My daughter loves it here. They are patient with the new students and work well with them to promote growth and still have fun.

Jacksons is a wonderful, family-owned gym. The coaches are great at encouraging talent and spirit. My daughter went too several gyms early in her career but we have stayed at Jacksons because it is a great fit for her.

I always look forward to my workouts at this place. The trainers are motivating, friendly, and consistent. Awesome place for excellent work outs.

My daughter described her first day at Jacksons Gymnastics as The Best Day of her Life! I am so happy that I stopped in to check it out and spoke with the staff about camp and classes for summer. Everyone was extremely friendly and super helpful. My son wasnt sure how he was going to like it and came home saying he couldnt wait to go back the next week and even woke up early . This is a great family ran place to bring your kids for the summer or for year round classes I truly couldnt be happier!

We have been at Jacksons for 5+ years! We started with summer camps and rec classes to now 4 years of my daughter being on team! Great coaches and staff. Family owned and operated. They get to know you on a personal level & care about the kids!

Boys Ninja warrior classes have been amazing for my son. It has been a great outlet for the boys to get all the crazy energy out and have lots of fun.

My experience at this gymnastic camp was the worst ever. I would never in my life send any children to this camp. Because it’s children watching children along with there’s no proper security anyone can come in and sign your child and they would have no clue of any sorts

I have been taking my granddaughters to Jackson gymnastics and we all love it. The charges are affordable. Parking is good. Location is good. Times for classes are good. All the staff is great, friendly, caring, they seem to love what they are doing.Very accommodating with make up classes or last minute cancellationsLove them.

Love they are open during OCPS school holidays. Great place for kids to get exercise, burn lots of energy and have fun at the same time.

I was looking for after school programs for my daughter and seeing that she showed interest in gymnastics I was in between two schools that were near by my home Jackson Gymnastics and Metro Gymnastics. I first went to Metro due to it being only 6MIN away and they immediately showed uncaring attitudes, hardly answered any of my calls, and quickly said no they will not be able to accommodate my daughter. I then spoke to Kitty Jackson and Nicole at JACKSON GYMNASTICS in regards to their after school program and they were not sure if they could assist me but kitty was nice enough to drive to my daughters school to check out the distance, she then called me back same day to give me the news that she was able to pick up my daughter and it will not be a problem at all. Now keep in mind JACKSON GYMNASTICS is 15min away and have to drive more miles and out the way of their route but was willing to do that for my daughter, METRO is only 6min away and was quick to say no they cannot pick her up. If it wasnt for Jackson Gymnastics my daughter wouldnt have been happy and I thank Jackson Gymnastics so much for being there for us. Shes going to now have the best school year!Not only does my daughter love to do gymnastics but I am a working mother as well and get off at 6:00pm so I needed this program to help with someone picking her up. Jackson Gymnastics staff is so welcoming and caring.. every one of my phone calls were answered and If not they were surely returned. I wouldnt want my daughter to be somewhere I will not be able to contact and they made me feel so comfortable.IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR A PERFECT GYMNASTICS SCHOOL FOR THEIR LITTLE ONE THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE!

Im a Coach here and my daughter is also on the Level 3 Gymnastics team. They have really pushed her and taught her how to use her body. He has been in a year and she is headed for success!

AMAZING gym...So so happy we found it. My son is an extremely dedicated gymnast, so when he first found out we were going to vacation in Orlando this year, his first internet search was for open gyms in the area. Let me tell ya a great decision it was to give it a go! Not only is the gym AMAZING, with top of the line equipment, the staff went out of their way, to make us feel welcome. We had the privledge of meeting the owner and she was just wonderful, and so helpful. Also I’d like to mention Haley! What a sweetheart and a real natural with the kiddos. Not only was it open gym tonight, it was also parents night out from 6pm till 10pm. After the owner left, Haley stayed in the reception area, and not only did she help the moms/dads that came into pick up or drop off their kids, she’d helped each and every child that came up to her with a little cut or scrape or even a question. She started movies for them, she wiped their little noses, she applied bandages on them. It was amazing to watch how sweet she was with them and how much they loved her. So glad we found Jackson gymnastics!

As a parent and X Gymnastics coach in Montreal I appreciate the intimate setting of Jacksons Gymnastics over the larger box store clubs. The children get the one on one they need and have fun doing it. Thanks you ladies!

Great family business!!Coaches dont yell at kids use a gentle approach to get the most out of our kids.Extremely happy, my daughter is a level 6 gymnast, who placed 2nd in the Magical Classic meet, Leprechaun meet and third in States!!Way to go Jacksons !!

This is not a good environment for children there are no adult supervision around any of the children at any given moment it is extremely overpriced and I wouldn’t recommend any person that loves their child to send their offspring to this camp

Very lovely. My daughter goes here and she loves it. at the end of the classes the coaches tell you how your child is doing which is very helpful and awesome.

This gym is like no other, I am a competitive gymnast who was on Jacksons team as a level 5. I moved away and I was upset that I had to leave this gym, I have looked for other gyms but I have been unable to find one just like Jaxsons. The coaches here are fantastic, with just the right mix of sympathy and motavaition. The coaches are good at working with you to get new skills without pushing you too hard. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in gymnastics, or is looking for a new girls gymnastics team!

We Love this gym! If you have a wild child that needs constant supervision this might not be the best place for you. Our children have attended summer camp the last 3 years there. The instructors are loving and skilled. Our children come home exhausted from all of the great instruction they receive.....they do watch a movie at the end of the day, and yes they sit in a room....with an open door, and every child in that room is so exhausted from the physical activity they do all day, that they are in need of a rest. This is a great camp and and wonderful gym.

Really care about the children. Family operated and they treat all of the kids like their own kids. My son has been with them for 8 years now!

Ive sent my kids to Jacksons for summer camp and when OCPS is closed for 2 years now and the kids love it! I highly recommend using Jacksons and will definitely be sending my kids again

My daughters and son (age 11, 9 and 6) love going to Jacksons for summer camp. Lots of fun activities and the staff are very welcoming.

My daughter goes here i love the instructor she has learned a great deal since she started, the only thing i can say that us negative is that i wish they provided a more comfortable area for the parents area, there is very little sitting due to the tables facing the walls.

Not a good, safe environment for kids!!!!!! I do not recommend this to anyone! My 5 year old son did the summer camp. He was bullied by the older kids, due to lack of supervision! He learned very little gymnastics, but could always list the movies they watched that day! We tried to stick it out and talk with the staff about the issues, but got nowhere! Even though I paid for the whole week, I decided it was not a safe pace to leave my child and we did not go our last two days!!!!!!!!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KIDS HERE!! These people do not pay attention to your children. Its an overpriced daycare with teenage to early 20s girls who dont have any training. I picked my daughter up one day and she was hovering over a fan that was plugged into a wall in a room with 4 other children all... UNATTENDED!! The next day I went to pick her up kids were in 3 seperate rooms and in 2 of the rooms there were no adults supervising kids again. Needless to say it was the last day she has been there.

We bought the 1 week of summer camp for our daughter on Groupon for $62. so she could try gymnastics and see if she wanted to continue. It says in the fine print of the Groupon that a registration fee is due the first day of camp, and when we called to schedule our week, were informed that it was a $50. registration fee. That is a 3-4X higher registration fee than you will find anywhere else for any summer camp. We feel that they should have been honest and just advertised a week of camp for $112. so people could be better informed. To make a long story short, all the families we had planned to carpool with to the week of camp backed out because they all felt misled by the outrageous registration fee, and we had to also back out because of the transportation issue. I called and asked a manager to explain the registration fee and was there any way they could half it for us so that the 4 families would be appeased and would attend the camp- it was actually not about the money for any of us- but about the principle that we felt misled and deceived. The manager said she would ask the owner and call us back- we never heard from her. I called again and got the owner and asked the same question- she said she would ask her management team their opinion and get back with me- I never heard back from her. Now we perceive them to be even more deceitful because they have our money from the Groupon and arent even interested in having girls from 4 families come out to their summer camp with the possibility of continuing with gymnastics in the future. We were very disappointed with this company and the terrible customer service. Incidentally, one of the families was reimbursed the $62. but only because of spending much time and effort dealing with the BBB. None of us would ever recommend this gymnastics club!
