Worked there for 3 1/2 months under a two week assignment everything was great was offered a full-time job even though I was hired as a carpenter to help build tables work steps tool boxes etc. was offered in the assembly department if all types of position after experiencing the lead and we will call him Sam I realized the reason why they hire temporary workers the full-time worker leads make many mistakes and turn around and blame it on the several temporary employees there well after being blamed for something that was done on a Saturday to which this is the day I did not work I called The supervisor out and explain this to them within several hours I was told the workload is getting light they will be not needing my services anymore no number one the workload is written on the board in the middle of the building they are 18 weeks behind on a project they are having a very hard time finishing so this is BS before leaving the company I went over to the wood shop area considering I am a carpenter and they could use my help I went to a supervisor name Bob at first he was very friendly and helpful on any questions about the equipment that was was able to use don’t know what happen again I was told after a lunch meeting that there will be a sign list at the end of every day and if your name is not on it you do not have a job part of the reasons were coming in late not a all or just simply screwing off at your job to make it basic now I know I’m on myself that I went to 110% and I finished any project that was given to myself with the aid or working with the full-time employees with this company well at the end of clock out my name was on the list I did approach Bob and ask him why he told me that he was told to get rid of five people and And I was one of them if there was only four I would still be there again different department same BS earlier that morning before the Lunch speech that was one new person hired??? This company out of many I’ve worked for through the entertainment industry with a record of 100% this Hass to be the worst ran company I have ever seen in 20 years in this business there need to be attention to the people who are building our product it is my suggestion that corporate does a walk-through and check every department in this company I have seen at least 90 people in a 4 month time or soCome and go please do your research before trying to get hired or asked for a job to be done I will be getting head of corporate and the proper procedure to explain my dissatisfaction and how it put my family in Jeopardy to the supervisors Sam and Bob I believe Walmart is hiring it might be a better field l for you both it is quite obvious the responsibilities that were put on your shoulders you not capable of handling nor of being a manager your people skills are zero this is only the beginning of the situation that happened to myself I have talked to several others in the same situation that up took no action against us but it will be taken care of thank you for taking time of reading this but long story short if you’re looking to get hired please look somewhere else if you’re looking to get product made PayPal yourself for some garbage returns

Raciest Place to work at literary work 1 Day did my job properly & Better then there worker. Was told after every job that was done “I was doing a great job keep it up” At the end of the day I was told you did a wonderful job see you tomorrow. Next day I came in they sent me home saying “They didn’t have any work “ & that they contacted my agency , I call my agency & they was very confused on the situation. I went back in & ask Zackery Murphy what the real deal was it my work ethic or is it really no work his reply was “There really no work I don’t want to keep leading you on “ Mind you I have experience in multiple departments I call my agency & they are very confused on what going on cause they do have work. Turns out it because of my color , never experience this in my life NAssal 0 Stars sucks

NASSAL IS THE BEST PLACE TO WORK ON EARTH, UNLESS YOU HAVE YOUR OWN BUSINESS. EVERYBODY HERE IS SO HAPPY THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME, I AM LEARNING EVERYTHING IN THE FIBERGLASS DEPARTMENT, I KNOW HOW TO ROLL THE FIBERGLASS, SCULPTING, I HAVE LEARNED SANDBLASTING IM FROM MY HUSBAND BANGIE ATWELL. IM HANDING OUT TOOLS RIGHT NOW AND I DO SOME CLEANING WHEN THEY NEED ME TOO. I AM ALSO A PERSON WHO ORDERS THINGS AND KEEP THE SUPPLIES GOING. IM EVERYBODYS HAPPY PILL, IM WELL-LOVED HERE. This place is amazing. Produce many very artfully created scenes for the theme parks in florida and beyond. These craftsmen are on there game with skillsets that far exceed expectations.

They employ Stephan Gabriel, who vandalizes cars bearing bumper stickers showing political affiliations that he doesnt believe in himself. He is a representative of this business. I rate it accordingly.
