I had a really amazing time here... The shows were really awesome, you get splashed by the animals if you sit in the front and its just really cool how they they have a special connection with the animals... The rides were really really fun. I rode all of them and my favorite was Manta. The lines werent more than 10 minutes long and I got to ride all of the rides multiple times... I had a blast at SeaWorld and theres even I Sesame Street Land for littler kids. But the rides there were fun for older kids as well. Its really pretty at night and they have tons of cool animals.

Wonderful experience.A safe and wonderful experience ... in the midst of the COVID19 pandemic, this park corroborates the body temperature at its entrance, it has specific personnel directed to require visitors to the correct use of face masks and social distancing throughout its park and throughout the day, plus multiple disinfectant stations and designated areas to remove your face mask and breathe freely for a short period of time. Social distancing was encouraged and respected at all times.I loved this theme park and I definitely recommend it.

My husband and I enjoyed the shows and getting to see different sea animals up close. They shared how they rescue animals that have been injured and you can see the injuries on many in the tanks or pools you visit. We especially enjoyed the Orca Whales and dolphin show. Also very cool is their sting ray pool where you can pet the sting rays and feed them. The penguin exhibit was AMAZING!!! You are so close to the penguins and they are so cute! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the all day dining deal. You can practically spend the cost on two meals. So, if there for the day it is worth it. You do have a limited menu, but the savings is worth it to me. It does not cover snacks at the kiosks, only get fountain drinks or bottled water. Social diatancing: They do good job in shows with keeping people six feet apart. However, walking around the park, its pretty impossible to stay six feet apart most of the time. Staff were friendly and ready to help you with any question. Loved their Revised Christmas paegent that referenced our current COVID reality. Funny, uplifting and good music. We didnt try the rollercoasters, but looked like they would provide great thrills.

The worst theme park experience Ive ever had. I understand its off season and covid-19 times but you would think the park would try harder to make sure its worth while. They still charge full price but half the park didnt open till noon and half shut down at noon. Only 2 rides were open all day and 1 show per area, which was impossible to catch them all since the times were close to each other and filled up quickly. We went on a Friday as a family with a toddler, baby and seniors. I found it exhausting how people were walking around enforcing the mask policy, even of the toddler. It was dead, there were times we as a family were on a bench, away and someone would walk by and ask for you to raise the mask over the nose. I get it in crowded spots or shows but the majority of the day it seemed overkill and exhausting. We were not by anyone and there were people enforcing it. There was a very rude employee in Sesame Street who made my toddler put one on, we were social distanced in line and On the ride. The park was clean and the shows were good. It would have been great if it wasn’t for the masks.

When I called to check on the passes the representative wouldnt let me speak so I asked to speak with a supervisor who placed me on a 40 minute hold and never returned to the call. I spent almost $600 on those passes and won’t be able to use them receive a refund. Not even a partial refund. I don’t recommend Seaworld passes. Tickets were slightly discounted, but not enough to make up for all the closures. We did come on a weekday so I knew less would be going on, but expected most things to be open from 10am-5pm. Part of the park is only open until 12. Lots close at 3 and some dont open until 12. I would have been better off taking my kids to an aquarium for a better price and very comparable experience.I understand COVID impacted a lot and respect the measures to reduce the spread. Had a great time with the family and the Fun Passes are an unbelievable value. With that being said, three major improvements would put this place over the top.1) A second entrance/exit on the east side. I know, its not economical for them when theyre charging for parking, but most hotels are giving shuttles when not in Covid or when they are in Covid, passes. We would have went more and stayed longer with that flexibility.2) A better way to monitor quick queue. Maybe its our fault for being too honest but when the lines run parallel, we saw multiple people hope over halfway thru and get away with it. The check for the quick queue should be at the ride if the line is accessible halfway through.3) An app. Keep it up to date with ride times and mobile directions to each ride. It was a pain to maneuver the website while in the park. Its not that big but an app would help greatly. Would have also warned us about several rides closing early last night!

After spending 4 days at Disney parks where there is excellent COVID protocol, we came here for the last day of vacation. We were so disgusted with lack of effort or enforcement of anything we left halfway through the day despite paying for all day dining. We arrived at our first show 25 minutes early and spaced ourselves 6 feet from the closest party. Right as the show was beginning, a last minute group showed up and filled in all of that space despite us telling them that space was for social distancing. They just said, Oh well. I flagged down an employee and explained we had gotten there early for our seating and this separate party was not observing spacing, and the employee would do nothing about it. People not wearing masks everywhere you look. No distancing in lines or animal viewing areas. Went to our second show and walked through the entire stadium looking for seats for 15 minutes and there were none to be had if you were actually observing social spacing, yet the gates were still open and more people were still filing in. I asked an employee why they were continuing to allow more people in when there very obviously was no more seating, and I received a shrug and a, Dont ask me, I just work here. If it were my decision I would have closed it 15 minutes ago. I had just spent $24 for two cups of beer that had not even been touched yet, and as I was walking up the stadium stairs to exit since there was no seating to be had, an unmasked child literally coughed up phlegm in my face and onto my two drinks. The adults with the child thought it was hilarious and laughed, and when I asked how on earth that was funny the one woman loudly insulted and threatened me. Again, employees did nothing, and I had to trash the drinks, untouched. 5 different disinfectant stands were completely empty of sanitizer and bathrooms were out of paper towels. A guy standing in line at a restaurant we stopped at took off his mask to spit IN THE RESTAURANT. Disgusted with this place is an understatement; do yourself a favor and skip it, go to Disney instead.

Positive: Something for everyone to do. Plenty of parking. Lots of food choices. Orca show was nice even though the females seemed to want to discuss things instead of put on their show. Sea Lion High was funny only because the otter and sea lions were over the day by the time the 7pm show came and felt the need to do what they wanted to do and not participate in the show. Gave pass holders several perks.Negative: Long waiting line just to park. Another long line to walk into the park. Wait times for mostly all rides, adult or child, ranged from 45 minutes to 100 minutes. That is ridiculous, so we didnt get to ride everything. Digital map is not park friendly. It doesnt tell you anything but the shows and some rides.Personal opinion, not worth the price they charge. I would go back in 20 years, just like this time, just to see if they have improved.

My family had a great time at Sea World. Loved the animal shows. I did not realize their roller coasters were so good. Sufficiently terrifying. My daredevil kids loved them.

Amazing! I was here last Sunday with a few friends. The park felt lively but safe at the same time. Most everyone was properly social distancing. We also all did the craft beer festival which was the highlight. Nothing beat the massive FL heat like a cold beer and some shade. It was hard to choose which ones to try with all the amazing options. The portion was perfect for a quick stop before walking to the next attraction. I recommend the Bro Mosa by Infinty Falls.

While we enjoyed Sea World and the attractions (Orca Show, rides, aquarium) it is starting to look a bit dated. Some of the rides weren’t running. Some were blocked off completely. The aquarium by Atlantis has pieces crumbling off the walls and just feels neglected. We had set up the dolphin, penguin and shark experience. They called us 5 days before our day there and said they had to cancel the penguin portion. Since we already had shark and dolphin experience booked they refunded us a portion of the money vs booking us a different experience. We loved the dolphin experience and was totally worth the $70 day photo pass we purchased to get all those photos of us with the dolphins. Shark experience was ok. Pet a shark, toss food into the water. Meh. There’s not much to “experience” per say. Coolest part was going behind the scenes to where the tanks are and being on top of the shark tank where the trainers and workers go. Other than that the shark encounter was pretty mediocre.Having the all you can eat dining was amazing. We didn’t try many places, but definitely got our money’s worth.

This is the first time Ive been since I was little. I brought my 11 yr old son and sister and we had an amazing time! We did have to wear masks because of the pandemic, but it did not take away from the amazing shows or rides! We are at the underwater shark aquarium and my son was in complete awe!! Great service throughout the entire park! Cant wait to go again!

Go to the Sea lion nite showI love all the educational shows at sea world but the sea lion show, where they make fun of all the other shows, is on point. I have never laughed so hard. Im a whale trainer, I am the most important person in the world. Hilarious. Great job on making me laugh. Must see. It was awesome! Keep up the good work!

Not much open currently in terms of rides and attractions.Took about 7 hours to see almost everything. Orcas are small compared to any other exhibit Ive seen. Shark area sucks, all small bottom feeder sharks. My son had the most fun in the little splash pad area lol. That should say enough.

Parking attendant was friendly. Once you passed the regular parking guide to the preferred you were on your own. No one around just a guy on his phone on a golf cart. Once inside the park was clean most people were friendly. Had lunch at the smokehouse. It better than average. The Kraken was closed. Even though was listed as open on web site. So something open was Manta and Mako. On my way out there were 3 employees who job was taking pictures in front of Christmas tree. They were to busy talking among themself do do anything else. Not just me buy other people head to the clearly marked exit. Which is closed. They just let people wonder that way and laughed when they found it closed. On my way back by the male of the group was quite rude to a guest who wanted a picture taken with his phone. Inderstand not handling other peoples items in covid age. No need to be rude.

The shows were so cool and the lines for rides werent long at all. Food and souvenirs are pretty expensive; going with a membership holder makes a huge difference!
