Professional and helpful staff. Answered all our questions. Very clean and safe. We had to wait a little for a gun rental but not bad for a Saturday afternoon. Definitely made us feel welcome. We will be back!

This place is really cool. Their ranges are very nice and they have a wide selection of rentals available. Currently, like everyone else, their stock is a little low. However, prior to the apocalypse, I visited this place and their selection was vast to say the least. Their prices are fair and selection is still pretty good. Hit this place up!

I bought my first fun here. I called around to local gun shops, and these guys were the most knowledgeable and helpful. When I came into their store, they were just as patient and knowledgeable in person.

I am traveling across america to see and shoot indoot and outdoor tange. So far my experience on the states I visited are very pleasant, knowledgeable staff and great gun smiths. I am very disappointed of Orlando Gun Club. Front lobby seems clean, however staff is not very nice to deal with. I called to ask if I can shoot my .270 Winchester 70 and also my Smith & Wesson M&P 9MM I didnt get a chance to shoot at all. I wanted to shoot the rifle first so I can zero in my scope I bought before leaving Alabama from Southern Survival in Opelika. Now these boys new their stuff can assemble an AR in a few minutes (stripped), Great Gun Smith. Anyway,

The two stars is because it’s clean but other than that the staff is a bit stiff and kinda rude. It’s definitely NOT friendly and service kinda sucks you have to specificities ask for someone to help you and there is no sense of who is next. My third time here and I honestly don’t want to come back again third times the charm!

Mitch was extremely rude. Asked a simple question about 9MM. I think his customer service skills will be the detriment of this store. Or perhaps I didn’t look like a legal gun owner to Mitch. Either way, will never return here. The hospitality at Shoot straight Apopka is much better anyway.

Had a great time shooting here, very tourist friendly. they helped me through the sign in process and helped explain the rules and regulations to me. only problem i had was that i found live ammo on the parking space out front although the shop cant do much about what people do outside.

Ok....Ive been here three times now all three times there has been no air in the hand gun or long gun gallery. I finally called today asking the counter guy whats the beef! He told me they run outside air thru the lanes. Clearly they advertise air in all lanes! I dont understand. It was 85 degrees the last time we went. I dropped a 100.00 bill for me and my guest and I dont expect to sweat profuciously for an hour unless Im outside working. Im done throwing my money away for a hurry up, shoot and leave experience. Ill take my friends and money somewhere else.

I’ve been to this range a few times and have to say as far as the facility goes, it’s a nice range. It’s clean and has AC in the lanes. If you’re standing behind the lane waiting for your turn to shoot though it can get a bit hot. Still a good facility though.Customer service wise is a 50/50. Some of these guys are great. They’ll talk to you like you’ve known each other for years. Some of the other guys, they talk down to you like they just know everything and you know absolutely nothing. Basically talking down to you. One experience I came in with my rifle in the case and I had a shotgun that I didn’t own a case for yet. I carried the shotgun tucked under my arm, loading port up, forestock back so ejection port was open and unloaded. This younger comes over to me and sternly tells me, you need to put THAT shotgun (as he points at it) in THAT case (as he points to the case). I had to let this very abrasive young man know that the reason THIS shotgun is NOT in THAT case, is because there’s a rifle in that case. Why would I carry a shotgun under my arm and an empty case in my other? I think you can clearly see I have experience by how I’m handling the shotgun so there’s no need to try and talk to me that way. If there’s a policy there that all firearms have to be in a case, that’s fine. Let me know. But don’t come talk to me like some little kid. He must have been hired from shoot straight because that’s the type of service they provide.

Prices were better than competitors. Kurt at the front desk was knowledgeable and passionate about firearms. I appreciated the entire experience.

I’ve been to only 4 firing ranges in Orlando and this by far is the best. The staff are pleasant to deal with, not overbearing like some range attendants. They also don’t keep your drivers license clipped on a clipboard and hung in plain view of everyone. The place is clean, there’s a good selection of firearms that are well priced and at the time of my visit I had no problem with car parking. I will be visiting again and will be deciding to go for the club membership soon.

I have given this business 2 chances to redeem themselves and i have concluded that they just have horrible customer service. The employees working the front desk need to work in their salutations and greetings. When my friends and I complained about the service and the fact that no one informed us that the AC was out. They ignored us and continued with the transaction as if we werent talking.

I started out just shooting here occasionally. Now Im a member. The staff has been courteous and professional at all times. I always feel welcome. Theyre very knowledgeable about firearms, ammo, etc. I highly recommend joining.

Jailen was very helpful. He saw me eyeing some items and encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone. I loved it!

We popped in for a visit whilst over from the UK. One of the employees was a little surly at first, but that didnt put me off, I had a fantastic time. Stayed about 90 minutes or so, shot a couple of Glocks, a pistol with an RMR, Vector, Scorpion, SCAR, AK and an AR (auto was $40 Inc ammo) In total I spent $200, so not cheap, but I got more choice and more rounds in than I think I could anywhere else for the same cost. I did100x 9mm, 50x 45, 20x 556, 20x 762, 20x 308. Would recommend a visit if you are a tourist.My only real issue was the range is very hot! :(

This is my first time comming to this range(this range is a range that also allows non members to shoot for a fee)and I think that it will be my last. As soon as I got inside the employee ask me if I was a member and I replay no and he said that because the covid 19 pandemic they are only allowing members to use the range. I think that this is ridiculous, been a member doesnt make you immune to the covid 19.

Dont understand how some people said the employees were rude, maybe they were past employees or I didnt get a chance to meet those ones. The employees I met here were friendly and helpful. Havent been in a few months but I did enjoy this range in the past.

Excellent place. This will be our go to club when in town. Great staff, Great selection of pistols and rifles (love the scar) and not too expensive. Could happily spend a whole day here.

Amazing place. I when for my first time and Anthony was more than helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. His attitude and enthusiasm about guns and safety goes beyond premier customer service. They have in my opinion best prices and facility. The owner has a gem of an employee in his hands.

Visited as a tourist from the UK and the experience from start to finish was excellent! The shop was clean and very pleasant, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the guy who took us on to the range was very professional and explained everything very well to us first timers! Would 100% recommend this place for anyone who’s never used a firearm before!

I can’t say enough about OGC! Staff is fantastic!! We vacant members our first visit and we go weekly!! I was having a hard time deciding on which firearm I wanted to purchase, Austin and Christian dealt with my craziness for 3 months!! Austin was great! He helped me pick the best one for me. If you are in the market definitely go here first and try every firearm they have! They know what they are talking about! I also took my CCW class here!! All of the guys that work here are knowledgeable and wicked friendly!

Doesn’t let me shoot steel casing ammo and claims all gun ranges do that. Shoot straight and shooters world allow you to shoot steel.

Came here on Saturday with my girlfriend just to look around and to see if we wanted to join the membership. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered many of our questions and were very noligable. The place is very clean. Its a bit warm inside but thats ok. So we decided to join The Orlando Gun Club. Sunday was the first time using the range and it was great. I definitely would recommend this place to my friends.

Worse service and experience ever. I was in the rifle side and it was way too packed so I tried to go to the hand gun side and was told to wait with my group. It’s 45 mins left until closing and the hand gun side was empty. I came alone and was shooting alone until people I knew came in behind me. Now I’m apart of a group. I just wanted to shoot my new handgun I just bought. I know it’s because I’m black. It’s ok I’ll take my money to shoot straight. I don’t even know why I came here.

I’d like to say if you don’t shoot pistol cartridges they seem ok, you are out of luck. No explanation, just no! They get one start for answering the phone .

I was looking for a range that caters to tourists (I’m Canadian). After comparing the nearby facilities, I decided to stop by at this range and I’m so glad I did. The employees were incredibly helpful and it cost much less than I expected. As a first time guest with my partner, after the initial cost plus the lane rental, gun rental, 2 boxes of 9mm, and 2 targets, I left paying around 88$. In Canada, the same setup would have cost me around $200. Great experience, would recommend to anyone. I hope I get to visit again sometime.

Have tried to come here twice and never got to use the range. I have not gone to any gun ranges that do last call for renting guns almost 2 hours before they close, thats ridiculous. Also while they told us we couldnt rent, they were letting other people rent it out. I definitely felt discriminated in some way.

Five year member and will not renew. New staff inexperienced and uptight. OGC = cheap backstop,rude staff,and poor customer service. Shooters World is way better in every way possible . Go there instead and you will have a great time.

Range is hot with no a/c. Was taking a small break from the range and went into the store to get some cool air, and check what was on stock. One employe was standing next to me, I turn in his direction to ask him a question since he was there just staring at me, instead of responding he turned away and returned to the counter. First time I had experience this in my life. Is this gun range in a bad area of town?

Being from Ireland obviously never held a gun before, so was very nervous, but the relaxed and very friendly nature of the staff put me right at ease. Very professional & patient, especially with our kids. Had so much fun and was definitely one of the best moments of the holiday. Recommend this place if you are on the search for a safe and fun experience. Our supervisor never left our side so it was obvious that our safety was paramount.Free T-shirt at the end too!Excellent!!!!

We went there for the first time last week. Being locals we were looking for a new range that offered a membership but that actually had hours that we could use. We went with the intention of just trying out the place but were so amazed by the wonderful staff we walked out as yearly members!Being a woman in a mans sport, we were all treated with nothing but respect. Not talked down to, not condescending. Knowing we were not really in the market for a new gun, they still took the time (and pride in doing so) to show us some fun stuff in the cases and on the shelves. Even had fun with our teenage kids, who of course drooled over the revolvers and the AKs. They took the time to show them the guns they wanted to see, including the biggies!Going usually as a family, I can say that the ranges are spacious with lots of room to hang back while others are having their turn. The ranges are also clean and well maintained. The members only range is also a plus.The only reason this rating is a four is that the range is extremely warm. They do have air conditioning vents blowing straight on you if youre shooting, but if youre sharing a lane as a family, its stifling to be back out of the box while others are having their turn. It was so bad, in the hour or so we were there, I needed to step out several times so as not to be heat sick :(

Pricing here is fair with $15 to shoot at both the rifle range and the indoor range. The flat rental fee to use all rentals also makes it great for testing out new guns that you plan on buying soon. The 50 yard rifle range also makes it perfect for intermediate distance shooting. The staff was friendly and helpful in getting things set up!

TALK ABOUT BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!I bought 4 guns from them. The last one.. used. I asked the gentleman if it worked well. He said yes. No problems with it. It won’t get through a magazine without jamming... so 2 days later I go to try and return it, get something else and just pay the difference... nope.. they will give me 35% of the price back!!?!?!?! Are you kidding me?? You sell me a faulty weapon and then have the nerve to tell me you won’t replace it?? What is that?? I know a lot of people that go to OCC and I won’t rest until all of them switch to a different range! That’s just bad business!!!

The only reason the for two stars is the facility. It’s well lit, clean And visually pleasing. Not like the drab dark The gun range is located around the Orlando area. With that being said, the staff is absolutely the worst staff I have ever been around. They are cocky and non-inviting They don’t suggest products. They don’t talk to you. All they do is collect money look over forms and stand there on their perceived high horse and look down on guest. I know they have to deal with a lot of tourist and first time shooters but that is no excuse for the bad attitudes. You see on display time and time again. I’ve been to that range four times, 1-4 they’re the worst experiences that I’ve had any gun range across the United States. I own several guns, long guns and handguns alike. So I’ve been shooting in eight different states over hundreds of times, and I’ve never experienced the attitude and bad customer service that I experienced at Orlando gun.If you can find somewhere else to go, go there!!!!

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to weapons. I even took my mother it was her first time shooting and it was a great experience for her. They take care of vets and first responders. This is the best shooting range in the city of Orlando. In my opinion Orlando Gun has set the standard for range safety and operations.

Ace place to visit if over from the UK. 4 of us went there today for a couple of hours. (2 adults and 2 kids). Staff were so helpful. We spent about $160 - which meant we could shoot as many 9mm guns as we wanted and we shot 2 rifles (ar15 and ak47). Overall 140 rounds of ammo. The training was excellent. Very friendly atmosphere. Go there if you get a chance!!

Unfortunately my experience with the staff was not the greatest. Walked in with my son for the first time, left my weapons in the car so we could check the place and get information before shooting. A staff member didn’t even let me take 5 steps into the place when he wanted to know how he could help, so I asked about information and prices. The staff member had somewhat of an attitude, short of being disrespectful, and not very helpful. Didn’t even show me where the door to enter the range was. I was very disappointed.

This place took 500 dollars from me due to me not being able to change my address on my license due to the pandemic they refused to give me a full refund due to this situation i paid for the firearm in full in march of 2020 its is june and they refuse to work with me the owner refused to come and talk to me if i were anyone looking to buy a firearm this is not the place to go

We were in Florida for our holidays. The last time we were in the state was 11 years ago, when we go we alwaya go and do some shooting. Unfortunately some places we went to hands down refused to let us on their ranges. One guy recommended Orlando Gun Club, so we headed to the one near/on Orange Blossom. They told us, Here shoot? Right on! Sign up and lets get chu shooting!Didnt take long to register, five minutes and then went through the rules on the range. Prices were superb and the guys were more than welcome to help us out, offering to come on and show us, but we were more than comfortable. Ended up firing their Glock and AR15.

Clean facility, knowledgeable staff, one in particular is very kind and patient, helps out if you have any doubts or questions. Very warm in the range unless you’re shooting, (there’s an air vent right above you). Prices are good too! Love the glocktober sale.

Yesterday I visit with a friend whom is new to firearms. The staff were so graceful and patient with her. She felt very relaxed to be here.It was a pleasure to visit the Orlando Gun Club.I am looking forward to returning and highly recommend this club.

Been twice now. Clean, professional, knowledgeable, well organized, safety first of course. Good choice of guns for rent or purchase. Might not be the cheapest place in town but you get what you pay for. Management should implement customer sat. Surveys and base some portion of employee pay on sat. Scores. Employees that have chronically low sat scores should be replaced.

If you are latino.s or african american, they will treat you like criminals. Cant use AK 47 or any high powered rifles due to ammo: they ban all steel and high velocity ammo because they were too cheap to put in more expensive rifle backstop . Staff comes charging in and threat to call police...if you break any of their crazy rules.

We as a family i.e. myself, my wife, my daughter and my son, (my children are now adults) visited The Orlando Gun Club whilst on holiday in Florida.As a British Army Veteran I wanted my family to experience firing a weapon.After EXPERT SAFETY tuition from the staff we went in and fired 100 x 9mm rounds from a pistol and 60 x 7.62 from an AK47.We would have fired more but sadly didnt have the time.The cost was $170 TOTAL for us as a family.If you want to experience firing a weapon, without paying out too much, then I thoroughly recommend The Orlando Gun Club.

Nice clean, safe, AIR CONDITIONED VERY WELL range! Love the 50 yard Rifle Range. Lots of quality rental guns. Friendly people. The only critique I would offer is they need a better selection of pistols as in more in stock. They have a good number dont get me wrong but I think they need to increase stock by about 25%.

I would rate 4 stars during the winter. The place is great, however the A/C at range lines is poor letting the temperature in the 90s neighborhood.

Had a fantastic first time range experience with my wife and 12 year old daughter at the new location in Ocoee. I cannot speak highly enough about Robert and the service he provided. He was patient in answering all of my questions, but even more impressive was the way he genuinely took time to ensure the experience was safe and fun for all of us. His demeanor and patience with my daughter was amazing, and I cannot say enough nice things about Robert. He is truly an asset to the company. Thank you Robert!!!Additionally, the store and range are both amazing, very clean, and a tremendous selection of guns, ammunition, and accessories.

We went for the .308 package, mainly because it fit with the time we wanted to go and we wanted some instruction as we were both new to shooting. Everyone was really friendly. Instruction was a good combination of the necessary serious safety information with realisation we were there for the experience / fun. I would definitely recommend this!

I have been coming here for over three years now, my sister was in town and she said she wanted to go to the gun range so I bring her to my favorite gun range I’m not sure what is happened the staff not very friendly anymore very pushy. Last time I checked you guys were open till 8 o’clock and I’m being pushed right out the door at 7:45 because the staff doesn’t want to stay an extra couple minutes to clean up.

Visited Orlando Gun Club while on holiday from the UK and enjoyed the experience immensely.Once I had showed the required documentation and filled in forms the instructor tailoredthe shooting to my level of competence. Try the AR15 get the T-shirt.Have a nice day.

Went as a group of 5 one day with co-workers on a lunch break. Went in and the lanes were almost filled up (4 lanes is piss poor when you have 4 unused for members only). We were told 4 were allowed at a time, so one of us had to sit out and watch the others forcing us to take turns. We kindly approached the guys working once we were the only ones in the range to see if we could use two lanes (AGAIN, ONLY ONES SHOOTING AT THE TIME) and they flat out refused. We were told because we came as a group we couldnt split up. We then asked, so if we came as a group of 2 and 3 it would be okay next time? And their response was no youd be pulling a fast one on us.. I laughed straight at their face. I have been to many gun ranges but this was just pathetic. Will never go again, my money is actually valuable to other clubs.

Me and my wife went here last week for the first time and the guy who meant us on the counter was very helpful. Signing was painless and straight forward. The range was very well ventilated and didnt feel like I was breathing gun powder like the other range close by lol.Definitely coming back

Lots of help for first timers, well kept. Easy check-in and lane usage. Plenty of weapon selections to choose from if you dont have your own, all the ammo and required gear, ready to go. I can see why its such a popular place on a Tuesday at noon!

Worst service ever I just went over with some family member they dont speak English very well and I was told I cant help them fill up the weaver forms and I was helping them us the tablets and translating a few somethings. I will never come back here

Good indoor range, but they are very picky with their targets and ammo. Employees are nice except for one particular one. This individual was being pretentious and had a heavy know-it-all attitude. My experience was not bad but it was nowhere near exceptional. Consider other ranges as it will save you money and you wont have to deal with a certain witless individual.

Just to give you and your buddies a heads up on this store and gun range. This morning I went to this range to test my new P365 and after registering on a store iPad went to the store desk to buy some targets, the tall color person behind the desk asked me if I was conceal carrying which I said yes by then he asked me to go OUTSIDE OF THE STORE ON THE PARKING LOT and unload my weapons and magazines which constitutes a felony. He said that because of security reasons which he states can happen a negligent discharge but I proceed.After shooting, I went to the main desk to pay the targets and he also said to me that I cannot load my weapon in the store which constitutes a security hazard to myself since someone can come and hold you up while doing that inside your car( that is why I have a conceal carry permit to have my weapon loaded). Because I inserted an unloaded magazine inside the store the tall colored guy told me to leave and not come back in a very rude way.This range has regulations that no other range has and don’t care about the safety of honest people, therefore, I strongly suggest that no one go to this place.

Range was amazing! The group I was with had Carlos as our instructor, he was amazing, helped us out as we were first time shooters. All the staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable, great experience, would/will definitely go back! Very reasonably priced for such a good experience!

My fiancee and I went to this range to see if it would be worth it to become members. The range itself is fine, although the stalls felt a little cramped. The employees, however, were snarky and made my fiancee uncomfortable. She is new to shooting and a more welcome attitude would have been appreciated.

I wasnt sure about the range based on the recent reviews Ive read (seemed hit or miss). However, I can safely say it is a really good range. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price for time is great and they even provide free range time for veterans with disability (any percentage) and free for LEOs. Ill be back.

I’ve been to a few ranges such as Manatee Gun Club or Tenoroc. My usual range, East Orange Shooting Sports (EOSS) closed down and so I went to this one on the other side of town. The electronic tablet sign-ins were a welcome and the staff was friendly. I brought my own firearms and ammo and had no issues what so ever. They were also training a new employee as well.The place is “air conditioned” but not really. There are vents in each station shooting air but it’s not really that cool. The only negative experience I had was some idiots who were laying their rifles and shotguns all over the floor, but the staff quickly came in and addressed it.There were 3 of us but we were forced to share one lane (we had 2 rifles and then proceeded to the pistol range which we had 6 pistols). We typically use 2 lanes but “that’s not how they do it there”. I find it a bit pricey for the amount we paid only able to use 1 lane. About $13 for Pistol and $16 for Rifle, I can’t remember the exact price. I know this range caters more towards tourists since its on the Universal Studios side of town.I wish they had a proper broom to sweep up the brass, but they have hockey sticks for some reason.Overall, I had a pretty good experience and would come here again just not regularly.

First visit here. Registration was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. For anyone who doesnt want to shoot but be spectator or see what its all about before you decide to shoot or not, you have windows to see right inside the pistol range. 5 tourists in all sizes. Good experience for all. Shot at the gun range and rifle range. Nice staff. Explained the rules nice and simple. Explained the guns and made sure we understood how to handle them.

Excellent place and great experience. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and informative. We fired the uzi and the m4 and we had a great time.. bit pricey but worth it!

Visited Sunday March 3 2019 about my 100 visit. myself Joe Guzzo and my kids and friends the Rigos family had a great time the staff has always been kind to me.iam disabled and wheelchair user they always friendly and kind and nice to my family and myself wouldnt use another range .the convenience from my home in Dr Phillips is awesome..its the safest range in Orlando ..follow the rules and listen to them and you will enjoy ..I appreciate your range and your friendly service makes me feel like a family member ..thank you ...
