Wonderful experience. I go 3x/week. No complaints. Excellent equipment and staff. Lots of room, well lit, other members are nice and polite. Something for everyone. Medical organizations cosponsor different spaces and events.

Love my YMCA! Have been a member for a long time and no matter how long I fall off for, Its like coming back to a family! I love the trainers and the front desk staff! Lora, Erin & Margaret are some of my favs, always so sweet and welcoming!! Miss Natalie is also a great asset to the YMCA and young swimmers! :) I do hope for better extended hours on weekends in the future though!

Increased my membership without notification!! I have been a member for over 15 years and paying full price every month. I called to ask when memberships increased and why I was not notified. They say they dont have my address on file! Not my fault, but they proceeded to take my money out of my account without permission. They feel as though this is good practice and it is my fault that I was not notified....cancelling my membership for sure!! Eades fitness is much cheaper, offers higher quality service and quality customer care!

I had so much fun there I go swimming with both my friends...the ones I dont have..... I love the gym the gymnastics and just all of it together and the people at the desk are so nice my first time I went there I felt kinda like at home so overall its a fantastic place to go

Great YMCA. Clean. Modern facility. Well equipped weight room. Indoor track. Pool. clean spacious locker room. They give reciprocal privileges to Y members from other states (like me). Staff is friendly too.

Current CEO, made changes to eliminate swim team although its high high success rate. He fired all the directors except 1 when he was hired. Admin not afraid to lie to suit themselves

Nice place to hang out but expensive prices

As someone who is new to town, the employees made me feel very welcomed. They even remembered my name and greeted me each time I walked in or out of the Y. Great facility!

I love the Olean Y! Great place to go and work out see my friends.

Hours online and on the front doors say 7am to 5pm on SATURDAYS.....I get there at 840am and guess what doors are locked.....if the hours have changed they need to be updated....

Sent my infant here for almost a year, hes been exposed to several illnesses due to negligence and cost cutting measures of this place. Now the entire facity has an outbreak of foot, hand, and mouth disease. They place sick children next to healthy ones and act surprised when breakouts occur. Dont go here, they will injure your child.

Top to botttom, EXCELLENT institution! Olean is fortunate to have such facilities and dedicated professional staff at hand.

The hours are terrible for a person who has to work a full-time and a part-time job. Not everyone in the area is a morning person and closing at 9 pm weekdays, 4 and 2 on the weekends leaves no time for most people. And other reasons.

Best YMCA it has lots of fun things to do there.

Love this place and it has great kids programs

This place is the worst ymca Ive been to/ever. Multiple bad kids there that bully other kids and the management just suspends them a week or a month then they come back and do it again ... terrible place for your children ...

I really dont care for the hours on weekends wish they was open longer
