Excellent service from the beginning to the end the VIP area and our waitress Courtney super sweet and professional always in the right time. The manager Brian is amazing and the crowd was super nice. We was celebrating two birthday and the DJ mentioned during the night. I’m definitely coming back and recommend this place to have a great time with friends.

Drinks are a little pricey, but I love the environment! A Florida resident or local small discount would be great. Bartenders are awesome and always take great care of my boyfriend and I, especially Sandy! Love the live band, but the music gets a little repetitive if you come often. Overall great bar/ club but could use a few updates.

Good atmosphere. Good music. Friendly staff. Think the managers name was Brandon or Brian. Forgot his name but he was really friendly. Bartenders made great drinks and were easy to talk to. Wish they had drink specials!! That would be perfect.

My first time here. It was a company get together. The place was lovely, set up elegantly but had a casual feel. The DJ rocked while the band connected with the crowd on a personal level. We will def make this a spot to be on the next trip!

One of the most pleasurable experiences of my clubbing life. The mix between nightclub and bar and lounge is flawlessly done. Ive clubbed in many states and countries and the red Coconut by far exceeds all expectations. The friendly knowledgeable staff was always around for a greeting or great advice and tips about universal and citywalk as well for a dynamic experience. The drinks were perfectly made and reasonably priced. Id recommend this place to anyone trying to enjoy their night the right way!!!!

Brian and Noelle were the best! They noticed we were celebrating a bachelorette party and they took such great care of us. Their guest service was amazing and one of the best at Universal. They deserve raises!

I was surprised that it was not very crowded last night. My wife and I decided to stop by here for a drink. The bartender was very nice and she made some suggestions about what my wife might like. At the end of the night she even suggested a nice sushi place at Citywalk where we could eat.

Great ambiance, my fiance and I were in our honeymoon and decided to rent a limo and go to a nightclub to feel special, this place was great, had different ambiances, we ordered a bottle with the table reservation was fantastic.

I when on a Saturday night, was a very nice experience, Good band , nice VIP area ,drink was good , DJ super friendly, I requested a couple latín song , he played without any problems... I have a super good time on Red Coconut, recommended ... Definitely I will return, better atmosphere than Mangos for sure !!!!

Im new to town and was looking for a spot to chill...I went to.few places at City Walk and then found Red Coconut ,,,,I met some friendly people there and Tracy soon became my bartender,she was very personable and now I frequent the establishment a few times a week, I also purchased an annual pass.I would highly recommended Red Coconut its friendly and a fun place to chill with friends!!

Came on Tuesday it was very slow. For a theme park it had a neighborhood feel. I hung out with Tracy and one of her regulars. I ended up of having a great time for a slow night.

Rude door man who wouldnt let us in because it was 30 minutes to close and they didnt want to deal with more people. I have lived in Orlando my whole life and can always count on a good time at City Walk. The first place I always go after dinner used to be Red Coconuts. I was so offended I will never be back again. Not how you treat your locals! I went to the Groove instead and had a blast.

Not s latino club at all. Just a Universal Studio bar with a top 40 band. They may have latino music on occasion but it should not be listed as a latino club. Band was good, but did not stay as it was not latino music. Very misleading and false advertisement!

We have the best time at the Coconut Club. We dance non stop, the servers are attentive, the drinks is amazing!! The manager is so accommodating!

Tracy (the bartender) and Brian (the manager) were two of the best people I’ve ever been served by. I’m a huge Cavs fan and even though the game wasn’t on, the replayed the one from 2 nights before. One of my favorite places and definitely my favorite staff in Citywalk.

It was kind of dead when my group went in, and we really didnt care for the lounge-feel / club singer covering bruno mars songs. But a lady singer came out and sang I will Survive and that was good. I probably wouldnt go back just because its meant for the older crowd I think.

I tried to call to have some inquiries about VIP table but no response. I sent an email right after and it has been several days already and still no response. Unprofessional!

I ordered for sex on the beach without ice, the drink was served by Tracy. When i had a sip of the drink i could taste of nothing but juice. I went back to inform her she was so rude she had the audacity to tell me that Just because i ordered for the drink with no ice doesnt mean that i will get more alcohol all they do is add more juice. what type of policy is that? I was so mad i told her i dont want the drink she should replace it with something else she totally ignored me and went about her business. I ended up paying for a shot of a top shelf drink. Well my friend also asked for the same drink but on the rocks/with ice and she too could tell that there was no alcohol in that drink. This totally messed up our night, but thanks to The groove our drinks were so well done and the staff was so friendly. I wonder why we went to Red Coconut in the first place.

Was on vacation at the end of August and I went for a drink to this place with my wife. We were sitting there while having a couple of drinks and we were watching like 4 people on the dance floor. It was a combination of a band playing old 80s and 90s music and a dj playing pop and house. For about an hour we watched in horror as these 4 or 5 drunk people on the dance floor were making fools of themselves dancing. After a while I got bored and asked the bartender if there was ever any Latin music played here? She said no it was not a Latin club. So I asked her if I could ask the band to play something Latin and she told me that if I wanted to hear Latin music I should go to Bob Marleys. I was amazed that this bartender lady would say that to me. So this person was so racist she did not even realize that Bob Marleys plays reggae and not Latin music. That goes to show how ignorant this person is. But it gets better, I asked the dj to play any kind of Latin music and he looks down at me from the booth and says I don’t play latin music. This is not that kind of place. What does that even mean?So just by looking at this dj with a Barney looking haircut shaved on the sides and spiked from front to back was obvious was a racist as well. Looked like a punk rocker reject from the 80s. I spoke to the club manager as well as another mamger who claimed he was a general manager. These people were both apologizing and offering free drinks. I refused the free drinks and told them I would never go back to that place. Really all they needed to do was play a Latin song and prove to me that the place was not anti Latino and they did not offer that. They kept telling me how recently Latin night had stopped at this club but again did nothing to show me and my wife that we were wrong. So to this anti Latino club red coconut you get 0 star review. What a shame that the place was so dead and boring . And to the managers at his place please learn customer service! They were very insulting and knew nothing about how to run a night club.

Have been coming to Red Coconut on Sundays for the past couple years , whenever I am in town for work. The staff is always friendly and Reggie is a great bartender.

I cant really complain about it being small everything at CityWalk is tiny inside. Youre looking at 12 to $15 a drink which is standard down there.

I wish could leave 0 stars but unfortunately thats not an option. If you like waiting over an hour for $15 cocktails this is the place for you! Its pretty sad when the manager is standing right next to you watching you wait for over an hour and then offers you water because the bartender moves as fast as a sloth during a hurricane. If you like getting 1/8 inch of liquor in your cocktail for $15 this is the perfect place for you! I dont complain about money but I will complain about service. Service here sucks and the managers make excuses for their lazy employees. I have been to many places and I have to say theres no place on this earth with worse service. As a business owner I hate to leave bad reviews but this one is over due. Thanks for nothing Red Coconuts!

This is BY FAR THE WORST CLUB EVER. Overpriced, crappy fricking service (45 min wait for a drink, being ignored/forgotten after giving order to bartender twice) then the manager said sorry about the wait, heres a water.... As if I want a dang water??? Im out for the weekend kid free for once!!!!! I dont what a frickin water??!! Then I finally got a drink... Guess what.. ash in my drink.... By the time we got any service the bar was closing... I was more sober by the time I left the bar than compared to when I came in....My alcoholic drink tasted like pure water for $20/drink... I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Ill tell you everything you want to know. I went on a sunday. No cover. Mainly hip hop music. $8 domestic bottles. No ultras. Beer selection on tap? No. Speed of service seemed to be wherever you were at the right or wrong time. My service was great. I sat at the bar. I witnessed some get their drinks in 30 seconds, and some waiting 7 minutes. They do seem shoe handed on staff. But i did see a manager (who i presume (joe)) help out, during the sunday night football game, behind the bar. Then disappeared. I went in with big exceptions of the bathroom. But no paper towels to dry hands both times i went. Overall, out if the 3-5 bares/clubs around this area in walk in distance, not bad. Crowd wasnt super packed. School night. Sunday. Theme park bar. What can you expect. But there was a small good crowd. Heard that bob Marley place is also good. Also about the groove, but they are a more rap and hip hop genre. Also o brien had a super small crowd. But chill and two awesome guys playing live music piano.

The bartenders were extremely rude, we will not be returning. We went to The Groove a few doors down and had a good time.

We are in our late 40s and had a blast! The band was fantastic, the DJ kept the dance floor packed. People were happy and funny. Avg age group was 30ish to 50 ish. Management was roaming around the place keeping tabs. On our City Walk Tour this was the first stopped and we stayed. It was $7.00 each at the door, vs the $12.00 each pass. If you like to dance its gets hot in there, expect to sweat. Attire is summer dress casual. Nice shorts, sundress, tommy bahama shirts etc. Enjoy
