Danella was a great listener to a concern I had the other day! She was kind, understanding, helpful, and easy to talk to. She was not dismissive and truly cared about the issue happening again. Thank you for making me feel good about the taking care of the problem and correcting the issue.

Palatine park district has a lot of great programs and is centrally located near downtown. They have a nice field and track behind the building. In front of the building is a nice open field.

The facility is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a nice fitness room you can use if you have a membership and an indoor walking track you can use for free.

The facility itself is nice. We have children that take classes for things and there is absolutely ZERO communication between instructors and employees. Between room changes, changing dates, and other changes that will affect your schedule as a parent, none of it will be told to you. You simply feel like you wasted money for a class that you can only attend 50% of the time.

I find my time there non obtrusive and the facility is kept up to a High Standard

Good workout facility for the money. Limited number of machines available for use which means timing your visit if you want to use a particular machine.

I only use for a Wednesday night basketball, but its an easy in and out.

Extensive program list. Extremely reasonable rates for scheduled programs or activities. The park district has a number of facilities including a golf course, a number of swimming pools including an aquatic center, gymnasium facilities, etc.
