Very friendly and helpful staff. We bought most of our attraction tickets thru them for our entire trip as they were that much cheaper. Easy to purchase online and pick up in store.

Me and my wife first visited Orlando back in 2001 with our childrenwe took them to the parks and along International Drive to look at the things on there .and not so long ago me and my wife were back here in February 2019 we stopping in a hotel on International Drive but this time there were just the 2 of us our children have there own families nowwe did not visit the parks this time but there are still things todo

I was able to snatch a good deal on Disney park tickets, just check their prices online first to make sure they are the same at their visitor center. I loved the place and how easy it was to get there, there is reserved parking for visitors which I loved.My kids loved the place and took lots of photos. Very friendly staff.

Upon walking in we were greeted by Justin. He gave us a warm smile and was very nice. Justin advised us about our trip and we were able to get the best prices and most fun for our money. He was very knowledgeable and happy to help. The decor of the visitors center was amazing. We were able to walk around and take pictures while we waited. The center has a lot of information, it is for everything. Not just for theme park tickets. The promotions they have are great. There are no long lines to get tickets. I fully recommend the visitor center and fully recommend you talk to Justin.

Good customer service over the phone as well in case you call to ask for pricing beforehand. I have not bought theme park tickets from them but for other spots like ICON, SEA LIFE, Titanic Exhibit, and Fun Spot its been a great experience.

Really helpful staff. Lots of information and help with ticketing. Theres an Amazon locker. Coukd be useful if you want to buy items online and have it delivered locally. Not tried that yet.

This place is pretty cool for a visitors center. Not what I was expecting. If you want photo opportunities they have some there you can easily take advantage of since next to nobody is inside. The staff is friendly and helpful and had a discount we could take advantage of.

After a bit of a wait folks were helpful with helping us to plan a non Disney day. Lots of information and good discounts on all sorts of activities on the city. Definitely a place to check in at if you are looking for other activities to do in Orlando.

Passes were expired when I tried to use them one hour after I bought them. ONE HOUR. This place is ridiculous. Don’t try to save $3. The passes won’t work. Will waster your time. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

The purpose of the place seems to be focused on commercial attractions only (yes, it means only fee paying members allowed to have their sites recommended). The team collectively could not answer other Orlando questions such as bus schedules.Also the WiFi was ONLY accessing Orlando Visitor Center info so you cant go find any other outside information.

I had a Veggie pita no sauce and a side of french fries with feta cheese. Everything tested really good, but the amount of onions was insane. I expend the whole afternoon with nauseas because of the food. If you have a strong stomach and digest fats and spices, this is the right place for you!

This was a horrible experience. I did not recieve the notification and address to pick up my tickets until after I paidand traveled to Orlando. Then Finally after arriving at the Theme park I had to be told by the park concierge where to go.

So, we flew down with minimal planning and in Orlando you can quickly get overwhelmed. We stopped in twice and both times the reps were super informative and really helped us zero in on some plans. They never pushed us to buy tickets through them and often let you know of any better deals than what the had to offer. There was also entertainment areas for the kids so us parents could really discuss plans. I highly recommend these folks, even if you have plans in place they know their stuff and you may discover something you hadnt thought of or planned for.

A must destinantion for holiday makers. Go here as soon as you can to get tourist info and savings vouchers ( coupons ). Use the assistants well to get helpful info. ( they know there stuff )

On our last few visits to Orlando this was the best (and cheapest) place to buy tickets for both Universal parks, Sea World and Busch Gardens. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. The office is a little small when busy!
