I have been using King of Bounce 2013. They have always been so accommodating and efficient. I will be using them again on 11/15/2020 for my sons 12th birthday. This will be my third time. Their prices are reasonable and they have the best options for all party needs. Its amazing to watch the business grow from 2007 to now. King of Bounce are really the Kings of Bounce houses! King of Bounce delivered a wonderful water slide to our home. Unfortunately we endured an electrical issue in our house and so we emailed king of Bounce our issue and customer service called us almost immediately. Amazing party rental in Orlando and great price!I needed a bounce house, inflatable water slide some tables and chairs for an evening event and they were wonderfully accommodating. BE VERY CAREFUL. Today I submitted an inquiry through their website to rent a bounce house for this Saturday (today is Tuesday) and promptly got a call from one of their reps. She answered many of my questions but seemed to be hesitant to give me details about what my price included. I got the most important questions answered, so I submitted my $50 deposit and notified their company email that I had sent it. They did confirm my booking and asked me to have my CASH ONLY payment for my remaining balance handy at the time of delivery, but as soon as I asked for written details about what my final price included (timing of delivery & pickup and rental agreement so that I can review before paying the rest or having them actually deliver it) they immediately sent me an email saying that they were going to refund my deposit and that they could no longer accommodate my rental request. As a formally trained event professional, this is very unsettling. Not sure whats going on over there, but sounds a little sketchy to me.

Leela was incredible. I called her late at night less than 12 hours before I needed a bounce house. After deciding on one, we agreed on a set up time. They were there earlier than expected with a clean bounce house. They also came promptly to pick it up. I’ll definitely be using King of Bounce services again.

Great customer service and great prices. Used this company for my grandsons 3rd birthday party and the bounce house was a hit for the kids and adults too. I was also able to get tables and chairs with one company which made the set up for the party super easy. I will be using them again in the future.

King of Bounce is by far the best bouncer company I have used. These guys were able to get me set up short notice and delivered above and beyond the call of duty. I love the courtesy of the installers and they were very professional as far as setting everything up. They are pretty much a one stop shop for everything that I needed for my event which means that I did not have to go all across town looking for chairs and tables. I will definitely be using them again.

Would not recommend at all. It started out smooth, they showed up to drop off on time but when it came time to pick up, was supposed to be right around 6 no one showed. At 8:15 my husband called to find out if they were coming as now its dark. They said they were coming from Altamonte and should be here soon, we are in Winter Springs. At 9:10 I am laying in bed and heard a loud bang but I hadnt heard a knock on the door or my husband open the sliding glass door, so I called for him to go check if someone was in our backyard. Sure enough they had jumped the fence to get into our yard, no knock on the door, no phone call saying we are here can you open the gate. Essentially strangers jumped my fence to get to the inflatable. To say Im not happy would be an understatement. Will never, ever use this company again and wouldnt recommend to anyone. I cant think of a way to be anymore unprofessional. Also interesting they have not 1 but three different places to leave reviews on google. Made sure to post on all of them as I hope no one goes through the experience we went through.

Awful customer service. I was unable to return the table on the stated day due to my wife being sick over the Thanksgiving weekend. They angrily called me and I apologized and said I would pay for the extra day (which I did). When I returned the tables and chairs there was a guy there that refused to help me unload. As I was leaving, I told him I was going to leave a bad review and he responded by saying they were going to post my phone number so people could call and harass me. Basically, he threatened me and my wife. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This is literally the first review I have ever written about any company which speaks to my level of disgust with how we were treated.

First, the contact number provided sends you to the website contact form where you must email them and expect a response in 24-48 hours. Unacceptable. Im sad that I even have to give one star on this rating.Second, my sons father rented a bounce house and in their email communication he gave his cell phone number and name as the contact. He communicated with the company twice in the week leading up to the birthday party. They informed him they would be there at 9am for set-up. They chose to call the home phone number (which is never used and WAS NOT provided to them as a contact number). According to the message they showed up at 8 am, instead of 9am, and they stayed for 15-20 minutes before departing and NOT setting up the bounce house. The residents of the home were awake and getting things ready for the party at that time so it does not seem that much effort was made in the form of door knocking etc. Additionally, if they had called the cell phone number given to them they would have been able to reach someone. My fathers son tried calling the company and the cell phone of the person who left the message and no one answered or returned his phone call. I sent a message via their contact form on their website and stated the issues. The ONLY response given was that they would refund the $75.00 deposit. Unacceptable.If the owner responds to this message on google and states that they were not made aware of the problem that would be untruthful. Additionally, maybe if the owners have a working phone number instead of a web based contact form, they would know of issues before 24-48 hours after they pass. Seems like an easy solution.

Its easy to call and reserve, the delivery team arrived earlier then what I was told on Saturday the day before. Staff was all friendly and thanked us for our business. We ordered 4 large inflatables for a school event last night and this couldnt have gone smoother. We paid a deposit online and a company check for the balance. They were very responsive to e-mails and arrived on-time to drop-off and pick-up the inflatables. All the inflatables were in great condition and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again!

My water slide was delivered a day early which was cool, set up, cleaned and ready to go. We encountered a little hiccup during pick up Saturday but it was quickly resolved and the owners were very easy to work with and wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my rental. All and All they are good people with good clean equipment.

We rented the obstacle course bounce house and it was awesome. Only complaint was the drop off time was inconvenient and not one of my choosing. Friday at 10 am most people are at work. Besides that the guys were professional and fast. I would recommend them again, but know next time about drop off times. The HUGE bounce house was totally worth the rental price!

Rented an inflatable from King of Bounce for my sons 2nd birthday party. I chose to try and pick up and drop off myself... totally underestimated the size of the inflatable and found myself in a hard place when i couldnt pick it up! luckily they worked with me and arranged drop off and pick up with short notice and really saved the day. I appreciate all of the help and extra work they did to go above and beyond to make sure the party went as planned!

Awful service. The person for customer service is rude and doesnt help. I rent some chairs, tables and a helium tank for my party and i didnt use the tank because it was to windy. When they get here to pick it up I told them and today I received an answer from the office saying that they cannot return my money for the tank because they deliver the tank already, but i said that it was new and they knew and the agent didnt care. I pay $100 for a tank i didnt used. They werent helpful at all. This is the last time I order something from this company.

I used this company for my Fall Fest this year. The delivery guy (Alan) was on time and professional. I was disappointed to learn that the cotton machine did not work. Pleased to say they were understanding and offered to give a refund! Thanks a lot!

Not sure where to start with this place. The lady on the phone is rude as hell. No manners at all. They never answer a phone an when they do you have to deal to with her. She is off the chain rude! Then they got to my house to set up. Blew it up cleaned it from the last persons party at my house. Then told me how to set it up. Failed to say that the straps that hold the hose were all ripped an wouldnt hold the hose. Or better yet they had nothing to wet both sides of the slide I had to figure it out myself. Then the velcro on it wasnt covered properly so all the kids got scrapped all to hell. Im so disappointed in this place Id never recommend this place to any one. RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

We are extremely happy with King of Bounce. We have been using King of Bounce for six years for our HOA festivals and have never been disappointed. Their rental selection is quite extensive and the phone personnel are ever willing to help us decide what would be the best choice for us, based on the ages of the children attending. The delivery drivers have always showed up early so all is ready at time of event. We have used King of Bounces attendants a few times and they are always personable and polite. This is a great company for inflatable rentals and rock climbing walls!!

Soooo....I ordered a bounce house for my daughters 1st bday. I wanted to self pickup since the website says you get 3 days for the price of 1. King of Bounce decided to deliver, told me they would be there after 8. 706 the next morning, I get a call saying they were 20 mins away. The driver informed me the bounce would be fully inflated by the time the party started at 2 pm. I have 50+ pictures that I took of the bounce house throughout the day to document the extent of its deflatedness. I called King of Bounce several times and had to leave messages. I called the driver as was told the office would deal with it on Monday. I finally sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund was told the owners werent gonna refund me and when I got nasty in my response the chick had the nerve to be in her feelings!!! Anyone want to see the pics and the screenshots of my emails/texts hit me up, I would be more than happy to send them to you. And the rest of my friends/family that attended the event will be posting their reviews as well.

Theyre awesome people and run a great business. They treat their partners and employees well and always go the extra mile for them and for their customers. Im sorry if this person who left that nasty review is an angry ex employee just looking to stir up negativity and antics. But either way, not cool Alex Gentry. Nothing but disrespect from Daniel! But before I start, let me rebuttal the fact that they will try and claim Im a competitor, like in previous reviews. Let me also point out that I have given them a full week to contact me and the homeowner to apologize for two levels of disrespect. Now, my honest review...Cash payment on drop-off is weird to me, especially in 2016 but thats what they require. Looks like a blatant attempt to avoid tax if you ask me but Im not their accountant so keep this off the record. Perhaps they treat all their customers like this and then get charge backs on credit card.Daniel was upset when I called him at 11pm because he failed to pickup the bounce house at 6pm and I wanted them to know they forgot. The driver claimed that Im no body, I didnt book, I didnt sign, I didnt pay, how Daniel even knows who I am from a phone number is beyond me, perhaps he uses his psychic powers for evil, hes a good villain. After I explained that the homeowner will now be inconvenienced with next day pickup, because they didnt want strangers in their backyard without being home, he refused to give me a pickup window. Sometime in the afternoon once we finish out drop-offs, he said, well that narrows it down.After multiple requests for a call from the owner via text he refused to speak to me and wanted to talk to the homeowner. Ok, so the homeowner called and explained why its an inconvenience and he finally told them 1pm the next day. When him and an extra pair of hands showed up the homeowner asked them to sign that they have picked up the house and they flat out refused. They also gave the homeowner a very Rash attitude, so Im told and another request for the owner to call the homeowner was placed. No response.The next day I sent them a message over Facebook because you cant get them on the phone and they wont reply to your emails. I explained we needed a call withing the next few days or I would leave an honest review online, well guess what... Yup, crickets for 7 days.All in all, this company does not care about their repeat customers (3rd time we booked), they take cash and wont deal with any issues. They hire quality drivers who have clearly passes a stringent hiring process. Now, if you ask me if I would recommend this company to a friend my reply would be... A foe, absolutely!

The service provided by this Company is not worthy of a half of star. I am an Event Coordinator and have been for the last 13 years. This place is the most disorganized I have ever dealt with in my life. Myself as well as the Service Coordinator made several attempts to contact them prior to our event with no response. It was noted in the price that delivery was included however upon delivery I was called to be told there would be additional costs for delivering the tables because of the distance. If the organizer would have contacted me in advance or returned our calls beforehand we would have all been on the same page. This is the worst and most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with and I will never do any type of business with them! Negative 5 stars, dont waste your time.

I have used king of bounce on multiple occasions and have always had a wonderful experience. This last time I rented a princess bounce house for my daughters first birthday party, I was unable to use it because it literally rained all day (although the weather said possible light evening showers). I called and left multiple message with staff to see if I could possible get a rain check because we were unable to use the bounce house due to the rain. After 3 days of trying to get in contact with the manager or owner one of the employees said the he was told by owner there was nothing they could do and it wasnt their fault it rained. I asked to speak to the owner and his refused to get on the phone and has yet to return my call. I was not trying to get a refund but simple a rain check for a later date. Basically I through $250 down the drain. I will NEVER rent from King of bounce again. The owner is very unprofessional.

I am a little late writing this review, but I got engaged and things have been nuts. I would recommend king of bounce to everyone. To the people writing bad reviews you clearly have no spine. There are two women who asnwer the phone. The black woman was fine because once i heard her tone I knew how my tone should be. Yes the other woman on the phone has a different tone (not as happy as one would want) but that wasnt going to stop me from getting the equipment I needed. When the woman was rude I had no problem calling back and getting the delivery drivers number so I could deal with him directly. When I spoke to him he was really nice. They got to my house on time and showed us how to set up and break down everything. Nicest guys in the world. The equipment was slightly worn, but nothing worth mentioning because there are kids who use this equipment, its a bounce house not a ride at Disney. They told me they would pick up the equipment at 6pm. When they didnt come by 8:45 I called the driver and asked him to come Sunday. He said no problem. Sunday morning no one came and we were headed on vacation. I called every number I had for them until someone answered. They said I could leave it and they would take care of it with no liability to me. The main point is the kids had a blast, so did the big Kids who got in later AND it made a great back drop for my fiancé to propose to me lol.

Edited to address the misinformation: Sure pretend the booking was done by my friend when you put it in the system yourself for $220 Plus a $200 deposit (thats not free) but changing it to $400+ cash with a $275 deposit the day before is not disturbing at all...Honesty is always the best policy! You can try to paint me however you want and act like I have the mouth of a trucker when we both know how that conversation really went. I know the kind of person I am. Im sure you sleep just fine on your pile of money. By the way, I was up until 4am making sure our party still goes on tomorrow.RENTERS BEWARE! King of Bounce is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT and they are tarnishing the company name. Ive used KOB for all my kids parties in the past. We had a booking from a month ago for my daughter and her boyfriends high school graduation/going away party for boot camp. You could imagine my surprise when I got an email today-the day before pick up, doubling the total (now over $400+) and increasing the credit card deposit another $75 to $275. I called thinking it was a mistake and was told by Kiki that the new owner decided not to honor the previous price I was given. To which I replied I could see if she made that decision a month ago and didnt book, not the day before pick up! I told her Id call her right back since I was at work and stepped out to call again.This time the owner answered all smug and ready for me. I asked for Leila and gave my name. I reminded her of our previous arrangement and how its bad business to just ruin someones party by just doubling the amount just before the party, no warning! I have 60-70 people coming and her response was I was only a couple days into the business when you booked and over my head. Im not honoring the price, I wasnt born yesterday. Im not gonna argue, do you want it or not?So now there goes my tables, chairs, and water slide. I work 2 jobs and have been saving on the side to throw this party and its now going to cost me double. DISGUSTED with the service or actually LACK OF. Absolutely NO EMPATHY for RUINING our party! I wasnt even given an apology or an offer of something else for the price I was given. Matter of fact, she hung up on me! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Just take it or leave it. Now I have to scramble to make new arrangments tomorrow to salvage what I can so I dont have a crowd of people standing around in swimsuits looking foolish. Good thing I didnt order my cake through them! In case youre wondering Im not a competitor and Ive taken screenshots of my account so she cant claim Im not a customer either. So sorry the previous owners sold the family business to someone who doesnt seem to understand customer service and repeat business! (Especially to use the fact that shes overwhelmed as a valid reason to double my price!)She needs to figure this business out quickly, these parties are important to all customers and you cant get a second chance at that birthday, graduation, anniversary etc. I wont be using this KOB service ever again nor recommending this place to my friends or family. I wouldnt even wish this upon my enemy.

The worst services ever. They came hour and half late stay for 20 minutes complain the whole time and then left without putting up the water slide. I dont recommend this company

Weve rented bounce houses and slides on many occasions. I appreciate the great customer service and variety of different rentals.

The product is great but the service is not honest, they change the price withOUT notice. The say that you need pay a deposit and theyll refund but later the deposit is part of payment, the price changed!!!!

Awful, just awful. The agent we spoke to was rude and very unhelpful. Will not recommend this company, many other companies available in Orlando.

We had such a frustrating experience with this company. Weve scheduled 4 tables and 24 chairs for my bday party. When my husband got there to pick everything up he saw how dirty and scratched the chairs and tables were. We spent hours cleaning and sanitizing them. They should clean before pick up.
