And... They were the only ones that had RV dump sites available for late seasin campers.

I actually used to live at Fox Run years ago and the owner and I became very friendly with each other she runs a tight ship and shes very proud of her business and shes done it all herself the pricing sometimes are a little bit High I think but shes in line with the competition so if youre looking for a place to stay thats thats a good spot

It is the best RV Park did Ive been in in the state of Alaska pretty much any of the states when I go back there religiously

Great people. Close to the highway but was fair time and they had room. Best priced firewood We find our whole trip. We like to sit by the fire in the evening and that was not a problem at our personal fire pit.

Friendly Staff and they got a great bbq.

I have driven by this place a hundred times, and today i stopped in to see it. The grounds are clean. The sites have electric. The owner is fun and very involved in keeping the grounds safe and clean. I can wait to take my RV there!

Nice enough park with some trees and separation. No sewer hook up. Laundry is one washer and one dryer outside. On a lake and has a good but pricy BBQ restaurant there. Friendly helpful service. Nice people. A bit hard to spot and noisy next to the road.

We stayed in a camping/tent area and everything went great up until we had a personal arguement inside our tent. The owner walked up and unlawfully opened our tent, and told us to get out with no warning. Happened within 30 mins after we got done swimming in the lake. Asked for a refund because we had one more night to stay but we never got it. Wasnt very communicative and telling us what was all wrong and why she just kicked us out.

They went the extra mile to find us a FHU rv site.

A nice place to stay.

Called and reserved a full hook up space for our 40’ motor home. When we got there we were told the people in the spot “decided not to leave”. What’s the point of making a reservation if you can’t count on it being available? We had been boondocking and laundry needed to be done. Grey tank full and no dishwashing or shower the second day. Not cool.?Spaces so tight difficult to walk to your rig. So disappointing. Will not return.

Beautiful setting, good service and yummy food!

Very nice campground. All rv sites were $45 whether you got full hookups to just power, pull through or backin. The restaurant on site was fabulous! All you can eat breakfast for $10 with biscuits and gravy, cheese grits, bacon, sausage, eggs any way, toast, etc. BBQ for dinner with a whole menu of other things. Traffic noise from a busy nearby road can be heard. 2 showers and 2 toilets available. Nice dock by the lake, canoes. Mountains in the far background. $3 for wifi but we couldnt get it from our spot so we received a refund. Overall we liked it very much!

RV park is really close to highway, staff was friendly and it was a nice spot in a pinch with hook ups. But water is well water. RV spots are really close together and not much of a view. Bathroom was useable. Did not use shower.

This has been one of the friendliest and supportive RV Parks I have ever experienced. My experience here with the Staff and Employees is indicative of Alaska at its best!

Great park to stay in. The sites were s had shade and were spacious. The staff was very friendly. We got tv stations and the wifi was good. We will stay there again the next time we go to Alaska.

Awesome place , very clean, wish there was a wading area for kids. Mainly adults there and quiet and serene.

Had fun here, the owner let us take out her canoe in the middle of the night, there were ducks chattering all night long and they had a BBQ place on their grounds.....

Has two poorly laid out showers, and one of them was out of service. Our camp spot was basiclly a plot of grass in front of the backhoe.....

Staff unsure of hookups, & spaces are very crowded & small. This appears about making dollars.

The owner is a complete rude A-hole, the tent sites suck, hard to get in to and theres a gap in the door frame to the bathroom that connects to the office that can be peeked through and seen, weird...
