This place seems pretty nice. They try to ensure that their tenants are decent people. They require that you have been working for a year at the same place, not be a felon, not have drug charges, along with other requirements. They dont have a lot of amenities, but there play seems to be very clean and well kept.

Ive been here a few times the last couple years. Everyone here always has a smile on their face and very helpful. The park manager is a very nice and knowledgeable guy. Always a pleasure helping them out. Park is easy to find and easy to navigate once you get there. Each spot is set up very nicely.

My buddy john the plumber lives two driveways over.

Its not much to look at and with ur 1st go thru u think its gutter row as there are some messy places but the people who live there are pretty decent. Crime is very low existent and they keep a close eye on all who live there. My son and his family live there and I was worried at 1st but after a few yrs there its actually a pretty decent place.

Friends live there. Its nice and quiet place

Was hoping to make a home here been here15 plus years, but the management is really intrusive it seems , I am never late on rent never complain and I am helpful to all my neighbors . However seem my temporary bamboo fence that blocks my bedroom window and the temporary pannel that holds it up I worth letting go of a good tendent, wish everyone luck here !! I used to love it!!

The manager of the place follows you through to see where you stop at then pulls past where you stop turns around in the next driveway gos back the way they came and parks a few driveways away then when you go to leave they start up thier rental truck and drive on. Very creepy behavior and way to nosey for a manager to act! Ooooh! Now management if the truth be known shouldnt go around discriminating against those with less than shiney reputations , it werent all that long ago they werent any different from them that they are tryin to protect the place from. Just sayin!

Friend lives there, but the management leaves a lot! To be desired.
