Great theaters and seats.I felt safe while visiting there, it was well sanitized during COVID19.

Love coming to the movies here. Awesome seats (if you don’t wait till the last minute), their matinee prices are great and the food is always fantastic. The dine in theater is also fun to do once in a while. Those seats are really comfy. I highly recommend becoming a stubs member if only for the free popcorn refills. That alone is worth it.

Friends (birthday gift), rental of whole theater room. Great idea.But theater did not clean up (previous group, people) left over food & trash.This was very poor service to us.Gentleman working concessions, was very nice.

Coming back here since the beginning of the pandemic was probably aittle irresponsible but definitely needed in order to maintain our sanity. I feel they did a good job w social distancing and following the guidelines. We placed our tickets online and sat in the dine in theatre. Thankfully there were only a limited amount of people attending. The dine in experience was definitely different from before, as no servers were present. Ordering was done in the bar area and food was brought out to you after you sat down. Overall, not a bad experience. One nice improvement would be a way for refills on drinks.

Just reopened and it felt really safe.Everyone wore masks. Lots of hand sanitizer and clorox wipe stations spread throughout. No one sitting directly in front or behind you and our group was spaced out from other groups beside us. All of the food was dispenced from behind the counter. It was great seeing an old classic movie with the kid. Dont be afraid AMC is doing a good job to make the experience as safe for everyone as possible.

My husband rented a theater tonight as a 45th birthday surprise. We used to go to the movies 2-3x a month but havent been since early March. It was amazing to do something so normal in these crazy times!! Felt completely safe in the theater itself with the limited capacity and distancing. The 9 friends who joined us all wore masks (required unless eating). The bar and concession areas were extra clean and social distanced. I have missed the theater SO much!

The girl at the cash register was new so when we presented her with a free birthday popcorn coupon she had to get a manager to assist. So it took longer to get our refreshments than expected especially as she was the only person on register. The theater wasnt very busy especially for our movie. A total of 4 people in our theater. Its unfortunate as there are not a lot of new movies that have come out to draw people back to the theater. Hopefully that changes in the coming months.

Went to the Fork & Screen for a movie with the kids. I’ll knock out the negatives real quick. I understand the Fork & Screen is probably catered more for adults but, the tables make it almost impossible for a child to see the movie. You set down lower in the seats and the tabletop cuts off more than half of the screen for them. I’m 6’4” and felt like I needed to set straight up to keep my view from being obstructed.When you lean back, the bottom of the seat wants to fold up on you. Not too comfortable. The waitress brought out our drinks and spilled it on the counter , which splashed on myself, my kid and our phones. It was an accident and not a huge deal. They took it upon their selves to issue us 4 movie passes to another movie, which was very nice. We did ask if they had booster seats , which we were told they would bring the right up. We never received them so our kids ended up setting on our laps.The movie theater was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was nice to have a call button if you need anything vs having to get up, leave the theater and miss some of the movie. I would go again to the Fork & Screen, just not with the children. Easy ordering tickets online to avoid the lines as well.

This place sure has grown a lot! Has so much here to choose from. Seating is more like a dinner and a show setting. You can order drinks, food, get refills and never have to leave your seat. There is a call button for your convenience for service to your table. We had already ate before we went so all we had was a couple mixed drinks. Place is very comfortable and clean. Next time we are going to have to try their food service and see how that is. Great place for a night out to the movies!

The Early Shows are the best! Nice & quiet with the possibility of having the theater to yourself. Although the previews can be up 40 mins long prior to the show beginning. Friendly customer service.

Food and drink costs double for families with no refills. If you believe refills are dangerous because of COVID, just give people a new container.

Ive been coming to the AMC 28 since it opened as the AMC 30. I live the cork and screen theaters where they bring food and drink before and during the movie. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has become disappointing. I live the nachos, butter since I cant tolerate spicy foods I ask them to leave the jalapenos off. Tonight i found that they added diced jalapenos to the salsa rendering it inedible. Add the fact that the popcorn was so salty we couldnt stand it, and you have the makings for a miserable night.This isnt the first time weve had issues with the salt on popcorn, and each time we complain were told the same thing: thats just how it is.AMC has managed ti either remove or ruin every menu item weve come to enjoy. Considering its a 20 minute drive and that B&B Theaters opened up 3 minutes from my house, I just cant see passing the premium for Fork and Screen for bad food, when B&B has their own kitchen that is pretty decent.Yes, Ill miss the free refills of soda and popcorn delivered during the movie, but at least Ill be able to eat the popcorn.So sad. Ive literally spent thousands of dollars at the AMC 28 over the years. Ill going to miss them -- but not the popcorn.

First time back since Covid, will not go back until Covid clears, went to dine in side, 11 people in theater, took 25+ minutes for staff member to show, 40+ minutes for food and drink to come out, order for 4 was not correct on 2 occasions, the service ruined the movie...

Had the opportunity to get out and see Star Wars on Christmas Day. The staff were all friendly and professional, really appreciate these people for giving up their holiday to work when the could be spending time with close friends and family. Of course they get paid holiday pay, but that doesnt replace family. The staff all served with a great attitude, food was delivered in a timely manner and tasted great! Again, cant thank leadership and the staff for making things run smoothly and for the sacrifice.

The reason why I gave it 3 star rating is because the need comfortable chairs with seat warmers, the trays attracted to the chairs. It would also be kind of nice for then to recline, to make it feel like people are at home watching a movie. But anyways the service and for was good just have now comfy seating please and thank you.

AMC provides exactly what a movie theater should: access to current cinematic works at a reasonable price. Never had an error with the delivery of the work. Always on time and functioning correctly.Now, on the topic of reasonable price the concession stand is a bit much. I do not think $6-7 for a drink makes sense eve in Disney World, but thats to be expected for a movie theater. At least the serving sizes are very generous on non-prepackaged food.As for seating, I wish they would get rid of the super closer seating and shift everything down, giving more leg space.

Nicer than a cheap theater and cheaper than a nice theater. Really good balance. Decent food. Large variety of seating options depending on which screen you choose. Snack bar is pretty darn efficient. Some screens have tables and servers. Best theater in the metro. Great value.

Weve been here quite a bit. The theaters are always clean and well taken care of. Whenever you go to the dine in theaters it can be pretty pricey for the food so I would not recommend that. The same applies for the food and snacks which are expensive but I guess thats normal for all theaters. All in all I highly recommend this place. I also recommend the AMC stubs membership. It saves you a decent amount of money

The staff immediately went in after the show was over with their covid ammunition and cleansed the seats that were occupied.Food and beverages are open!

Food is not bad. Drinks are great. Wasnt very clean the dine-in theatre we were in. Confessions they bag popcorn way ahead of time and it gets stale

I didnt realize you basically had to buy your tickets online first to get a decent seat. Dont make my mistake. Order online! Food is overpriced obviously, I think they have a bar which is cool. The veggie burger was really good

I was charged $5.79 for a regular size cup of ice! When I asked why... I was told that its the cup & ice that cost, not the soda. This was a surprise as there are no prices listed until you are rung up. I do not like surprises. So I say keep smuggling in eats & bring your own cup because the soda is free. AMC, you need to talk to the soda company to find out how to get a better price on your cups & ice! Shame on you!

As a germaphobe, I appreciate just how clean they keep the place. From the theatre seats to the bathrooms, its always sparkling. The food is tasty as well. Almost worth the price that they sell it for.

Tons of movie choices. Good service. I do like the Dolby Cinema as you have a little more seat room. Snacks are pricey but thats expected.

Saw the Star Wars movie in theater 15. Screen nice and large. Sad that seats did not recline. Movie great, a bit predictable. 25 minutes of previews. Popcorn and medium drink 20 buck, ouch. Best to get their rewards program.

The Dine ins are are small cozy theaters. Service is a little slow but the food is amazing. We went to watch Frozen II and out little munchkin gobbled up the southern fried chicken tenders and french fries like never before

Skip the dine-in theater. The have a nonsensical drink refill policy and they dont respond to the call button. They showed up about an hour after we pressed it. They served us coleslaw that tasted off, a bit spoiled.

I’ve used this movie theater since I was a little kid. I’ve never had a bad experience. Last night Valentine’s Day was a little different. We purchased premium Tickets for the Dolby cinema to see fantasy island with the recliners. We got there right on time but nothing had started playing yet. 30 minutes after the movie was supposed to have started playing the staff came into the theater and told us all that they would not be able to play the movie due to a corruption when downloading the film. This was super disappointing. Not only was it Valentine’s Day but me and my girlfriend don’t get a lot of time to go out and do things like this so it really tampered our night. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is that this is the only bad experience I’ve had here. They did an excellent job with crowd control as well. They refunded concessions they gave you free tickets to movies and they gave you a full refund on your tickets which is exactly what they needed to do.

Before our movie (first show of the day), I ventured to the bathroom. Only one of the 3 soap dispensers had soap. I informed two females at guest services. We visited the bathroom after our movie and the bathroom still had not been taken care of. When I talked with the managers working their reasoning was they didnt have a female who could take care of the problem in for work yet. Seriously? Several females were working and we were at the first show of the day. Why wasnt it taken care of at close the night prior?

Love the fork and screech theater. Fantastic Dolby cinema and IMAX.

Very clean and nice looking. If you want to go here to spice up movie life, to go out and feel like your doing something different yet not too out there, this is the thing. I went to go see joker and it was nice.

Ive been going here since I was a kid and always enjoyed the service they provided, even when its busy it doesnt usually feel like it takes a long time they have amazing popcorn and their other food options have all been pretty good. Ticket prices are reasonable but food cost is not. The staff are very helpful. Fork in screen is my favorite movie experience but it is not cheap. Servers are strong and great at timing when everything should happen to not disturb the movies. It even has a bar.

It smells terrible and they leave the lights on throughout the whole movie. And they don’t accept cash so if you want to buy anything you have to buy a gift card

Our go to theater and were movie people. They host fun events if youre really into that and they do good deals with the stubs card. Clean theatres, good food especially the fork and screen.

Very nicely set up. I enjoyed looking around at the displays. The movie was great on the big screen, the sound was spot on, the food and drink was of course over priced, but well worth it. The bathroom and the theater were nice and clean.

The sound was clear. Even with dining bar in front of us we had clear view of the screen. We paid $29 for 2 popcorn and 2 soft drinks. I prefer the other seating that reclines more comfortably.

The theater is very nice. Big comfortable chairs. We ate at one of the fork and screen movies and my food was not good!

This theater tries to utilize innovative technology but can’t follow through due to poor management of employees and dreadful customer service. In particular we tried using the online concession option to pre-order food. We thought it was a cool time saving option, and we got excited on the way to the movie theater when we got a notification that food was ready. However when we got there, it wasn’t ready. But we thought “no big deal” we can talk to an employee and get this sorted out.... well after 15 minutes and talking to 5 employees in concessions it was finally got it sorted out, but only when we started to ask for a refund. Each person we talked to pretty much said “it’s not my job” and directed us to the “hot foods”. The hot foods part of concession had a huge line and one overworked person behind the counter. Overall the error in online ordering wasn’t a huge deal, but it seems to be unreliable: We wouldn’t recommend the theater due to the poor customer service and apathetic employees.

My sisters and I where seeing a movie in the dine-in theater. Without going into detail the wait staff we had was great! They forgot a coffee we ordered but corrected it and went above and beyond to make it right! We had some funny but good interactions with them. It made our movie night better. I wish I knew their names to give them proper credit. But after the movie my sister said we wont be going to any other theater from now on!

By far my favorite theater to come to. The seats are comfortable (get tickets for the one with recliners) and the popcorn is good. As far as the dine in section I would say the quality is about on par with a chilies. This will always be my preferred theater.

Love this theater, perfect clear video and sound. Very comfy seats, and a nice concession. Bathrooms are clean and always fully stocked.

Went to watch Jumanji and it was an amazing movie. And their employees were super friendly. Except the ones behind the bar! They just kept talking about personal life instead of trying to help us.

My friend and I love to watch movies and this is our place to see them! We like the dine in theaters to sit in the comfy chairs.

Well run theatre, great popcorn & Freestyle to mix your own sodas. Staff friendliness & quality varies greatly, but overall a solid, clean venue among many choices out there.

Very cool, but way too expensive. During the middle of the day on a tuesday and paid like $20 for one ticket. Kid was on his phone while helping me with my ticket... other than that - IMAX is a cool experience

Worst movie experience ever. I took my son to see Star Wars on 12/23, and they only had one person working the ticket booth. It was obviously going to be busy with some people already off work for Christmas and the new Star Wars movie, but they apparently didnt take that into account.I decided to use the kiosk to buy tickets to avoid standing in line forever. Its very difficult to figure out which type of theater the movie is going to be in, and I inadvertently choose a dine-in theater that I didnt want.Since we didnt know that yet, we got a bucket of popcorn, which is in its own little kiosk area in the lobby. The prices arent on the popcorn. You have to go to another area to find them.When we doing out we picked the wrong theater, we had to go to customer service, which switched us to the theater we wanted, but it was a half hour before the show started. Since we already had popcorn and drinks, we had to wait.We used the restroom before the show, and the water barely trickles it off the faucet, and the paper towel dispensers were empty.These were just some of the issues we had. I think this place tries to do too much, and everything suffers. I dont want dine-in or anything of the sort, so hopefully I can find a regular theater that cares more about customer service than all the other things that I dont need. I sure wont be coming back here.

We FINALLY bought movie tickets the right way! We have been trying to do the dine in option forever! If they would give me the option to talk to a human, I would even pay extra.

I have been going to this theatre since its opening over 2 decades ago. Always had a good time. Cleanliness and customer service is always present. Sadly this and many other theatres are becoming less bountiful, if you will. I love the Asian bowl they serve dine in.

Cute inside with themed decor and sit-down eat and seat in certain theatres, B&B style, bar included.Staff service level is acceptable.Concessions set up is logistically logical; i.e. conveniently arranged in a roundabout fashion that creates expediency for the large crowds.Parking stinks! Closest spot - even for handicapped - is at least 250 feet away from entrance.

This is a great cinema with option for in-theater dining, large snack center, and a full-service bar. The food is unremarkable, but not terrible - stick to something safe (like a burger) and you wont be disappointed. Difficult to see your food in the dim lighting, so arrive early enough that you can eat while the lights are still on. Customer service is good, but not exceptional. Location is great and near several other options if you want to extend your activities beyond the film-viewing experience.

I absolutely love the Fork and Screen side of this theater. To be able to sit and watch a movie and have the ability to order food just like if you are in a restaurant is awesome. And that includes alcoholic drinks and nice desserts as well (including popcorn). It can get a little pricey especially if you are going with a family but it makes a great date night. One of my favorite theaters.

I have been going to this theatre for years! It’s awesome! It is constantly evolving and typically has improvements well before any other AMC theatre’s. The Fork and Screen and Cinema Suites theaters are better than anywhere I have gone. The menu for the food served in those theaters is always evolving too! The convenience of eating a meal at the theatre makes it easy to plan a date night. They still have standard theaters as well as 3D but we just recently saw a movie in the Dolby theatre and WOW! It’s a little more expensive but what a Cool experience. My family loved it! I hope AMC continues to up their game because we are definitely benefiting from it. Thanks AMC!

Not very clean. Out of cups and lids. Out of diet drinks. Chairs are worn out. Usually not like this. Some of the theaters need upgrades. The Dolby theater is real nice.

Moved the movie from fork and screen and didnt tell anybody luckily i recalled thats what i ordered and I did receive gife certificate that made the pain less too deal with.But they put the movie on the side where all the kids are located. They ran in and out of the movies yelling things I rather not say. Overall killed my Valentines night

Todays service was by far the worst experience we did not get to order till half way into the movie. And. We didnt get order till 10 minutes to the end of the movie. I understand its a busy day but there is not a good reason we had to wait this long for service and are meal came out not so fresh and we also got are order. Wrong. asked.

The theater was quiet. However, the theater wasnt very clean. Even though I asked for fresh popcorn it wasnt hot. With how much you pay for popcorn, I was disappointed.

I think this is a great theater. Everyone has always been very friendly. Food is ok. We usually go to the dine in movie. I know people have commented on the security here. I like it and think it makes it a safe spot to go.

I had the Asian steak shrimp bowl which was delicious. My wife had the Mac and cheese with BBQ steak which was delicious also. Would have given the food a 5 star but a bit more expensive than what I thought it should have been. Setting was very comfortable.

A fun theatre but dont eat the food is youre really hungry. Unimpressive, expensive foods but would keep you from starving. Popcorn is good though.helps to be a Premier member!

This theatre screens some films in sensory friendly formats, which is very nice and considerate. Affordable tickets, $5 morning shows. Great Dine-in options and Family friendly atmosphere.

Have to love this place, the dine in options are awesome. This is my go to theater in the Lenexa and Olathe areas. OP has some better options but this one is pretty awesome for its location.

Definitely not cheap but you get a lot of option for the price with perks you cant get at other places so worth it if you can swing it. And definitely great quality!

So many screens! The staff is friendly and the A-List program rocks, definitely recommend it. AMC rewards program actually adds up quickly, unlike other rewards programs Ive experienced before. Great location to watch a movie with friends or family.

Nice looking theater but the dine in experience was a bit cramped. Nothing like bumping your neighbors arm when your trying to eat nachos or elbowing your drink down your seat because you reached for something.

30 minutes of previews, after the movie start time, way too long, and the sound during the movie was significantly low and sounded terrible, also their concessions set up is terrible if you’re a first time visitor. I also told them politely about the sound, and they did absolutely nothing. Waste of money and time if you include the way over priced food. Ticket prices are too much for the quality, stay home or find a different theater. I have no idea why this theater has good reviews. This way over crowded theater sucks.

Great movie theater that I will always prefer over other competitors. Its a little pricey, but they keep everything nice and clean and there isnt much to complain about. The volume levels are really good, seat organization is near perfect. Great place to take a date or go with friends.

Movie was great! The only thing I would like to see is Scooters or some way to get handicapped people easily back to the theater where their movie is. I think more handicapped people would attend movies if it were easier.

Asked the teen cashier to take $30 cash and put the rest on my debit card for a $37 purchase. The deer in head light look I got with stuttering was so sad I just said never mind. One of the smallest IMAX screens I’ve ever seen. Seats are not comfortable and force you to sit up straight up. The cost doesn’t reflect on the service. Hope the movie isn’t bad too. O and my wife just told me that the hot water in the restroom was scalding hot.

Didnt get our order correct and waiter took the check before I could even sign it. Ive had better service before.

Good theater and they offer sensory friendly showings of films. The theaters are kept clean. On our most recent trip all the kiosks were offline thats not typicalAs of November 13th, 2017 all of the GF snacks on display were in fact GF.

Man. I made the mistake of going to a different AMC (the old cinetopia) and it made me hate AMC. Good thing I came here cause me and my daughter had a ball watching Hobbs and Shaw in the dine in. Service was great. Food was great. The movie was good. We were relaxed and had a great time.

The movie was great, but half the soda machines were broken. The womens restroom smelled like a pair of depends had been peed in and then set under the hand dryer. It was wretched.

Normally I don’t have a problem with amc. It’s one of the more expensive theatres but since I normally go to the dine in or the one on ward parkway that has special seats. I don’t have this partially complaint. Saw two movies for my moms birthday first one was in a normal movie theatre. The seats were at an angle that felt like you were going to fall out of them. Only way to be comfortable was to put ur feet up. Thankfully nobody was sitting in front of us. Though the dine in theatre movie that we saw afterwards was different. Expensive for the food but you know what your paying for and it’s good. I don’t know if it was just that one theatre that had weird seats or all of the normal theatres. Would rather go to the ward parkway amc. Where a normal price tickets gets you a comfortable recliner seat. Or just save money and go to Cinemark.

Really good theater that works well with people with disabilities. Good positioning of wheel chair seating for the IMAX screen.

Love the cinema Suite! Service was much better than it used to be. Enjoyed the wedge lettuce cups and chipotle chicken sandwich. And margaritas were pretty good too. The showing of Downton Abbey was ultra crystal clear and sound was good also. We truly enjoyed the experience
