Even for people that dont stay here they have super cheap propane. Guy that runs the place is very accommodating.

I wasnt aware that registered Sex offenders were allowed to reside here. Would not even give it a one star if I could give it less. Watch your children. Is management even aware? I googled sex offenders and it shows one is at lot 28.

Called today, he said he perfers not to rent to my age of kids.

Park is clean. management is fair and thoughtful by brining over our mail and for watching out for my dog Clifford. Propane is on property and a great buy. A peaceful view with a pasture of horses if your into that sort of thing. A nice place to stay.

I have ZERO idea how this park is so highly rated.Lets start with the pros: The park was nice enough for a quick overnight stay. The top section of the park, and most of the bottom level was filled with permanent residents, although I dont mind that. There were 3-5 spots that the owner leaves open for travelers.The residents were very friendly.The park was clean, although pretty bare bones, but well kept.Cons: the owner is a straight up jerk. We stayed for 3 days and the owner harassed us for no reason. We have been all over traveling for my husbands work and have never encountered someone so rude, evasive, and nosy. My husband made a wrong turn into his driveway once and he followed us back to our campsite and YELLED obscenities at us including the F word. He followed me to the dumpster the following day asking me what I was doing. When I said throwing the trash away? He grunted and drove away in his golf cart. We also travel with our mini pig, who is always on a harness and a leash, and NEVER left unattended, and we of course ALWAYS pick up after her. She was in our campsite and here he comes in his golf cart screaming obscenities at us again that he doesnt want critters running around his park. We have never had an issue because we are responsible pet owners, and I double checked his park policy to be sure they allowed pets. Not only did he allow pets, they have several dog runs on the property.He was so rude, and honestly I was afraid to leave our brand new camper there because of his odd behavior. I would not stay here again under any circumstances.

The management seems to be extremely wonderful!! The man even help get our trailers hooked up!! And level!! He is just so awesome! It’s not often ya find a Rv Park willing to help and make the customers feel secure safe and comfy! So I’d advise everyone to stop by and see how comfy and nice!! And prices are amazing!!!!!!

Not fancy but neat, clean and quiet. Great cable and wifi and the price is right.What more do you need?

Park is very rundown. We stayed here 6 years ago and it was very nice and clean. There are permanent sites with very old trashy units on them. The second night we were there, the service pole caught on fire putting the park in darkness. The owner fixed the service himself but asked us and our friends to cut off at least one of our ac units. We ended up running our generators to keep cool. This park cannot handle large units. Smaller campers will do fine but do not come here if you have a 40 to 45 foot bus. We will not be back!

This place is alright. It has an older owner, and he is always around. So it is easy to get things done. Wifi is ok..all you will get really. Good for a stop and visit.

The park is old but clean. Owners were friendly. If you are expecting WiFi, do NOT expect anything past getting email. Their hotspot wifi stipulates no streaming (SLOWS down) and is meant only check email. Their laundry room had the best prices Ive seen in years.

Ive stayed here for 2 years now and I couldnt ask for a more relaxed environment or a better landlord
