Best course in KC area. Staff and ground crew were the friendliest Ive seen. Greens, fairways and bunkers in perfect shape, a pleasurable experience

I’ve always heard about Wolf Creek but never thought I would have the opportunity to experience this beautiful track!Thanks to fellow co-worker Dave Toub, I’ve had the honor of playing the course twice now and each time it gets better and better.After living in the Northeast for 18 years and playing some great courses like Pine Valley, Baltusrol, Winged Foot, Liberty National and many more, Wolf Creek ranks right among them all. From the first tee shot to a down hill par 4, which reminds me of BETHPAGE Black elevated first shot, Wolf creek is breathtaking. To put it plain and simple it’s a golfers golf course! If it were possible, I would join the club and play it 2-3 times a week myself. Why go anywhere else. Absolutely a fabulously piece of land! Great job Looking forward to the next opportunity to tee it up for sure!

Good golf course, but private.

This is a great course. It is in magnificent shape this year. The tees and fairways are perfect. The greens are large and subtly contoured. They are firm, and yet a bit slow, when I played there yesterday. I cant say for sure that they were cut that day, though I cant imagine they werent. The staff are incredibly accommodating. They will not let you have a bad experience. They greet everyone like a long lost friend. The proshop is stocked with excellent merchandise and appropriately priced. The grill is very comfortable and the selection of refreshments are exceptional. The beverage crew are very knowledgeable.My only negative is the lack of a tee sheet and the dearth of yardage markers on the course. I will never leave my laser at home again. The terrain varies from Kansas flat to flint hills undulations. There are a lot of blind shots and many occasions when you are severely punished if you hit it on the wrong side of the fairway. Its just tough course to judge distances.But it challenges your shot making and course management. It makes for an entertaining day.

Great course, good people, greens are super

Looked at all the clubs in the metro and HANDS DOWN this was the best over all. Whos who in town but super down to earth and friendly. Not a bunch of high and mighty like the big four on the east side of town! Great elevations, great staff, great members group! Im all in!

Nice course but many blocked shots from fairway. Beware the trees and line of sight

Very hard greens, but a very good course. Definitely worth a visit.

Its been my favorite golf course since I was there back in 1974, it was one of my fathers favorite also back then and he was one of the first members of the clubs opening year.
