It was a great experience and really fun. I will definitely come back. They are doing social distancing when it comes to the waiting in line in the rides & shows you would like to get on.The food was great but make sure you bring enough $$$ to spend. Employees are really friendly and also really alert to make sure you have your mask on at all times for the safety of everyone. (Pictures are from Island of Adventure & Universal)

It’s a fun place to walk around and get food, drinks, or desserts!!!!! It’s completely safe to go alone, with a friend, or a group of any size. It’s fun for the adults for sure. ... and of course there are many places to shop, eat, get coffee and ice cream, and even watch a movie or play putt putt. They make you feel safe because they have lots of security, you go through metal detectors, you get your temperature checked, and there’s plenty of hand sanitizer around.

Endless options of food, drink, desserts, shopping and other activities. It’s a super lively place and plus it obviously connects right to the Universal Parks and is where shuttles drop off for the parks. I would especially recommend Voodoo Donuts for some mouth watering donuts and Antojitos if you even remotely enjoy Mexican or table side guac, just to die for. Though there are just tons of other food options and not many bad ones. Lots of shops too, and even a tattoo shop, if you’re into that. Also a movie theater towards the front and some mini golf courses that are actually super cool and fun. And a little local knowledge: get there after 6 and parking is free;) Covid wise they are very strict and do a great job of sticking to protocol. Everyone had to get their temp checked before entering, sanitize, wear a mask, and go through metal detectors. It’s about as safe as you can get.

We were a group of four there for dinner. I must say it was my Second time there and I was skeptical because the first time wasn’t a great experience. We had a server Rebekah that made this a perfect experience. Rebekah took care of every detail during our dinner from answering questions about the menu to providing condiments suggesting dessert it was just so pleasant we will definitely be back! We had the perfect dinner night thank you so much Rebekah!!!

Free parking as of 10/3, and plenty of shopping and dining options. Whopper Bar where you make your own Whopper is a fav. Views of both Universal Theme Parks, Hard Rock Hotel, and a candy factory. They said they had a limit for reserved guests but as the day went on it seemed just as packed as per usual, not as many sanitizing stations as expected but no drinking while walking was easily to me. The food lines and times were crazy. Most of the little kids area was shut down.I know it’s a wild time but they didn’t seem to meet any of our expectations. (Group of 12)

City Walk is a great place to go for night time dining and entertainment in Universal studios Florida. After 6:00 p.m. there are no cost for parking in the parking garage so you can make park for free. They have a movie theater plenty of restaurants places to have snacks desserts quick meals shopping and of course its the gateway to both Universal studios and islands of adventure. The only bad thing that I dislike about CityWalk is it is not covered and a lot of times in Florida you get a lot of rain so be prepared to check the weather if you are going and bring a poncho or a raincoat or something at least an umbrella cuz you will get soaked. A lot of the restaurants do also have wait and times and sometimes they dont allow you to make a reservations so be prepared for that as well otherwise its a great place to go eat shop and have a good time.

This spot is great for tourists. Ive lived in Orlando for 21 yrs so I know. I went for Halloween and it was very chill. I did have the option to go to downtown Orlando, but I didnt want the craziness. If you are here with family, its perfect. You get to walk around and shop or get food. I went to Red Oven for pizza.. It was amazing.. The size of the pizza is just right for 2 people. On top of that you can order a pie to go. The staff is very friendly. Make sure to have your ID if you want to drink.. And they do take your temperature before entering. You do have to wear your mask unless you are eating or drinking. They do have security walking to make sure you are following the mask requirements. If not you will be asked to leave. I recommend to go to Fat Tuesdays to get an alcohol slushy... I recommend the 190 Octane.. Not so sweet.. Just right to feel refreshed.. Plus you have an option for a shot they put in a flask and dump it upside down quickly in the drink.. Enjoy

Nice place, good food, great staff. The Pork Belly Sliders were good but not the Chocolate covered bacon, bacon should be bacon, no chocolate. The Meatloaf was good, plenty, and filling but had an unusual taste, not bad, just different from what Im used to, still tasty but kind of gamey. The Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake is a desert in and of itself and superb, well worth the $13.00. The Chocolate Stout was good, only had one couldnt do another, it was a good stout but one and done. We actually liked the social distancing, gave us plenty of space and we didnt feel like the next table was on top of us.

Hate paying 20 dollars to park especially when no one can wave the fee for coming to eat their or shop with them . U have to pay up front and no one takes it off ur bill or anything. No place I know of and we have been there many times for different things and asked. However the parking lot is clean. Safe as a airport (so don’t let anyone walk to or from alone if possible) otherwise the sites are worth the 20 bucks if u make the most of being there.

I have been going to CityWalk since 2005 and have seen the changes it has went through over the years. Unfortunately, during the time of COVID-19, Universal has handled social distancing and mask wearing measures incredibly poorly as compared to other places like Disney Springs. There was no limit to the amount of guests let into CityWalk, no enforcement of wearing masks, and an extreme lack of social distancing. I will not be coming back to Universal anytime soon. I felt VERY unsafe and a very obvious lack of caring for COVID-19 preventative measures from Universal.
