When I visited the shop a few summers ago, I fell in love with Shanes work. Denali Dreams is the print I could not take my eyes off and after considering the type of souvenir I wanted to have for my trip to Alaska, I knew something like an aluminum print would hit the mark. The aluminum prints pop with color. I purchased a 16x36 aluminum print and they shipped it to me in Wisconsin. It arrived a week or two after my vacation and was well packaged/protected. I would recommend anyone with an appreciation of Alaska and photography to support Shane. His pictures are one of a kind-once in a lifetime shots worth every penny.

Completely unorganized group!I ordered a framed print while on vacation in Alaska; even ordered it from Shane himself. I was told it would take three weeks to arrive, which was no problem. I was not in a hurry.About three weeks later a box arrived as expected, except it was the wrong thing. When I called, I was told to ship it back with a note detailing the shipping costs, and I would receive the right one and a refund for the out of pocket costs.A couple of weeks later, another box arrives. It is again the wrong thing, and there is no check for shipping the first error back. When I called this time I am told my order was sent to someone else and the check is in the box. They proceed to say they will call that customer and have it shipped direct to me. In the meantime, please ship the second wrong one back and that I will be refunded.After weeks getting nothing, I call a third time. I am told I will be provided tracking information for the the correct order. Of course, I never got that.At this point I am out $379 for the print (now disputing the charge with the credit card company) and $120 in shipping back the two prints I was sent in error. The studio now no longer responds to inquiries.The prints are beautiful, but the staff that processed orders is clueless and unorganized. I would not order anything from them I could not carry out of the store with me, and I would strongly encourage others to beware.
