Use to live here 202 mobile homes in the park. Lots of stray cats being fed by homeowners but I like the cats here they run from the park to the riverbed and arent a problem there are also raccoons and possums and an occasional coyote has been seen wandering over the years its a good park good neighbors good community

Do not recommend living here. The managers (gina) is incredibly disrespectful. She clearly has no type of experience in customer service. She flipped out on me because I ask if we can get a little heads up every time they cut the water here (5th time in the last 2 years). She recommended me look for another place if I didn’t like it. I’ll will talk to higher ups and make a complain, she should be out of a job and working on her social skills.

Space rent is overpowering. Park owners are forcing people to lose the homes they have had for years. The new prices are so high it is impossible to get fair market value for your property.

Great place to live. Its in between Disneyland and angels stadium. Both are in walking distance.

Ive lived here 12.5 years and I love it. Its clean, attractive, safe, and within 2 minutes of the 5, 57, and 22 freeways.

Every time something happens in this park it takes management for ever to fix it and people in the park have no consideration of others when does it take over four hours to fix a water line brake especially on a Sunday all day with out water your gonna tell me there is only one plumbing company in orange the management we have right now sucks they dont care about the residents of the park its sad! !!!

20 Years here, I love it. Awesome park, current management is excellent. Would highly recommend.

The management company are always raising the rent. High turnover rate 4 managers and the mgr company are complete morons and treat the tennants like trash. Rude!!
