I have always had a very pleasant experience with the employees and there pretty knowledgeable. And they just got a new edition of movies Ive been waiting for for years I have spent hundreds here and Ill keep on spending here.

I will never be back to this location. The pale lady behind the cash register with a bun asked for my ID before she even greeted me.. I watched 6 people come in after me in which she didn’t look at any of their ID’s. I felt discriminated against and if they had a customer service number I would call..

This store houses a considerable selection of beginner and intermediate toys and props, as well as a wide array of ligerie and a wonderful shoe selection. They employ knowledgeable and pleasant staff that are willing to both leave you be and give advice of asked. I am pleased every time I visit this location.

Everything is too over priced! Batteries for 6 when you can get it at dollar store for 1 then lube you can get a small bottle for 6 when you can get the same at walmart but double the size for 5 instead of 6. Eveything is too over priced so 2 stars

Veronica the manager at this location is absolutely amazing! I went in to get a corset for me and she was so helpful. She was able to look at me and let me know what size would fit me. She then helped tie it on correctly and gave advice on how to tie it correctly. I decided against purchasing the one I found that fit the best to see if I could find a different color/ style at another store. The other stores I visited did not give this level of service. Its a rarity to find someone that gives great customer service and will make sure they help you in any way possible to make your experience great. If youre uncomfortable in any way going to purchase a corset or anything from cirillas for that matter she is the person to see! I appreciate everything she helped me with! Best customer service Ive received in a long time from anywhere!

My friends and I walk in and the lady working the front desk was very disrespectful the whole time we were their staring at us and giving us dirty looks. She asked for our id’s as soon as we went in thinking we were underaged even though we are all 20 years old.
