Check your race times! We paid for 10 min and got 6! Best of all they wouldnt even consider making it right, the extra time we didnt get was spent by the staff racing the carts around the track themselves for no explainable reason. Great if you got what you paid for or of the manager even attempted to correct it but she just said no.

A group of friends made a trip to Sadlers for a birthday party. Theres an arcade with a variety of games, pool tables and air hockey. Theres food and drinks available as well for refreshments. The staff is friendly professional and address any need to issues that may arise with the karts. From what I understand Sadlers just replaced all of the karts. They are quick and feature safety harnesses. The track is one of the largest that I have seen, laid out in a road course configuration that provides plenty of speed and technical driving elements. After a few sessions I was able to put in lap times around 39 seconds.There are plenty of areas for passing safely. Do not expect to get away with bumping. The staff watches for this and will black flag you. Be considerate and race with your head and you will enjoy this venue.

Kids love going there my only complaint is the long drive for us (Liberty) and I wish someone would open a Sadlers type place in Liberty or maybe Lees Summit..alot of people live over here and get tired of driving so far for fun!!!Otherwise love it but last time a few of the attendants had attitudes and were very rude to my kids..they were spending more time on their smart phones than helping anyone.Also, we spent like $150 so that is pretty ridiculous, the owner of this place should have a team meeting and tell them if they dont love working there to LEAVE NOW!!!

Racing is reasonably fun, but customer service and building/cart maintenance is the worst Ive ever experienced. We were told the wait would be 30 minutes (and to ignore the time on our slip). After waiting an hour we were told we still had at least another 30 minutes. We said we wanted our money back and they refused. After talking to a manager we finally got them to give us our money back and they said due to the owners policy, we are banned from the place. Absolutely insane to ban us for the person at the front desks mistake. Huge waste of time but it made for a funny story.The carts are all different speeds so dont go here to be able to tell who is a better driver. We did back to back races once (switching carts) and our times were almost completely determined by the carts.

Ive never had a problem with these guys...and go VERY frequently. always a good time. The more you go the more they give you the fast carts.

Big variance in the carts. Some run better or are in a better state of repair than others. If you get a good cart, it can be a lot of fun.

Great, but you got to fix the issue of not being able to get in our pickup kids for private parties on Sat mornings.Really? I spent $300 and you want to charge me to refill the little 8oz drink that came with the package.Owners daughter syndrome.

I just bought tickets for a party. I wish I had read the reviews first...if you are in customer-client services and you have no manners or cant be professional ...get new staff! Instead of it being fun and wanting to come back (every business today is competing for entertainment dollars) you will be gone ...this economy is weak for entertainment and Sadler Racing will be the big loser. Maintain your carts...its an insurance requirement if you work inside the LAW. Trust me...I know about these things.

Ok, so i read the reviews and wasnt sure what to expect... We went there last weekend for a pit stop for my uncles bachelor party and had a blast. The carts went faster than i expected. I also heard they are pretty tight on black flagging you if you hit anyone but we pushed that way to the limit. Highly recommend going here and racing. The only negative thing was the shops customer service. The people were nice but un-engaging, not to helpful. Fix this and your business will sky rocket!

Terrible staff. Not helpful at all. Act like they are doing you a big favor letting you race there. Never ever be back again. Im positive every good comment here was written by their ownership.

Terrible, never going again. Me, me fiance, and a group of friends came up here and spent well over $100+ dollars to learn they have horrible customer service and incredibly rude crew members.At the counter: Was ignored by 4+ crew members for over 15 minutes while they talked to some other customers who from listening in on the conversations all knew on a personal level.Karting: Treated extremely rude and accused of bumping when I was caught up in a pile-up. Management should explain to there workers that when letting people drive high speed go-karts there will be uncontrollable actions. I tried my best not to get caught up, but when I did I was yelled at incredibly disrespectfully by some hot headed teenager for allegedly bumping when I had been caught up in the mess and tried by best to avoid it.The issues dont stop there with this terrible place though!Karts: My kart was faulty, I noticed it around 4 laps in. I pulled over because I am a small engine mechanic and hear a squeeking noise coming from a belt that I shouldnt of. Upon pulling over and waving crew over, I was TERRIBLY greeted by a hot headed crew member who yelled at me asking WHAT IN THE HECK ARE YOU DOING? GET MOVING!. He was obviously incompetant so I waiting for someone smarter to come over and was eventually helped. I was given another kart, but NO REFUND OR EXTRA RACE TIME. My biggest kicker was that I helped them save a kart from being destroyed even more and WAS TREATED DISRESPECTFULLY.The worst part! Another huge wreck occurred and my girlfriend lost her helmet! The original crew member, who just didnt like me for whatever reason it seemed stopped the race (we were given no extra time, AGAIN SCREWED ON TIME AND NOT COMPENSATED FOR IT) and began yelling at me for allegedly causing a wreck with my girlfriend (Whom he had no clue was my girlfriend, I would never wreck her.) until she cleared things up and pointed at another driver.The crew is a bunch of hot headed, power tripping teenagers who dont know the first thing about customer service or running a business. There is a reason why this place has a 50% rating. They REFUSE A REFUND OR COMPENSATION WHEN IT IS SOLEY THERE FAULT FOR YOUR TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Run and never look at this place again. It is a joke. Owners need to learn how to properly run a business.

First off i race 125 shifter karts which are way way faster than the karts at saddler. But im not complaining there karts are what they are but the karts are not close to even, in a race and the maintenance is very very poor. If your a good driver you can be beat very bad on the track by someone just because the kart your in is crap. I love sadder and go quite a bit i am a member and have been for a couple years. The staff, WOW the kids running the track dont know racing karts from there a#$ hole. They black flag you and yell at you for things that are not in your control. Like if your mid corner and someone spins out you can have your breaks locked up and try to swerve to miss them but if you accidentally hit them after trying hard not too the staff flips out!!! Also i have had people hit there breaks in front of me when they didnt need too like mid corner and i was yelled at for bumping when it was not avoidable.What makes me more mad than anything is when im passing someone and have the inside line and they come down and hit you then the staff yells at you for not getting out of there way! ???. The staff needs sat down and explained too how racing works. And too maybe try to politely give people there first warning. Also most times i go i time the race on my phone and hardly ever get all the time i paid for. Im not sure how they come up with there timing system but it needs to be up on the screen above the track so peole know there not being ripped off. I just get very frustrated when i go and im trying to set a good lap time and i have the jackass kids running the track yelling for no reason. I do still recommend saddlers tho because it is a good time if you just want to cruse your kart around. but if your a serious racer like myself the teenaged punks working there get on your last nerve.

Arrived at 9:20pm to closed doors and lights out, even though the posted hours go until 10pm. An employee inside clearly saw me knocking on the door and tried to go hide in the back, peeking around the corner every so often until I left... didnt even have the decency to come out and tell me they had decided to close early for whatever reason.When the track options are 10, 20 and 30 minutes long why would you lock your doors 40 minutes before the posted closing time?

Called to ask about hours and details. Lady was REALLY rude on the phone. Not going there.
