Manager Ryan was very unprofessional and treated us like we were trying to steal just because we were talking Spanish in front of the counter, it was a very bad vacation experience for me as a Florida resident and my family visiting from outside the country. As a resident I understand the hospitality business and the frustrations you may get during the day but if you cant handle those situations and people from different countries youre need to look for another job.

This place was pretty busy when we went, but the staff were friendly and everyone still moved pretty quickly. It’s a fun place for kids of all ages. It’s not the cheapest mini golf in the world, but for 45$ the 3 of us played 18 holes and each hole was pretty clever.

We had 6 people and did it in an hour on a Saturday of Thanksgiving. Really wanted to give it 4 1/2. The half star is because the course is mostly par 2 and pretty easy. My wife and i shot under par while the worst golfer in our group only shot 8 over. Anywhere else she is plus 15 or 16

Very fun and well kept mini-golf course. My friend and I only played on the Haunted side but it was very fun. One or two of the holes lacked imagination but for the most part they were great. The scenery and atmosphere was wonderful. Taking a look at the Alien Invasion side gave me the impression that that one is also great. I would suggest playing these courses at night because the neon lights really seem to make everything look great. They also have lots of potential discounts.

The golf course looks great when walking into City Walk (especially thr Sci fi one) so we had to have a go. We booked online for 2 adults and 1 child and saved 10%. We had a couple of issues trying to play though...1) The weather was bad so the course was shut (quite understandable.) It was our last day at City Walk and online purchases couldnt be refunded. So we had to wait for an hour to reopen. Not really worth the 10% discount, so Id advise against booking online unless you have a backup day or guaranteed good weather.2) My 9 year old daughter didnt want to play, but we couldnt leave her alone. The staff wanted me to purchase another player ticket just so my daughter could come with us. I was so annoyed that I was going to walk away and lose my 3 online tickets as it was daylight robbery. I understand why they do it... I imagine theyve had families trying to get round with one ball, but these people shouldnt spoilt it for the rest of us (like removing them if found doing it).The last issue spoilt the experience for me (everyone else enjoyed it) so Im knocking 2 stars from a potential 5 star review.

Was visiting from Michigan and my brother brought me and my family here to play some mini golf. We thought is was a great idea and after dropping over $100 on 7 of us to play we wanted to take our kids to the restroom. The restrooms were closed but the workers at the ticket booth said we could go to the movie theater and use theirs. We were told they would remember us and we could reenter through the exit. On the way back in we were confronted by the “manager” Lulu. She started yelling at us saying we had to go through the entrance. When my brother tried explaining that we were told my the employees it was ok to reenter that way, she continued to yell at us saying she didn’t care what the employees said. When I tried to explain to her what was going on, she started screaming at us that if we didn’t like it she would call security. This made my 6 year old start crying. I went to the ticket booth asking for the manager and Lulu came yelling that she was the manager and if I didn’t calm down she would call security. She was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. We went to guest services and was told that there wasn’t much they could do since they rent out the space to the mini gold company.Extremely disappointed in this place. We won’t ever be back again.UPDATE: so the GM reached out to me and apologized for the situation. He refunded us, gave us free passes and said he would talk to his employees about how our situation was handled.I appreciate him reaching out to me.

Good golf, some challenging campy themed holes filled with bad puns, and a fun atmosphere prevail at this course. My initial impression wasn’t great however ... we were waiting for others in our party to buy tickets for our group and the staff wouldn’t let my son use the restroom until we purchased tickets... The young cashier that took our order was not accommodating or helpful. When my son was injured by a missed swing towards the end of the course however, the young cashier was gone and the rest of the staff were just exceptional! They called for a medic to make sure he was ok, offered ice and made us feel welcome. It was the greeting I would have liked at the beginning, but they nailed it when it mattered! Special thanks to Paul for his warm customer service!

Seems cool enough, didnt go in due to the high cost. We are already annual pass holders and figured that mini golf would be included in the activities...not the case. Even after our discount (we are Florida residents also) it was gonna run over $55 for 3 people. However, if your pockets are fat and you got it like that...theres a sci fi course, or a haunted ghost course to choose from that are 9 holes OR you can do both for a total of 18 holes.

You got two different courses, each containing a pretty cool theme: Haunted House style and Alien Invasion. Both courses have the same amount of holes and both are pretty interesting. The layouts and environments can be hilarious and fun to look at or take pictures. I would definitely recommend doing the courses at nights as their lighting effects make the experience a lot more fun - especially the Haunted House course. The only reason I take down a star is because of the prices. While I do understand this is inside a theme park, they really do charge an arm and leg to play. But other than that, I still would recommend this mini golf course to anyone for some quick fun, a date night, family time, and etc.

If value for money is your gauge then avoid this. With over 9 being considered an adult this is designed to take your money and quickly. We did the Sci fi course and most of the holes were simple par 2 holes. Im not a golfer at all but this course really only tested your putting skills. There was very little imagination on the holes. The final hole and maybe one or two more had some sort of obstacle and they were optional. I really am not sure what all the positive reviews are for. That said. Really well kept and clean and its clear money has been put into the holes but I would love someone to explain why 9+ is an adult for this.
