It gets the job done, nothing special. XL soccer has superior customer service. As per requested,When arriving at XL soccer or other facilities, you get greeted nicely “Hi, how are you” and once you sign in they tell you “enjoy your game”. Secondly, you get treated as a paying customer, we understand/agree with your policies but we get treated as if you are doing us a favor by letting us play there. Lastly, I’ve forgotten things at your business and they have gotten “thrown away” after 2 business days. When someone leaves anything at my job we hold it until that customer comes back. I gave it two stars because it “gets the job done” but compare to other businesses it lacks that customer service/friendliness. I hope this helps

Fun environment. Good management. Prices are reasonable. It can get real hot in the summer however as there is no air-conditioning available.

Great Facility to play indoor soccer in Orlando. The staff is welcoming. The place is central (close to downtown Orlando), which is convenient to groups that come from different parts of town. The lighting is excellent for night training/ playing.

My son plays in the youth league. There are things we love about the facility - it is clean, the staff are nice, and some of the coaches are great players. However we kept running into communication issues. Our son switched from just training to a league, and we were told it would be $5 extra per month (totaling 115) Coaches would give my 8 year old important information (uniform info, games) when it should have been communicated to the parents. We always felt like we were out of the loop. Would there be tournament fees? Are there additional costs? Once my son said that the coach asked why we werent at a parent meeting - we NEVER were told about it and staff said nothing to us while we were at practice. A few games into this season we were told that we had to purchase 100+ in uniform costs!? It was the first e-mail wed gotten from them after being part of the club for more than a year (outside of receipts). We can not come up with that much extra money without prior notice. We asked if there was a way he could still play games with his old uniform until we could afford the new one and they said no. To their credit, they have ALWAYS been super nice to us. We do not speak spanish and they struggle with English, so I really feel like its just a language barrier and that Spanish speaking families will do a lot better. Im not even sure if he understood our scenario. So now my son plays M and W but cant be in games. Im bummed and frustrated and hes heartbroken because he loves Free kick - but we will need to look for a new club. Free Kick, PLEASE in the future, give parents ALL costs at the beginning of a season (including uniform and tournament) so that they can know ahead of time if they can afford it - be sure to communicate with parents, not kids. Thanks!

It would be nice if the put about 2 fans per field. Theres no ventilation for the players. Someone can have a heat stroke.

Enjoyable environment for cutting the soccer fien kids loose, and the occasional cool breeze between the fans or open bay doors. The playlist could use some work (over the speaker), good jams for the most part but the occasional foul language can get your attention real quick. I would recommend someone work on the playlist.Staff has always been friendly, and cordial.

Took my son here for goalie training and from my observations of all the coaches present, they are very knowledgeable and prepared in their training. They are not here to baby your kids but to improve their ability and encourage them along the way and correct their mistakes in a positive way.

Probably the best place to play pickup soccer in Orlando. 7 min games, 6v6, 3 phenomenal turf fields, great staff that run the sessions, and most importantly minimal wait time inbetween games. This place really deserves the 5 star rating. $10 to play from 8pm-11pm.

Wouldnt recommend it. Not really a friendly environment. Thought of bringing my kids since Ive seen other kids go to the place a lot. But everyone is just so vulgar. People always cussing at each other. Also people are always using drugs in the area. If youre into everything I just mentioned then go for it.
