This place is a joke... the security team is crooked, extremely unprofessional, and uncooperative. Make sure all belongings are secure and on your persons at all times. Multiple people complained about wallets and purses being stolen. I went to use the restroom and a person outfitted as security was harassing me for a tip to wash my hands. I kindly added $5 to the tip jar and proceeded on my way out of the venue. By the time I had gotten outside my wallet was missing. security refused to let me back into the venue to look for my wallet, and blew me off when I asked if they would look at the security cameras. I immediately filed a police report and the security staff was extremely uncooperative. I’ve got a feeling this is a reoccurring ordeal with this venue and it’s criminal. I would highly suggest avoiding this place!

First I went with my boyfriend and I am guessing that because of the time, they wanted to charge us $45 to enter, so we didn’t enter. Then I went with one of my girl friends and payed $10 at the entrance where they were really hostile, I could almost say they were rude. They dont take card and the ATM that they have charges $5 per transaction. After we go in, we try to go upstairs and they tell us we cant because it was VIP ... then come down and everything is closed for VIP. The only space for non-VIP people was very small, 15 people couldn’t even fit there. So in the end we left, we were there for literally 10 minutes after we payed. Since they were rude in the beginning we didn’t even waste our time asking for a refund... We definitely were very disappointed...

Definitely not the best place to spend your night. It’s crazy expensive and when we went it was dead even the workers were just sitting around on their phones. It’s very small and just not worth the money. There are plenty of other cheap fun places in the area. Do not recommend.

WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING [STAY AWAY from Tier Nightclub]. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.We went to Tier on July 26th 2019 at 11pm. My girlfriend and I were celebrating her new job. We pay 20$ cover to get in, and walk into a club with 10% opacity on a Friday night. After being bored, noticing the club was empty and there being no entertainment I ordered a drink from the bar, (1) Jameson 11$. I then order a hookah for 35$. I tipped the bartender 2$ and hookah rep 5$. While waiting for the hookah, my girlfriend was given a free shot by a lady at a small table by the front door. My girlfriend then went to get a second shot and no one was there, she grabbed one and walked away. My girlfriend still bored and waiting on the hookah went to the table a 3rd time to get a shot and this time 2 or 3 ladies were at the table. They watched my girlfriend grab a shot, did nothing but watch her and let her walk back to the hookah bar to wait on our hookah. Without being aware that she did anything wrong, the shot girl told her that You will not take anything off my table without my permission, do you understand? She handed the first shot to my girlfriend for free, the 2nd shot no one was attending a the table, the 3rd shot they allowed my girlfriend to take then decide to confront her. Rather than try to listen a large 250+ bouncer continued to grab, push, and shove my 95lb girlfriend out the door. We went from a celebration to a terrible night. We spent 73$ in 20 minutes, never received our hookah, denied our money back, were embarrassed on a special night. Not one employee would listen to what we were saying (all completely incompetent with no sense of customer service or respect for ones money or well-being.) REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS CLUB, they will STEAL YOUR MONEY, GRAB YOU, AND HARASS YOU OUT THE DOOR WHILE THEY ARE TOO STUPID TO ACTUALLY LISTEN TO A VALID CUSTOMER COMPLAINT. Also do not spend cash here, use your card so you can dispute their theft.

Do not go. Horrid DJs. Very pretty but useless bartenders. Strange vibe. Tiers is literally that. Tiers of standing areas with security to keep you in your paid tier

Great experience, I was greated by the doorman and was escorted to my vip table. Service was exceptional considering how busy it was. I would recommend this nightclub to anyone!!!

If I could give 0/5 stars, I would. The absolute worst club I have ever been to. The bouncers were insanely rude to my friends and I when we were just trying to figure out a situation and told my friend, who is a pilot, to “get a real job” when he is a literal 30 year old bouncer at a nightclub. I will never return and I regret even attempting to roll into the new year at this place.

Great experience! Best club in Downtown Orlando. If you want to spend the best night with you friends, then this place for you. 18 and up which is a big plus as well. Great and friendly staff. Reasonable prices for a drinks with specials for some of the nightsOh, almost forgot, Subete Nights on Tuesdays are fire with Latin music. What else do you need from Tuesdays?? Tacos during the day and latin women during the night! Perfect Combination!!!!

Not much to say but I mean I went with a group of friends. We had VIP and everything went smoothly. The waitress brought back my card without me having to ask which is the main reason I lose my card. Just had a really time and would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Pretty basic nightclub experience, nothing to rave about. Nothing amazing or incredible, but still a good time. I would say it’s good for beginners but not the best for people looking for a serious time.

This night club is awful. The way they treat their customers and employee is simply disgusting. We got a table with a bottle of champagne and a bottle of Vodka. We got the table around 11:15pm and just started on the vodka when around midnight a bouncer said we were bought out and had to go to the bar. Excuse me? I thought he was joking. Needless to say they took our bottle and made us leave the VIP area. I then asked about the bottle girl because we needed to tip her. The guy said dont worry someone else will tip her. So not only did you throw us out of VIP you didnt even care that your employee wasnt getting tipped? Clearly they dont take care of their own. WORSE CLUB EVER!

NEVER RETURNING. Asked about VIP prices, got charged $100 extra because they accidentally gave us a larger bottle. To make up for it they gave us two drinks at 220 AM and we were drinking them then got kicked out because it was late. LOL super great. ALL of these people were SO rude. NEVER RETURNING.

Out of all the clubs Down Town TIER has the BEST customer service hands down! The VIP areas are always clean and servers are attentive. Overall great experience I am now a regular.

If zero stars were available that’s still too much - was there last night and a bouncer decided to cold clock my friend for no reason outside after we voluntarily left the club before it closed. The blind sided punch was enough to knock my friend unconscious and the “paid police” there did nothing and all of a sudden disappeared. This is the biggest sham of an operation I’ve been witness too and will make sure everyone is made aware of it that’s possible.Do not attend this club if you want a safe night.

Loved it when I was here, the staff was great, the drinks were great, beautiful woman everyone including the staff, unfortunately I wanted to check out vain, and that ruined my night. Should of stayed at Tier. Definitely going to redo this 21 birthday party. Tier is the place to be. Check it out.

Best club in Downtown Orlando, Súbete Tuesdays and Girls Nite Out Fridays are the most lit. Make sure visit anytime your in the area looking for a good place to vibe and hang out with an amazing staff.

Terrible. Not going back. Came on a Friday night at 11:15pm, cover was $10 per person plus additional $2 just for using a credit card. The security, without asking checked private areas when frisking at the entrance. Asked for Jack and Coke, didnt have Jack Daniels. Ordered Jim Beam with coke, got Jim Beam and diet coke for $23, in a plastic small cup. What a waste. Dance floor was too small, dominated by VIP space in the middle of the club. There were more security and staff than actually people having fun there. Lighting, music and atmosphere were meh, wont be back. Want to dance, no cover, better drinks and rooftop? Go to Aero.

I WISH I COULD LEAVE NO STARS, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My husband and i got to tier at 12:30, we wanted to do vip. So we tell the door men that we want vip.. they then carelessly tell us to get on a line which i assumed was the vip line... (THERE IS NOTHING VIP ABOUT STANDING IN A LINE) but my husband and i went ahead and waited in line.. the line was not even thattttttt long but it was so slow that by the time we got to the front it was 12:54.. once were being taken care of the door men begins writing all these things on an envelope.. taking forever.. he took our credit card and id.. by the time he finished it was 1:10.. he then tells us to wait by the door that someone is going to come escort us....... we waited and waited.. then about 15 mins another door man escorted us.. once we get there it was like 25 mins and still waiting for a bottle and we was told that they were looking for a server to bring us our bottle.. at this point we had even switched to two bottles to get the bigger section that was righr across and hoped that this will make them want to take good care of us. THE BOTTLE NEVER CAME.. at this point we had less than an hour to party... so we cancelled the bottle. When we cancelled their was no apologies no remorse.. nothing... no one cared they just handed us back our things and kept it moving.. it was terrriblee i was so mad i couldnt believe the audacity of this terrible slow night club.. ive never experienced something quite this horrid in my life. It was our first time and definitely our last. Tier would never seee us again. When someone is willing to spend over 600 to be in your facilities the least you can do is make efforts to ensure they get their things situated as promptly as possible.good riddence.

This place is terrible . I got shoved By a security guard and told the general manager and he did nothing about . He made I seen as if I were my fault that a male worker put his hands on me. They also lost my friends ID and card when we paid for our VIP section. IT TOOK THEM 30 minutes to seat us and we paid 750 for VIP. Once we FINALLY got into VIP , we never received or bottles . The managers and the servers were absolutely horrible and disrespectful. Do not waste your time !!!!!

Way too crowded for little space. Reason I rate it three stars is because they play good music and often have popular DJs from the EDM genre. Drinks are a bit overpriced and security is kind of rude, but its a club, where there are a lot of younger drinking adults, so typical for needing to be kind of aggressive.

This is the worse ever club in downtown Orlando area, this club is so stink and the music is so lame. The crew are so racist, all those white security in front of the door never let any black people in that clubs even spanish people they do not let in. My friends had a really bad experience there, and I as well went have a nightmare there. Please everyone do not go in that club.

BEWARE- the security at this place is aggressive and dangerous towards women. While out with my partner and sisters-all women, we were attacked by security after we had been asked to leave for sitting on a chair that was designated VIP When asked to move we did so in which the security became quickly aggressive and began to push and shove us out. As we expressed our compliance to leave they continued to forcefully push us from the club. At the exit one of the security smashed his flashlight into one of the LADIES face. Not safe for women. Please please beware.

Worst club ever especially Thursdays and Sundays. The staff were discriminatory on who got in free even though the flyer said everyone free but since im a lesbian they charged me 20$ to get in.I willl never go to a downtown Orlando club again.

Unless you are planning to spend a lot of money to get ino the VIP stay away from this place. The security kept being hostile agains everyone on their way, I got aggresively pushed away by a huge guy whose job was tondo just that to whoever got close to a group that was celebrating their birthday. To wrap up the nightmy friend got kicked put because we were standing next to a VIP area and a member of the staff decided he was too close so he told him to scram off, to which my friend replied that he was outside of the off llimits area, which resulted on him being kicked out.

Friend got kicked out for excessive drinking, tried walking him out myself and security guard was a being impolite about that. Instead he shoved him out the bar. When we tried going back in to close out tab yhey wouldnt let us close out tab even tho we told them the name.... to top it off the bar tender demanded a 20% tip. Service there was garbage. Would not recommend to leave your tab open there. Theres usuals there that go to dance with you to get that free drink from you, dont fall for it. Take care out there people.

Nice club , they just need to get their security in line

General Admission area is pathetically small because of the placement of VIP quite literally in the MIDDLE of the club makes moving around a pain. VIP area takes up at least half of the floor space. The environment is boring, and the drinks are overpriced and watered down. Dont bother.

DONT GO- This place mistreats and is violent towards women. When a few friends and I, all women attended this club we were attacked by the bouncers/security. They shoved and pushed us while they shouted and threatened to hurt us if we didnt leave. Though we were compliant with leaving they continued to aggressively push and drag us out the club. 5 bouncers, ALL men attacked a group of women who in all were trying to LEAVE. Not safe for women! Dont go unless you want a bunch of aggressive angry men abusing their authority and attacking you.

So far the service regarding VIP reservations has been flawless and more than professional. A must visit night club in downtown Orlando.

The place is OK, drinks (super small plastic cups) and staff are a little bit overrated, specially the security guys, pushing and moving people constantly for no reason. Its funny how walking around the club will take you to 3 or 4 different VIP access points, thats too much, the club is not that big in order to handle that, it becomes a little uncomfortable after a while. I went there because of The Magician, who gave an awesome show until almost 2:45 am. The place has potential, they should tune the bar accordingly to the prices, other than that, Id go back.
