Was in Florida on vacation with family and this was our farewell dinner. Had a group of 20 including adults and children. Despite the issues with the corona virus, we were able to be seated close by each other. The service was really good, the wait staff was very attentive and efficient. Pretty sure everyone cleared their plates at dinner which covered all the available main courses. Can’t say enough about the performance, haven’t laughed so much in years. The performers meshed so well together and that made me enjoy myself that much more. Thank you for a great night out

I came here as part of my birthday celebration and had a great time! I’ve always wanted to do one of these and really enjoyed my first experience here. We arrived a few minutes before the show, checked in easily and had a drink at the bar before they began seating. We were sat at a large round table with 6 other people. Our server Alex was very good. He accommodated a last minute menu change graciously and kept our drinks full. I loved the unlimited beer and wine and that they gave very generous portions. We had the hen and the prime rib. Both we’re good but the prime rib was my favorite. Others at our table spoke highly of the meatballs. The show was a lot of fun! A bit cheesy but definitely enjoyable. We laughed the entire time and enjoyed collaborating with our table mates to come up with interview questions for the suspects. The crowd was very involved in the show and the characters were gregarious. Lilah especially was hilarious. Overall I had a great time and would definitely recommend this show to others.

Great experience for a fun and silly adult night out. Your ticket includes your dinner with the show along with free-flowing soft drinks, wine, and beer. Well worth the price we paid. The show was silly and interactive from the moment we walked in the door. We had such a good experience we cant wait to go back again and see another show. For the best prices, call the theater directly.

This was our first time at the dinner theater, and we were so excited! However, we were very disappointed.First, the food was just ok not at all good enough for the ticket price. We had the chicken.Second, the show was boring. The actors basically just stood on the stage and talked to each other. Come on....interact, use gestures, sit in the chair, like I tell my students over act....gesture with your whole body...listen and react to the other actors. The show we saw took place at an estate called The Family Tree. Maybe the other shows are better. Finally, we felt the price was too high for the experience. We will not go back.

Loved it!! The wait staff were friendly and attentive. The entertainerswere wonderfully adaptive to my shenanigans. I had the Cornish Hen (just like chicken) along with the key lime pie and BOTTOMLESS Chardonnay! Five stars all around. We arrived early for a comedic magic show, performed by Robby, it was wonderful! His illusions were all performed and he excelled at integrating the audience. If you see the dinner theatre, you should ABSOLUTELY pay the extra $10 for the magic show! O almost enjoyed that more than the sleuth show itself!!!

What an absolutely incredible time! From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like royalty. “Eugene” was super friendly and such a huge help. Bartender was on point with fabulous drinks. We did the R.I.P. V. I.P. For our 17th wedding anniversary and were blown away by the hospitality. We were seated first and Had premier seats. The performance was spectacular and kept us guessing the entire time. They interacted with the guest so much and made it worth the price.Food was 5 star. My husband has the prime rib and I had the hen! It was so yummy! Cooked to perfection. Our waitress Justine was 5 star also and kept our drinks refreshed and was super knowledgeable. The stage performers gave us a anniversary shout out and sung to us!Although we didn’t guess who dun it, we still had an absolute blast.Highly highly recommend! We will be back!

We had to cancel reservation for a Birthday celebration as the manager stated that they do not need to comply with ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) - Because they are a private company. Ive got news them, business get sued everyday for violations for as minor things as wheel chair access. If someone has a protected disability dont come here because they will deny you on that basis entrance into their Private Business. Or come and get denied and sue them for and get some money! No one is exempt from ADA Requirement! They need to get a lawyer! NICE RESPONSE. HOWEVER, MY WIFE TOLD YOU THAT TWO IN OUR PARTY COULD NOT WEAR MASKS. NOT THE ENTIRE PARTY. AND WERE DENIED ACCESS. AND WERE TOLD THAT YOU DO NOT NEED TO COMPLY WITH ADA REGULATIONS. YOUR CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE WARNED THAT MANAGEMENT AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT BELIEVES THAT THE ADA DOES NOT NEED TO BE FOLLOWED IN PRIVATE BUSINESSES. IN FACT TWO IN OUR PARTY DO HAVE DOCTORS ORDERS TO NOT WEAR MASKS - BUT MEDICAL CONDITIONS ARE PRIVATE BETWEEN DOCTOR AND PATIENT NOT NECESSARY TO BE SHARE BETWEEN PATIENT AND DINNER THEATER. IN FACT AT THE DOCTORS OFFICE YESTERDAY WE SAY AN ELDERLY MAN WEARING A MASK THAT WAS TOLD HE HAD TO WEAR A MASK THAT KEPT TRYING TO LIFT UP HIS MASK TO BREATH AND PUT IT BACK ON UNTIL AN AMBULANCE WAS CALLED TO TAKE HIM TO THE ER... THIS IS A GUY THAT COULDNT BREATH BECAUSE HE HAD A MASK ON AND IT AGGRAVATED AN UNDERLYING CONDITION THAT THE DOCTORS OFFICE WORSENED BY REQUIRING HIM TO WEAR A MASK. ONE MORE PATIENT FOR THE ER AND PROBABLY A 10,000 MEDICAL BILL FOR THE GUY OR MEDICARE. BUT NOBODY CARES ABOUT THE ACTUAL SICK PEOPLE. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES OF BLOWING OFF FEDERAL LAW FOR ORLANDO LAW. WHICH BY THE WAY EXCLUDES: :exemptions include ... people whom a face covering would cause impairment due to an existing health condition. WHICH YOU HAVE VIOLATED EVEN ORLANDO LAW. I will not be replying again as Sleuths Mystery Dinner Theater is not worth responding to, nor do we wish to do business with you.

Great place to eat at and be apart of a show. You can help solve crimes and follow the story to see how good of an detective you can be. The food is really good and the dessert are delicious. They offer drinks as well and they have a little comedy show at the end of one show. So you basically get two shows and the comedy show is free. I had a good night with them as the cast was funny and very interactive with the guest. I would definitely go again as I enjoyed myself.

Went Saturday evening 07/17/20 for the 1st time. Minorities strategically seated in the back of the room all together - in the rear and Far side corners of the room. Husband was given Table #15 And hostess checking us in changed it to #23 while checking in. NOTE: All minority groups were not in the check in-line together. Not understanding the table change, did not realize the silly joke until we were in the room seated and minority groups were brought in one by one and seated side by side at adjacent tables in the back of the room; and we also noticed table # 15 which should have been ours in front of us had the hostess not changed given to a non-minority group. Very obvious. Show was fine. Left a bad taste in our mouths. Not cool.

So much fun! Bells, The Elf, is the perfect individual for his position. In fact, all of the actors made the evening so great. Food was surprisingly tasty; didnt expect that. And, the service staff were friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Well worth the entertainment fee. As a Florida native, I dont normally attend the touristy places, but this was just........funMy only dislike is that there is only 1 male, and 1 female bathroom. The line gets long quickly.

This was a great evenings entertainment. Dinner was pretty good. We enjoyed meeting the folks that were at our table. There were all ages represented: from European exchange students to business men to retirees visiting Orlando. The staff was organized and everything ran smoothly. The show was wonderful! The cast was entertaining and the mystery was fun. TIPS: I wouldn’t take kids under 8 simply because in order for them to be entertained they need to be able to follow a live play and understand what’s going on and it’s a longer evening than they can probably manage. There were some 10 yr olds and I could see they were having fun and even asked a couple of good questions. Also I happened to call the afternoon of the show just to confirm time (we had made reservations in advance of course) and they suggested we arrive about an hour before to get signed in and have some light appetizers and a drink. I will definitely return if I have the opportunity.

This was a good time. They do really well at including the audience, it was truly a solve-it-yourself experience, and it was entertaining and funny. There were times it tried to be funny and wasnt quite and my expectations were too high for the food. Dinner service was excellent and the staff were very nice. If I lived in the area, Id probably do this once a year or so....though they have so many shows you could absolutely do it more often if you chose, fyi.

Great mystery dinner theater. Actors were great. Our waitress was wonderful. Was not in love with the food. I ordered the lasagna. It came with 2 meatballs on the side, garlic bread and green beans. The lasagna was very dry and had no taste. The meatballs, garlic bread and green beans were good. I ordered the strawberry shortcake for dessert. Again not very good. It was pound cake with an artificial strawberry jelly on top (baked on it) with 2 strawberries on top and a small dollop of fake whipped cream. It was dry and tasted like it was prepackaged. There were other food choices, so if i went again i would order something else. Still worth the money though.

I decided to take a last minute getaway with my 2 teenage sons. Finding something that we can all agree on is a definate challenge at times! I had gone to Sleuths many years ago, and hoped that it would be as enjoyable as it was the 1st time. They definately did not disappoint! It was a little pricey for 3( we also upgrated for $6 pp for the prime rib) but for dinner and a show, it was a full evening of entertainment. The food was yummy and we all enjoyed the show. I was able to take advantage of the unlimited wine, and the key lime pie was very enjoyable. I definately recommend this for all ages...we hope to be back soon! They were very good about social distancing and abiding by Covid sanitary standards.

Actually a pretty good show. Had to dock a star for the jokes being really cheesy... Like some of them were great and the actors were awesome, but jeez if they can lay off just a bit on the billions of dad jokes throughout the performance it would be perfect. The show is just the right amount of interactive. They do some stuff with the crowd but its not extremely forced like some other places where the cast are literally all over you. The food caught me by surprise because it was extremely good for a show. Great experience overall and highly recommend.

Reasonable price for an interesting show. It was very interactive with the other people at our table. It made you put your thinking cap on to solve who did it. The food wasnt bad at all. You had your choice of Cornish Hen, 4 Cheese Lagsna with or without the meat sauce, Fresh Vegetables, and for $6 extra, Prime Rib. Desert is also included as well as All You Can Drink Beer (Bud or Bud Light), or Wine (White Zinfandel, Cabernet, or Chardonnnay. I always wanted to try thisx so it was a nice experience overall.

This is a MUST DO in Orlando. The actors were absolutely hysterical. They were quick on their feet in terms of improv and had the best senses of humor. Great food, and service staff. The Mystery Shows are really great. You have to figure out who the killer is by clues they give you before the show starts, they interact with the audience and when the show starts. They have a nice place to shop or get a drink at the bar where you check in.Parking can be a problem, because of the Orlando Eye Ferris Wheel is right next to Sleuths. They have a free parking garage you can park at and walk to the entrance of Sleuths Mystery Dinner Theater.

Not worth the money. My family and I are visiting from NY.For a family of 4 adults we paid $205 (including discount). This place is run-down. They need a major upgrade or renovation. The quality of performance is not good.Only 4 actors for the whole show. I was expecting more actors to make it more interesting. You can tell they’re trying to be cheap and not spend on upgrades to the place or to present a better story plot or more actors to make the story better. The show was boring and dragged on and on with corny jokes.I went to Medieval Times and Mangoes and I had a much better time.

The mystery was not too obvious. Only one person in the audience actually solved it correctly. They change the play from one night to another so the solution to the mystery also changes, which will make return visits still challenging. The actors were entertaining. They have great ad lib skills. There was plenty of jokes, some more corny than others. They made sure to keep the jokes clean since there was a little person in the audience and gave her special recognition at the end for being the one who set the standards for the evening. I have a very restrictive diet due to health concerns. They were very gracious about accommodating my needs. All in all it was a nice night out for our group.

Review №61

First the good. The booking process was very easy and I found the venue to be really accommodating regarding menu choices. I was given very clear and concise instructions about what time to arrive and no payment was requested in advance. On arrival at the venue it was again well organised with each party being asked to book in and make payment before being given a card with your table number and another card to confirm your menu choice. We were taken to our tables and given starters of salad with bread and a choice of cracker biscuits. Then the show started and things started to go downhill. I wont refer to the plot for risk of spoiling it for others but my family and I all found the acting to be excruciatingly awful and totally unfunny. It may be a cultural thing as other reviews have been very positive but all five of us wanted to leave st half time and the only thing that stopped us was the fact we had already paid. The food was of average quality and certainly not good enough given the price of entry although the service was good.To be fair the second part of the show was an improvement on the first half - and it was fun trying to guess the result. On a previous Orlando visit we attended Capones Dinner Show which we all really enjoyed, we were hoping this would be equally enjoyable but unfortunately for us it wasnt.

As an Orlando local that avoids “touristy things”, this was so fun! Our thanksgiving experience was full of laughs & different than your typical stuffy family dinner! While it might feel like it’s in a “tacky tourist” area, the show/performers & food will make you feel warm and right at home. It’s a family business and I’m always for supporting small local businesses vs the VAST amount of corporate companies we have here. These Professional Actors are top notch and have extensive Entertainment experience & education from some of the best acting, improv and comedy institutes in the world!

Appetizers were tasty and plentyful. Served alongside a cash bar and souvenir shop/staging area. The tossed salad and main course were properly done. The upcharge for prime rib was worth it. And dessert was simply scrumptious. Wine, beer, and soft drinks flowed freely throughout, as advertised. The who--done-it was presented well and any one of the prime suspects could have committed the dastardly deed. I suspect the outcome was determined by the winner of a quick pole of the audience.A great time was had by our entire group ranging in age from 12 through 76 years..

I would probably realistically give the whole thing 3.5 stars, but I don’t want to mess with their rating because their hard work and dedication deserves the full five for sure. The lasagna was absolutely delicious, but the salad and dessert were lacking a little bit. The show felt a little forced, but I think my expectations were just a little too high for the format. I would definitely give it another go with my current perspective. The worst part of my evening was being seated with just one other group that was together. They talked the whole night and we missed a good bit of the show, but that’s not a reflection of the Sleuths crew. All in all, a fun night for the price!

Great for an evening out and to meet new and interesting people. In the same parking lot as Icon Park, near loads of shopping, and night life. Perfect location for a full evening of entertainment. The show was most definitely “way off Broadway” so I wouldn’t expect the next “Hamilton” but the show was well cast and produced. It is incredibly interactive so it may be a challenge for the more painfully shy patron however after experiencing their kindness and customer service, I have zero doubt that if you let the staff know they will absolutely accommodate you.Overall it was a fantastic experience and I’d recommend it to anyone especially if you have a group that would like to attend.Disclaimer: I gave it 5-stars because it met all of my expectations. This is basically a self funded, community theater troupe which may not be everyone’s cup o’ tea.

So if u have little children keep that in mind. before the show started the actors suggest a monitor out in the lobby if a child is too rambunctious. There was a few small children when I went. Sleuths was an incredible experience; the food was delicious and the show was very well done. The actors did an awesome job, and were very good with improvising to go with audience reactions. We paid extra for the RIP experience, and while this was worth it (a cocktail is included with dinner, and you get a souvenir glass, front and center seats, and 10% off at the gift shop) I would say the experience would have been equally fun from anywhere in the room. Definitely check it out!
