Fun place. Good food and service. Great for all ages. Shrimp choices were good, but not a lot of dinner entree choices if you dont care for seafood. They do have finger food like burgers and nachos and a lot of appetizers. It has a Caribbean feel to the interior.

Awesome food, very delicious and great staff. We ate here for the entire week of our vacation. The staff is friendly and made sure our requests were fulfilled. The drinks are definitely strong, if youre a drinker, I highly recommend it here. Will definitely be back!!

The Fish Taco meal was excellent! The tacos themselves were light. The Lava Lava Shrimp was awesome! Good if you like a little spice. The Volcano Nachos were great to share with the hungry family!!

Xavier was the best bartender in the world. Not only was he attentive and informative. But very polite and Full of energy positive energy. I travel the world I’ve never met a bartender like this before. Xavier recommended the best margaritas I’ve ever had in my life. His work ethic is amazing. Can’t wait to come back. Hope he serves us again.

What can I say. Im a major Parrot Head so this is my Mecca! Specially since the Hemisphere Dancer is here and you can drink under here. Also the food is really good too!

After a long day at the parks in the hot sun, my family & I decided to go eat here at this location. Best decision we ever made!!! The seafood Mac & Cheese was one word, AMAZING!! & so was the uptown margarita best margarita I’ve tasted personally!! & our server Javier was the BEST! Super attentive and super nice, he made conversation with EVERYONE at our tables including making the kids laugh! Probably the best server I’ve had, especially after a long day it was a relief we got a someone who was fast with our drinks, appetizers, and food. Definitely recommending the server Javier and this location to all my family & friends.

We were there on September of this year. Jennifer, the waitress was incredible. She gave my so many recommendations about my Margaritas craving! I opted to drink the Watermelon one.I definitely recommend you to go to this place if you are in the area!

Amber M. Was amazing recommend an amazing drink and even a second and then took the time to show me the Souvenir cup and tell me about the time they accepted service dogs and they had their own. The food was absolutely delicious and the best and officially took they top spot of my favorite black and blue burger which has not changed since 1999. I will definitely be back soon. My friend and i got the movie and meal pass so of course we had to eat at her favorite restaurant, MARGARITAVILLE!!! i’m sitting here as i type this, haven’t gotten my food yet but i needed to post this just for our server, EGAN. I just need to say what a pleasure it is to always stop by here! My family and I are annual pass holders and I can honestly say there hasnt been one trip that I havent stopped over for a drink or 3 lol. The quality is always amazing and everyone goes above and beyond! I just wanted to point out Sal and Joe. They are so kind and funny and overall amazing. I already cant wait to go back again and hopefully see their faces. They truly have made every trip Ive made even better. I cant praise them enough! We will be back soon enough and be stopping over to see my favorite bartenders ever. Please appreciate them because I know I do!!!

I think the best one I have been too and at a theme park so that makes it a rare one. Food was typical but didnt disappoint, large portions, typical theme park price. I would go again while visiting universal.

We couldn’t have enjoyed a better view at Margaritaville Universal! The drinks were nicely done and the service impeccable; The staff was very attentive and experienced. Salzano from New Jersey really took care of us and made this experience priceless. Come during the day ;)

Overpriced, loud, gimmicky, terrible service. Thank god we had the dining plan and didnt directly waste our money here. Go go literally any other restaurant in the area.Took us 25 minutes from being sat to order our food. Another 45 minutes until it was brought out. My $30 steak was gone in 3 bites. French fires were 80% of my meal. Finished eating in 20 minutes.Fish and chips too greasy to even eat.Seriously, anywhere else wouldve been better.

I was very excited to come here since it seemed like a fun atmosphere when I walked by these restaurants. The waiter, Ryan, was great. Very attentive. However, the food left a lot to desire. The fried grouper was tasteless. The hot sauce did not taste like hot sauce. It had a sweet taste to it.. My daughter ordered the jambalaya. The rice seemed too mushy and the shrimp seemed like frozen microwaved shrimp, very soggy. The guacamole was nothing special. The chicken wings were salty and dry. The fried chicken and mashed potatoes were okay. Ive tasted better for a lesser price. The waiters customer service was the best of the visit.

We are twice on our 10 trip this year. The food and service are always AMAZING !!! best mango margarita ever !!!! Elzin is a awesome server, (and we think would be a awesome name for a Disney Princess), and Tom also a server was wonderful as well. Well definitely be back next year on our annual trip.

Great service and atmosphere but must say $8.50 for a Bud Light draft is a bit excessive. The place was fairly empty. Need to get pricing within reason. Bartender was great but this is not the Key West Margaritaville, so the prices should reflect that. 3 stars based on service which shows management cares. Cheers!

It had a cool atmosphere even though it was a little loud & hard to here when everyone is wearing a mask. We both got burgers. If you want your burger with no pink make sure you order it medium well or well. Their idea of medium is still very pink in the middle. Thats great for a steak but no for a hamburger in our opinion.

I get it.This place is about drinks and stuff, but they offer food.Now I have to talk about it because I paid like $18 for this salad.Theres no point of having a fruit heavy salad with unripe fruit. Its just bland. The dressing is fine, but the fruits being underripe made the entire salad flat.Then theres that tiny piece of salmon.Its supposed to be blackened salmon. It was mildly seasoned salmon that was burnt. Blackened anything is supposed to be this thiicccc layer of seasoning thats on the verge of being burnt.The food was okay.What did I drink? Nothing fancy, but it was fine.The service decent. Not rude. Occasionally around. I didnt need anything, so I didnt have a chance to test her capacity to deal with my obnoxiousness.

Horrible food!!! No taste and it came out within 5 minutes after you ordered it, so it shows you it has been sitting all day. Not worth it!!! Many other good restaurants in area. Don’t be fooled by the hoopla and name.

I’ll start with the wait staff was awesome. But ultimately the food was pretty terrible. They don’t quite know how to properly cook a filet mignon or hamburger. Medium evidently means well done. Seasoning seems to be an issue and there must be a salt shortage in Orlando. And what world does key lime pie mean a lemon meringue pie with a lime slice? Our waiter was kind enough to see we were not happy with our meals and comped some items on our bill. Not worth a visit though.

I gave two stars for the amazing server Shane. He was great. However, the food is horrible! Chicken wings are salty and sour. If you have problem with blood pressure, then this place is not for you! The quesadilla are salty and dry! Guacamole is ok, nothing special! Grilled Chicken With rice is ok. The grilled chicken is so dry! Not worth the money and my time!

Food was pretty good and atmosphere was super unique however service was horrible! Once we sat down it took at least 15 min to get our drink orders, then an hour to get our food, 30 min to get our check and Togo boxes we had to ask twice for. Server past us at least 5 times never refilling drinks that had been empty since right after we got them the first time because it was so hot out. Unfortunately we didn’t get to play putt putt because dinner took two hours. And we didn’t get out until almost 10 pm.

The Lava lava shrimp is consistently delicious. Service is slow sometimes but it is always worth it once we get it. The drinks are great here too and everyone is friendly.

Im one if those who feels awful for giving bad reviews but this was just bad. I give it one star legitimately for the fact that the staff was super sweet and accommodating, other than that theres not a chance Ill be visiting a second time. It is a very busy place, that was to be expected. We even overheard a staff member say, Were running behind. Also understandable. When we did end up getting our food which was literally 35+ mins later, I physically couldnt eat more than half of it I was so disgusted. The burger tasted like it came from a microwave, the pickle on the side looked like it had been rotting outside the jar all day, the fries were soggy and unseasoned...just an overall bad first time experience at this place. The vibe is interesting which is what drew us in initially, but after my experience with the food and the amount of time waiting (which you think would have prompted for better tasting) I wont be coming back. Save your time and take your $20 for a burger elsewhere.

Shawn E. is a bartender there who came over & took care of us! He did an amazing job all night! The rum runners were fantastic & he made sure our food was perfect! I wish more restaurants had employees like him!

Ordered teriyaki shrimp and chicken entree and it tasted worse than a lean cuisine. Both my husband and I left the entire meal. The rice was so hard and the chicken looked gross. When we made reservations for this dinner we let them know it was a birthday celebration but our waiter never even asked us if we wanted dessert. Felt rushed and meal was definitely not worth the price we paid.

I hate to say it, slow service took forever to get served every step of the way. Food was way overpriced for not that good. There are so many great places to eat at citywalk, go someplace else.

I was expecting so much more and so disappointed. Very limited menu. Fish sticks on taco shelled and very watered down margaritas. I ordered the “perfect” margarita and it it was mostly ice water and salt in a small martini glass for $14. This was no where near perfect. Save your money and go to a real margarita bar outside the park.

We went May 14, 2020, the day City Walk reopened. Everyone was a little on edge but very pleasant. Our server, Tara T. was amazing! She was very informative on how things have changed and the procedures they have in place now. Seating was at 25% capacity outdoors only. The live music was great, and made things feel like they used to, if only for a moment. The cheeseburger was cooked exactly right and the fish tacos were tasty as always. This was the first time weve been out to eat in over 2 months and Tara made it a great experience. Thanks again Tara!!!!

We ate there tonight, this is usually are go to restaurant. Today I ordered a quesadilla, very disappointed chicken had no flavor and tasted like it was rewarded in the microwave. Waiter was doing a great job, atmosphere was good. Food was disappointing today cook should be ashamed of him or her self and take pride in what you serve.

This my my first visit and I was so disappointed with my order. It was the fried grouper sandwich with fries. This plate should have never left the kitchen. It was burnt, and so crispy hard It hurt my teeth and mouth to try to eat it! The price for this sandwich was over $19.00!! Fortunately they took it off my bill.I was also disappointed the manager didnt come by. Through all this our server did a good job.

I don’t usually write reviews but I went to this location today and my server Javier was amazing, funny, and very helpful. Whenever we needed something he was there to fulfill our needs, he made conversations with us and every time he came by the table it was a laugh, I hope I get him as a server every time I go! Nachos were amazing and delicious the customer service was amazing. The manager, Jaminat (not sure how to spell it), was very attentive and walked around the store going to different tables. The whole store was super clean and everyone was following the social distancing protocols very well. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a good time & good service!!

First time here! If you can get Bob as your server, request him. He knows the good stuff. The good drinks not on the menu he definitely makes the experience at Margaritaville worth going and I can’t wait to come back ! Thank you Bob.

The food is always good at Margaritaville. Tables were appropriately socially distanced. All the staff were wearing protective masks and the sanitation procedures were definitely stepped up. The wait was not long at all either. The only down side being the prices are a bit high but that is understandable because it is in City Walk aimed at the tourists

The environment around this restaurant is impressive, surrounded of entertainment, fun, food and Live music. The aircraft in the background makes you fell that you are in a bay area at the Southern Beach. Fantastic.

We went in July 19th for my birthday, was super excited because I’d never been. The restaurant was nice & clean but unfortunately our server was not. His name was Jacob, and he was very condescending & rude. I’m not one to complain, but it was a very awkward and uncomfortable experience. My friend ordered a burger medium well, but it was beyond pink almost raw so she asked if we could take it back & re cook it, and he said he showed his cook and he agreed it was medium well.. at the end he said well now you know you like well done in just a nasty attitude snobby way. There was multiple comments made & it unfortunately was a very unpleasant visit & we have no plans to return. My food was delicious. Drinks were a little over priced but it’s Orlando... to be expected. Sucks we had such a bad experience with the server because it ruined the whole mood.

Went to Margaritaville today to have a few drinks and eats with my Wife. We had the great pleasure of being served by Nebi at the bar. Nebi is super friendly and very attentive to his customers. Thank you so much Nebi for a great afternoon.

The host was friendly and prompt; but after we were seated it took way to long before we were actually acknowledged by our server. After we placed our drink order (waters) ten more minutes went by so we left. Went next door to the Italian place and were treated with 5 star service. They will get my 5 star review as soon as I finish this 1 star review. Server must have been on island time

We came here for our first date night since the COVID-19 pandemic started and we had an excellent experience. We were a bit worried about going out to a restaurant but the hostess signing in names got us an awesome table out on the porch of indecision and our server Amber told us all about the precautions they were taking and put us right at ease. Throughout the rest of our meal Amber provides excellent service and made sure our meal and drinks were brought to the table as soon as they were ready she really made our meal and our date night extra awesome.

My first time visiting and I was not happy. The food was ok and the prices was over the top. My waitress was Lori B. First of all we had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated. Once we was seated we had to wait 15 minutes to order. She never came back to refill our drinks. She had to be called to do so. It took 30-45 minutes for us to get our food. We had to wait 25 more minutes to get our check. This took so long when she finished it was 10 and we had to leave the premises because it was closed. I was not happy and would not go there again or recommend it to my family and friends.

The quality of food and drinks was below par. The service was equivalent. I can honestly say this was the worst meal I had. The bathrooms were not well keep. In the climate we are in youll think that sanitary will be on point. I will not be patronizing this restaurant on my return to City Walk.

I first visited this place 5 years ago & remembered the Watermelon margarita - the bartender served up a really potent concoction then. Rolled myself back to Loews Royal Pacific Resort.This place still packs in the crowd. Waited in line for 15min (dinner time) & gladly was shown to our table shortly after.Robyn our server was efficient courteous & helpful. Getting our dinner order through her was a breeze & she knows the menu well to give constructive recommendations.Quality of fare is excellent. Lava Shrimps are fresh out of the seas, well balanced taste.The Southern Stack Burger was pretty decent but the Taco Fried Fish was just so-so.Overall its still a pleasant dining experience here & would recommend for sure!

The only positive thing about this place is the fact that the staff and our server were extremely nice. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. So I’m sure the food was actually sitting out for a significant amount of time. The only thing that was edible at our table were the hamburgers. I ordered the jambalaya, which was luke warm and the rice was more than al dente. Our server took it back for another plate, but obviously they just microwaved it- the shrimp was so over cooked at that point it turned to rubber and the sausage became mush. My wife ordered the fish tacos. The breading was soggy and the inside was cold. At that point we decided to not order anything else there. I feel like the only reason why this restaurant is still operational is because of the influx of tourists and people on the parks meal plan. Other than that I don’t see it how it would survive alone, especially with the pandemic going on. On top of that, it wasn’t even that busy.

This is a great place to eat with a family, a group or as a couple. Endless entertainment abounds in the bar and the restaurant seating area. There are sports and, as always, great music with music videos. The night we were there we saw mermaids on stilts making animal balloons! The food and service are wonderful as well. Highly recommend this restaurant!!

The atmosphere is what you would expect but it’s still a little lacking. Cheesy volcano effects after he sings I don’t know when I’ll volcano’s gonna blow. Food is mediocre but the service and the people were great. Leave here wanting more; more food, more drink, more atmosphere.

My girlfriend and I came here for dinner after visiting the park, and had a wonderful experience here. I had the Jambalaya and she got a chicken pasta. Both tasted phenomenal. The Jambalaya wasnt soupy at all, and the spice was just right. As my waitress said, about a 3 on the level of spice.I had the blackberry Margarita, and my girlfriend had a cocktail (name of it escapes me). She found it to be a little sugary, but she still liked it.We took a slice of keylime pie to go, and it was very tasty. Nice end to the night.The staff here was also superb and friendly.

Food was not that good at all, had the chicken tortilla soup which was decent. But the teriyaki chicken and shrimp as well as the seafood Mac and cheese or whatever it was honestly tasted like it was a frozen meal from Publix. Definitely not worth the amount we paid for 3 meals, felt a bit too overpriced for what we got.On the other hand, the ambiance of the place was really nice, and our server was really good. Food did come out reasonably quick though but like I said, overpriced.

Hostess for the outside seating, was very rude and rolled her eyes at us for asking a question. Food was not as good as the restaurant in Grand Turk. Our waitress was nice. But over all experience sucked.

Our first visit was great. However, our second time visiting we ordered seafood mac and cheese. It was not good. Zero taste. It was mixed with watered down Alfredo sauce. The shrimp was very very fishy. We were very disappointed as we were so excited to visit again.

Ok....there were four of us. We were seated right at the kitchen door so needless to say every time it opened we were exposed to noise. All the servers were busy so we got to see them hurrying by also....so near us we expected to have extra plates or glasses joining us! To the service....our server was excellent....she was friendly...quick....knowledgeable....and always filling our drinks on a very hot day. The food....I ordered the fried chicken that came with green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy everywhere...I’m from the south....fried chicken comes with bones most of the time....this chicken tasted the same as what you get in the market out of a bag that is pieces and parts......again gravy was on everything and it had an after taste...like a packaged mix. Green beans were al dente and potatoes again covered in gravy. Husband got fish and chips....have never seen rolled fish but maybe it was very large fish sticks! He ate because he was hungry but said he would never ordered it again. Grandson ordered steak rare.....it was gray not red and bloody as it should be. My daughter ordered a burger that she had three bites from and said the meat was a little rubbery. Well we were not impressed and not sure we will try it again...we are Passholders so we are here frequently.....just saying we eat at a lot of places there.

The food was meh. My son said his burger was just ok. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and it came out ice cold with mostly ham no pork. Sent it back and at least they took it off the bill. Did not offer to remake cause they were closing the kitchen soon. The atmosphere however was fun around us. That was really the saving grace. The margarita I had was also very good.

Just went over the weekend and truly disappointing after waiting nearly an hour for our food. My food was cold! I was so upset, but didn’t say nothing just because I didn’t want to have it remade and probably wait another hour. I would not go here again after this experience.

We sat outside on the patio as I prefer that for these days. Service was slow and lacking. Drinks tasted like gasoline and were impossible to finish. My sandwich was luke warm at best, fries cold and old tasting. Coconut Shrimp was the only thing hot and worth it. Super overpriced for what you get! It’s a shame I heard so much hype about this place. I won’t return or recommend.

What an amazing server! She was so nice and explained how the kitchen works with what has a separate fryer and what not because I have a gluten allergy. All the chips are fried in their own fryer so I was able to order the guac and chips and for my entree ordered the Cobb salad without blue cheese for my lactose intolerance. Food was pretty good for a quick bite on city walk. Thankful they were so great about my allergies!

First off, it wasnt that busy, but our waitress took forever to take our order. Then our order took another half hour to come out. I had the Rancho deluxe burger, ordered medium. It came out well done, and there was no ranch. Ok, there was a very thin layer on the bun that was difficult to detect, definitely couldnt taste it. The side salad was simply iceberg lettuce with carrots and cucumbers. My wife ordered the jambalaya, and that was actually really good.

You have to get the experience for yourself. Prices will blow you out of the water if you arent prepared to spend. Food could have been better but you go for the experience.

The first time I came here everything was perfect, great service, wonderful drinks. I had an amazing time. This time when I went the food wasnt as good. I ordered the volcano nachos both times and the second time the food came out to my table with soggy chips and an overabundance of nacho cheese instead of regular shredded cheese. I will give them another shot because everyone has off days sometimes but I was really disappointed it wasnt as good.
