First time here and didnt know what to expect. I heard guns and zombies and I was in. Lady at the front desk with blue hair was exceptional, she was very knowledgeable and thorough. She went over everything with us. The prices are fair and its group up to 6 for each round. The other employees were also very detailed and made sure we made the best of each round. When in the rounds, they were so into it, very good acting and role playing on their part. You will not regret going here.

This was a cool zombie experience, especially if youre a fan the walking dead

This place was cool, kinda like a more interactive haunted house. It would be better if the zombies heads blew up when you shoot them but that’s probably hard to pull off with real people. My only complaint is it could have been longer.

Super fun place to go while youre on vacation. It is intense but I expected nothing less. Very happy with the experience my husband and I had! Great staff with wonderful personalities! Very real life like experience! Definitely would recommend if you are interested in zombie experiences.

Awesome place. Me and a buddy went and checked it out after seeing an ad on Facebook. Loved the experience and the challenge. We went through it on all 3 difficulties. It is on the pricier end but I can understand why. Actors need to be paid as well as front counter staff. I am planning on going back when my brother comes into town.

It was a lot of fun. First time here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The zombies are great. Its quick, but it really gets your blood pumping. My daughter and I throughly enjoyed the experience.

This place is permanently closed. Tax lien is posted on front door by Orange County Sheriff. Looks like their taxes increased by half a million from 2018 to 2019 from Orange county property appraiser site.

Our family loved their experience. The staff was great and our staff sergeant who guided us through the zombies was really fun. Experience lasts about 15-18 minutes but we really thought it was worth the price. (Dont worry, its not that scary)

No way am I going back. Awful staff, and ridiculous prices. dont go here unless you like being pushed around (literally) and shouted at and like having your money practically stolen!

Zombie Outbreak in Orlando is AWESOME!!! We went on Thursday and loved it, we were addicted. We did 2 rounds Thursday and went back Saturday night before we left to go back home and did all 3 rounds to finish with the zombie horde. This is the greatest place ever! All the employees from the cashier to the actors were very nice and seem to really enjoy what they do. The course was very well laid out with the different rooms and props. Each time you go through it seemed as though the zombies came from different directions. And each round you do gets more intense. They let you go in small groups (it was just two of us) which we really enjoyed. The guns you have are very realistic unlike the typical laser tag guns, and you dont have to wear the big bulky vests so you can move around easier. If you are anywhere near the area and like zombies, guns and laser tag, this is the place to go, worth every penny!!! I wish there were more of these around :(

Zombies. Automatic weapons. Shock troops. All thats missing is Rick and Daryl.Took my two teenage sons to this today. We are all fans of the Walking Dead series, and zombie movies in general, so the chance to engage in a live zombie experience sounded like fun all around. Zombie Outbreak Orlando did not disappoint, we had a blast. In fact, it was so much fun we went ahead and bought tickets for a second turn. I highly recommend taking the second turn, tickets are half price and the fun is kicked up a notch the second time. The maze is dark and scary, like something out an apocalyptic fallout. The zombies are mostly realistic, but not threatening, the adrenaline kick you get is from trying to complete the mission without getting bitten, not from actual fear. So Id say its okay for most kids. The place is a blast, if they offered a season pass Id probably get one. My sons are already talking about going back

Fantastic! So much fun. The main actor who takes you around is brilliant. Highly recommended, just could be a little cheaper as you arent in there very long.

The people working the front were super nice but halfway through the course, my gun stopped working. i felt kind of lost because of how fast we were going. the whole thing took 10 minutes and while fun, the loss of being able to shoot and the quickness of it left my party and i feeling like we had to go additionally do another thing in orlando.

I surprised my husband and teen children with this while on vacation! They LOVED it! They said it was so realistic and scary! Wed recommend to teens and adults. Too scary for the little ones!

Went on my bday with 2 adult friends and a small child (10). We had an absolute blast!! It is a little short but for how quickly you want to get out its long enough!! A little scary but mostly fun. The scenery and actors are great. The whole premise is fun. I would definitely recommend it and plan on returning!!

They may as well hold the gun for you. They let you do very little. They walk you 90% of the time. Don’t waste your money. Magical Midway across the street cost 1/2 the money and their Groupon deal gives you 3 hours of go carts and bumper cars. 5 min vs 180 for half the price, which it the better value?

Visiting Orlando and stumbled across this on Groupon. We went as a group 1st go round and 2nd time it was just me and hubby. Absolutely best!! This was soooo much fun.....staff and zombies were great. Had a blast!!

Wife and I enjoyed our visit while on vacation. Rules and pricing was fully explained prior to agreeing and I would recommend this experience. I plan to visit this June (2018) with more family when we have our group vacation in Orlando.

What a fun experience!!!!! My only complaint and the reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the amount of time, it could be 5/10 min longer longer for the amount. For 2 people we paid almost $70 but I had a great time. I also suggest since there is only 1 course of u pay to go again u should have the option not to have a escort because u been thru already and should be good. But I do recommended it.

Pretty decent place. The reason I am giving only 4 stars is because it is very short. I dont count the video and the initial weapons briefing as part of the event. In all I think it was about 7 min actually shooting some zombies. It is a cool theme was allot of fun me and the kids enjoyed it. Its a toss up if I would return or not have not decided but was a good time

Why can I not just leave a zero rating, I wish I read the real reviews from people. After wasting my time and money went to near by places and they all said nothing good. Read some of the reviews a couple people admit not even going but give 5 stars. Please save your money and I do not want a b/s response from the owner. He lets people on I drive do it for free as long as they give him a 5 star rating.

What a fun, intense experience! If youre a fan of jump scares, this is very much recommended. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to the younger players. *Dont worry about the zombies getting too close, they dont touch you*

You never know when they will pop out at you! They track your kills and you can see who in your group got the most. Shorter than i thought it would be. They give you a guide, he was a great actor.

I decided to take my dad here as we are both big into zombies. We had an absolute BLAST!If you enjoy Zombies, Haunted Houses, and Laser Tag you have to give this a try! We went in thinking yea its just zombie laser tag and we will take out time. But was I wrong it was an experience, Zombies come out of everywhere, the actors are awesome at there job, they run, slide, pop up out of all different areas. And there are Hidden targets so you need to be aware. We did all 3 Levels and enjoyed every minute of it. Yes it may be short as you go quickly/run through some area. But to me it was the perfect amount of time. Also the Staff was great and treated us awesome as well. I will definitely be returning with other family and friends.

Just visited this place last week and its no longer in business due to loss of lease! Really unfortunate!

We paid in advance and 1 of the kids was too afraid to play once they saw how dark it was and they refused to reimburse the money. They would not even reimburse the money paid for the extra ammo. Im sorry but I do not feel its good business practice to do this in this particular situation. I own my own business and would never do my customers that way.

Loved It! Many cool concepts here building upon Americas current zombie craze. 1 part haunted house, 1 part laser tag, 1 part adrenaline rush - complete with kill and bite tallies at the end - very nice. There is so much that could be done here conceptually to build on an already great thing. My only slight disappointment was that it felt far too quick.

This place is awesome. Its like Halloween horror nights and laser tag had a baby! Fun time!! Would go back!

Yo I went last weekend with my brother and friend! The experience was incredible! We went to Orlando for Halloween horror nights but id trade that all in if i could just do this a few times! Its pretty scary but extremely exhilarating and at a great price! The staff is great and are extremely talented actors. I will definitely come back soon!

Had a great time, and it I couldnt think of anyway for it to be better. It would be cool if the place itself was bigger, but other than that the concept is great. Its worth the price and they try to give you a cheaper deal to go again the same day. Will definitely come back with again

Great experience with a group of friends, suggesting you have about 3 or more people in your party. The game is intense, its pretty much just like lazer tag but with zombie actors and props you shoot at. The actors or props will never touch you but will get close (about 2-3 feet of you) along with intense jump scares. Its a pretty intense but fun game to have with the right kind of people who enjoy those things, would not bring any friends who dislike horror movies or horror video games because its just like one but in real life.

So much fun! My friends Damien and RJ work here. Both were off but its ok. Damien got my friend and I tickets to go. It was awesome. Ive always wanted an interactive experience involving zombies. This definitely gives it. Love the photo as well. Great storyline too. Will be back again.

Not worth the price. They talked us up during the prep but we ended up being disappointed. It had potential but fell short of the thrill we expected. Pretty much reminded me of a few minutes in a haunted house, with a big gun and a person leading us on where to look. Took away from the fright. There was an option to go back in without the leader. Maybe that would have made for a better time.Maybe if it was either longer, or cheaper than I would have given it more stars

We accidentally found the place driving by and where curious. And I’m glad we checked it out. The laser guns have kickbacks like a normal gun. It definitely had hour adrenaline pumping. Highly recommend

My boyfriend and I are in Orlando from NJ and we played two games @ Zombie Outbreak . I highly, highly recommend playing the 2nd game. Way more intense and super worth it. The staff was great and we had an awesome time. Wish we had one of these places near us!!

Its really short , could be a little longer but very intense and scary

Went with 2 adults and 2 15 yr old boys.My sons like the Zombie movies, so we thought this might be fun. The staff is very nice and helpful. We all did the first round.I was concerned about Zombies touching me...They are there, but do stay away a few feet away. It is scary and fun, but the objective is to get kills. So there is a mission objective feel in the group. My sons continued for the next two rounds. The number of Zombies seem to increase each round and were more persistent. The guns were realistic and the staff really got into the whole scenario. We will visit Zombie Outbreak again on our next visit!

It was good except for my gun that continually jammed! Kids definitely love it!

This was great fun. My family truly enjoyed it. It definitely got the heart racing, they come at you from everywhere. Would so recommend this to all the zombie fans out there!

LASER TAG IN A HAUNTED HOUSE. Its pretty lame if youre going with intentions to shoot stuff up like a boss. Most of the group didnt even get to shoot at zombies. You follow a path in a group while a guide leads you throughout the building, shooting zombies with lasers that pop out at every corner. Take an easily scared significant other or a child if you plan to go. Youll enjoy it more.

Zombie Outbreak had to be the greatest place Ive ever been to! If you want to experience what its like to be in a zombie apocalypse THIS IS THE PLACE! There are two locations for this company, one in Wisconsin and one in beautiful sunny Orlando, Florida. The staff is super nice and they also have great shirts as well! Please stop by at the place if your ever in Florida I highly recommend it

I had such a great time!!! So much fun! Definitely interesting and exciting. Line was pretty long though, but they just opened and it was the weekend. Only thing I wish is that the maze was a bit bigger

Fun night out with a group but ended quickly

Fun for all!Took kids (11,13) and we all had a blast. Zombies jump out, then chase you but dont touch you. Guns keep track of scores and you can see who won at the end. 1/2 price to go back through, which of course, everyone wanted to do.

Me and my husband and some friends saw this place on int drive while we out in Orlando on holiday in sept2016. So glad we tried it out. One of the highlights of our trip. So much fun and really realistic!! We were all truly scared but had a blast! Thank you for a great experience

If I could give them zero stars, that would have been the fair rating for this horrible place.The customer service is scarier than the zombies, forget it about getting a refund, even if you make a mistake and asked for one within the next two minutes from your purchase.The young, skinny, white, teenager female, will treat you like a political prisoner in a Siberian prison. Rescheduling with her will be like negotiating with Vladimir Putin.This place lacks of any customer service.

I had fun, probably got a bit more into it than I should. I took off a star as though the weapons are legit, really need a butt stock as they are front end heavy. That didnt ruin my shot though as I carried barrel down.The staff is great, my son got scared and tapped out barely before we cleared the first room. He was escorted back to the front and waited until I had my fun. They took care of us that though they didnt have to and its always appreciated.I will more than likely do it again if Im in the area. I call BS on my one bite but that may have been due to my son or a technicality as there is a bite radius and they were around a corner waiting.All in all it was fun, could use some minor tweaks but nothing major.

Awesome. Zombies were realistic and intense. The weapons were replicas of m4, and very realistic with motion feedback on trigger pulls (my favorite part)the course is great, a very dynamic for CQB. work as a team and you will make it through.Went for one, stayed for 4 sessions!

Easy access to all of the attractions! Starting with the parking lot, the theme of the building begins your zombie outbreak. The staff really gets into the zombie theme. They are very informative and helpful to prepare you for the event. I would highly recommend this to teenagers and adults. It was amazing. Plan to stay for more than 1 outbreak because they get your adrenaline pumping! Way to go!

Awesome experience. Kinda a quick run through. You use a pistol/rifle that is similar to an ar15 but it is operating a laser and uses co2 for simulated recoil. I would do it again for sure. Had a blast killing the zombies. Live actors and dummies are playing the zombies. Very friendly staff.

So I didnt get to play. My friend and I just went in to see what it was like. The girl behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. The guy in the gift shop area was very nice also.

Super Fun! BUT, it was very short. Especially if your paying that much. 3 guys totalled around $90 with extra bullets. BTW Dont pay for extra bullets you wont need them. The whole experience lasts for about 10 mins then your out the door thinking it should of been way longer...

This experience was extremely fun. It had my husband and I feeling like kids again. It really is like being in a live video game.the only reason it didnt get 5 stars is due to the length of the game itself.we went through it in less than 10 minutes and for the 2 of us we paid over $50.money well spent but again would have liked it to be longer.

It was great. It adds a great realism to the video game idea. Personally i would of liked to have 5 x 30 round mags but i imagine that would lead to damaged magazines. Short run but you dont get any better simulator short of the zombies actually touching you or shooting at you. Awesome fun.

Loved this! Only had time for the first level, but it was so much fun. Went with two of my friends, and we kicked major zombie butt. Its a good mix of dark and loud and scary; I will definitely be going back.

During my Christmas Holiday vacation I decide to take my family to this establishment. Now I understand this is a busy time for most restaurants but the ones that survive are ready to meet this challenge. If you have a complaint and a manager by the name of Ryan presents himself to you, please ask for another manager. Instead of diffuse the complaints we had, Ryan will just add on to them. I hope this restaurant understands theyll have to put him through some type of customer service training. I hope he learns how to address a woman (my wife) properly.

This place is an awesome adrenaline pumping tourist attraction in the middle of Int. Drive ...i give it 5 stars. You gotta go with your adult kids and have thrill seeking Fun ! So good ...loved every minute

This place isnt your regular laser tag place and by that I mean its awesome. You enjoy every aspect from the moment you get there you feel as if youre being put in a scenario of a zombie outbreak. So if your town I highly recommend it as you wont be disappointed!
