Perfect venue for entire family. Prices are reasonable & staff everywhere monitoring guests. Whole family from 5 to 55 had a blast all night. Glow nt is great idea.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating for a large party. The kids had a blast! Awesome place with lots of fun activities to do. Clean environment. We will definitely be going back.

I brought my 2 year old here and after 30 minutes of playing with her I was being followed by a staff member. I just felt like he was hassling me after following me around 3 different areas. My daughter wanted to hold hands and jump but thats not allowed as he told me one person to a trampoline. She just turned 2 and doesnt understand how to jump around by herself, so we ended our one hour I paid for 30 minutes short. So I wouldnt recommend bringing a toddler here if you want to play with them. Had fun up until this guy made me feel unwelcome.

Always a clean and awesome place to bring the family for some inside playtime. The employees are always so helpful and polite. I enjoyed our visit and will return again. They have monthly passes also if you come a lot its worth it. If you have not been before I would suggest you stop past.

My son had a birthday party here, and the kids loved it. This is a great place for 8 boys to run around and expel all their energy. We are going back soon!

Wow! I had no expectations. I had heard good things and had to check it out. In full disclosure, i have a bad knee and am unable to personally use the facility here, and my two sons a past age 21...not exactly candidates for birthday parties at this venue.I was referred to Sky Zone by a part-time employee who works at a nearby vitamin shop. I was told to ask for Zeke, the manager.When I arrived, apparently it was a glow event day. Black lights were everywhere and anyone with neon colors were glowing (reminiscent of the 1970s fluorescent paint posters, but thats a whole other matter).I got a great tour!! Contemporary music was playing just loud enough to make you tap your toes to the beat. The different areas were clearly separated for different age groups. Being 3-year-olds or 25-year-old athletes, I could see everyone has something to enjoy. The parents even have their own area with recliners on which to relax. I watch actively supervised dodgeball games, guys leaping to dunk basketballs, little kids leaping about in a pit of sift foamy squares, people competing to cross obstacle courses, and more. The air conditioner was keeping the place perfectly cool enough.I saw birthday party groups playing games. I individual party rooms were clean and neatly organized. Pizza and ice cream, of course, were served up, as well as other treats. The kids will have no problem burning off those calories while here!The descriptions and safety rules are clearly posted in each area. I saw lots of young staff members throughout the venue. I can see how a bunch of active kids would enjoy this place for a birthday!

If I could, I would of gave them a zero. Took my two girls for the first time today after the pandemic to sky zone for glow night and boy I was surprised. No precautions were taken. Kids were going crazy with no supervision, that includes the staff. The obstacle course was always supervised and one was allowed to go after the person in front of you finished but this time around, there were 5-8 kids in each obstacle course going at the same time and the staff seen it and did absolutely nothing. For the first time I can say I was actually worried my kids can get hurt while being here. Social distancing or sanitizing is definitely out of the question. One hand sanitizer bottle left at entrance and exit and that is it. After today, I will not return to this place until it will return to normal without being as chaotic and actual staff supervision. We ended up leaving early even though we had a 2 hours jump.

We love coming here. Weve never been during the week before and its definitely a time well come again. Instead of things being packed full, theres hardly anyone here!

Went on a Saturday night for a Glow Jump. Really fun for all ages. Music playing and strobes and black lights. Very cool watching all the fluorescent shirts and socks bounce around. Not overly expensive either for a 2 hour jump. Great way to have fun and get your sweat on. Definetly worth it! One caveat... It is warm in here. Hydrate before and bring ice water. They do have a concession stand too.

2nd time here and it really fun!! Its awesome that they have designated areas for toddlers until 6pm. They also have a jousting pit, two dodgeball areas and a freestyle area for 5yr olds and up.

They have such an awesome staff! My oldest child has autism and everyone is so amazing to him. We have a monthly pass and love it!! They keep the kids in line in a very respectful way which I love! My children follow rules and are polite but we’ve witnessed some little boogers push the boundaries and the staff has unbelievable patience. Lol.

My granddaughters Glow in the dark BIRTHDAY PARTY was an AWESOME SUCCESS. Thank you so much everyone had a fabulous time kids and adults alike. Fun for the adults & children too! Although adults beware of the pits with foam blocks because they are not easy to get out! Lol

My son loves this place so so much! I go about twice a month bc he has such a blast. I think $25 for unlimited time is fair bc every time we go we stay a minimum of 3 hrs. They do have cheaper prices for times jumping. They have snacks and drinks as well. The staff are GOOD. A bunch of kids running around can be dangerous so they do a great job on making sure everyone follows the rules and stays safe. Added perk is the massage chairs.. great for stressed parents that just want to relax as the kiddos jump their energy away.

I love this particular bounce place, tons of different things to do at different skill levels and some areas have instuctional videos .For instance, basketball hoops are sized for 5 y.o.s to 75 y.os,and dodgedball is played on two different courts, according to size. Decent snack bar , nice sitting areas through out to watch the action, or you may opt to sit at a quiet table which are located in a room right at the entrance way .The color scheme is brighter, not so much geared toward the glow in the dark ,which looks garish to me in the daytime. Love it

The place is fun for my kids and it’s clean. Even my 18 month old had a blast. The only problem I had was the prices on drinks where really high. Other then that we all had a really good time and I plan on going back in the future.

Awesome place to host a party! The party attendants have everything ready and on time, you show up and they do the rest. Just bring decorations and cake, I recommend cupcakes for easier and faster distribution. Kids have a great time jumping and playing at the different zones, then straight to the party room for pizza, pictures and presents, and of course cupcakes!!

Fun place and helpful staff. Keeping clean as possible during pandemic. Lots of trampolines and american ninja warrior style obstacle courses for the older kids (and adults) . should save your socks and bring them back next time so you dont have to pay for new. Awesome place to take the kids

My kids love this place. The only thing I would suggest to management is to make the check in area not so loud. You can hardly hear the person behind the counter. Otherwise, its a nice treat for the kids.

I loved our first experience at Sky Zone. It was very clean and maintained and the staff was absolutely polite and helpful. The only negative thing I could add is the prices are pretty high, especially if you have more than one child. It would be nice if they offered specials for multiple kids. Otherwise, great all around and we will be back.

Great family atmosphere for all ages. Employees were friendly and respectful. If I could offer any advice, add another obstacle course for out-of-shape dads like myself...

My daughter and I enjoyed the place. We want on a Monday morning for an hour. Location was clean and there was a friendly staff. However, from a personal perspective the rate is a little steep for an hour outing it cost us over $40. From a business perspective I understand there probably is a large overhead however a suggestion would be to give homeschoolers and mommy n me incentives for a better rate due to the rather large community that is out there to enjoy this facility on the not so busy hours and this volume to compecite revenue for these hours. Maybe a brief research of the area and the amount of groups looking for places to go may facilitate in a educated decision

A wonderful way to spend an afternoon! Clean facility, fun obstacles and plenty of room to play for the kids. The staff went above and beyond to help my kids have an enjoyable experience. We can’t wait to visit again!

Pretty fun time, but sooooo expensive for what it is. $16.99 per kid for one hour plus a fee for their socks if you dont have them. The snack bar is also expensive. All that said, they do have wonderful staff who keep the place clean and keep the kids safe...the most important factor! We will return, even if I have to do a fundraiser first!

I love that they work with our school for Fundraisers. My kids have so much fun here. A great way to burn off energy. I even jump here. We love Sky Zone!

The party was wonderful. Kids had an amazing time!!! The hostess was wonderful!! The costs?? I appreciate business, but for a family with a budget, it isn’t realistic.Hindsight, I would have purchased pizza from another location- met nearby and paid per 14 jumpers. I would have saved at least $100.Stress off - having them do everything!?Almost worth it. Cost up for additional jumpers T-shirt’s, socks, extra drinks? Not worth it.Kids really had a Great time!

Never been to sky zone before have to say Im very impressed. Only did they have a lot for my toddler but they had a lot of cool things for me

We were there on 21st of June. We had a great experience overall. My daughter and I had never been to sky zone before. A young man that was watching the basketball hoops was very nice and offered to help us out of the foam pit when he thought we were having trouble. A couple other young ladies at the other sections werent the most pleasant to speak to but they are teens. You know what to expect when you have all teens working. I dont know why all water fountains are warm when tap water is colder but it was great to have them. Really fun time!

The staff that is supposed to be observing the dodge ball areas clearly are too young and naive. When kids are being bullied or bullying, staff watch from sidelines as though they arent on the clock. Do not expect ANY staff of Sky Zone to put children safety first and foremost. They’re young and inexperienced kids themselves. This is the issue we’ve faced the few times we have gone.

Great fun, excellent pizza! We just attended a birthday party there and it was really fun!!The only thing I would highly recommend is some kind of system to prevent young kids from leaving with strangers - like chick e cheese has for example.

I was alone with 6 kids at Skyzone in Ocala yesterday. The ages ranging from 2-13, all I can say is we were well taken care of by staff and management. Thank you for your help and patience with us! Great place to go for a couple hours or to throw a party! Highly recommended!!

Called ahead for pricing on Glow Night. No one bothered to mention that in addition to special socks, a bright colored shirt was required so made to spend ANOTHER ten dollars for a T-shirt at the door. Total for TWO HOURS was $34! Shady business practices.

My son loves this place and my grandkids enjoy the place as well. This place also atracks all ages.

Had a great time with my niece. There came a point where a few college students were getting a little too rough with each other and started taking over the free jump area. There should be more supervision because the guard was having a hard time getting them to listen.

Great place for kids and i felt it was a safe environment for my little to play the staff was great and the facility was so nice and clean i loved it i would definitely recommend it.

I really enjoy taking my kids here. Its nice to have somewhere to go when its a hot day or bad weather. I especially like that they offer deals in groupon and via email. The only down side is if you have a younger kid and you pay you can not bounce with them and the area they play in is right in the middle of the areas they cant be in. It is not really geared for that age group of kids that doesnt understand invisible boundaries. But the foam pit was a perfect for my one year old since he can only get out when removed.

We just did a birthday party here for my son yesterday and it was such an awesome experience. Zeke was a pleasure to work with and handled all the planning and we even had an assigned employee that helped us from start to finish during the party (Yeah, Chloe!) I cant say enough positive things about our time here. I would do the same thing in a heartbeat. It took all the hassle out of planning/coordinating a party. Thank you!

I did a party from 5-7 and was not informed I would have to do a glow party so I get there and have to pay an additional $100 and was not accommodated. Also the person who brought me the pizzas had her hair all in the pizza she brought, my “host” was not in the room helping to pass out anything... needless to say I do 2 parties a year and I won’t do another one at Sky Zone.

Its always fun for the kids but not fair that on Friday and Saturday they can only go if they participate in glow night

Expensive for what it is we have a trampoline park in our home town with pretty much the exact same activities and that is only 10 per peraon per hour. We paid 17 per person plus like another 2 dollars per person for their socks.the socks apparently are mandatory for jumping and did not disclose this until we already had paid and were getting ready to jump. We are on vacation and had fun but I would not return

I went with my friends for a little birthday fun and we dont regret a thing. There was a ton of fun things to do (especially the obstacle course) and the employees were very nice (Cody who supervised the obstacle course was awesome!) We all had a blast!!! We will definetly be back.

Im no fan of this place but the boy likes it enough, so I score ot as meh. Miserable seating options for parents...on the pricey side unless they are offering multi-visit passes. I bought a pay for 8 get 2 free one when they first opened and still have 3 visits left over 2 years later, but its because I really hate going here. I fell and broke my back in 2016 and sitting on a metal grated bench seat with no back support is just miserable. The other option is the massage chairs that you are supposed to pay to sit in....anyone who ever experienced spinal injury would know you dont want to vibrate. If you sit without paying the chair moves a big hard lump at your back to make you want to get up (I get it the chair cant make money with freeloaders in it)....so put some decent adult seating in, I bet business would pick up. After about 20 minutes I end up back down at the snack area praying a chair is available but then Im leaving the child unsupervised which also isnt a good alternative.

Awesome place for kids and adults alike. We came on the homeschool hop day and the total was $15 which included sky socks that you can keep for next time. Its an hour jump but well worth it! The staff is friendly & attentive. The facility is clean & have bathrooms as well. Great time .

Its funny but, they need to put some more chairs for the grand parents.

My ten-year-old son absolutely loves this place and its a great time when he meets up with all of his buddies. Its always clean and my son leaves with a smile on his face and asking me when he can come back again. I just wish that there was a loyalty program so once you purchase five you get one free.

I took our daughter to SkyZone last night, Friday, June 24 and as I was leaving inquired about a 30 day pass they had on a flyer at their register. The young lady, Leah, who worked there said they actually had a Memorial Day Special going on where you got 60 minutes a day from June 1- July 31 that I could buy. She went to ring me up and noticed it was not in the system yet. She then, got the manger, HAN, who told us that they did not go on sale until today, Saturday, June 25. I explained to him that we lived over 45 minutes away and he said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do. We then asked what time they opened and was told 10am, we told him we would be there then. As he walked away, the employee, that he trains, told us that we could purchase the pass via phone in the morning so we did not have to drive all the way back there the next day. I called in promptly at 10am and Megan answered the phone. Explained what Leah had told me she asked me to hold and that she would be right back to help me with the pass. She then returned and said that she was unable to do it via phone because they needed a photo of my child. I then asked if we could pay for the pass now over the phone and that I would bring her up later today to get her photo taken, again I was told no. I asked to speak to the manager, and HAN got on the phone. He was belittling me because I trusted HIS employee. I tried explaining to him that it was not my fault that his employee again gave me incorrect information and that I was happy to pay for it over the phone now and bring her in later for her photo. As I was trying to speak, he was talking over me with a raised voice telling me he told me last night that he had limited passes available and I needed to come in and that I should not have trusted his employee. I even at one point had to ask him to stop talking so that I could speak. First, this was absolutely NO way for a manger to speak to a paying customer. Second, as a manager, it is his responsibility to ensure that his employees are trained with the correct information. Quite frankly, it is NOT about the money. In fact, I just found on your website that I can purchase the same pass for just $30 more, which HAN never mentioned and it would have saved me from having to deal with this. This is about your management team at this location and their lack of customer service skills and ability to train their employees. His behavior was rude and unacceptable.

The kids had so much fun! The host was great everyone was really nice. I would definitely go back for another party.

They have a great play place and they try to separate the little kids from the older kids so they dont get hurt they care a lot about kids.

A little girl got a compound fracture in her ankle while we were there It was heart breaking... I tried talking to an employee about possible reimbursement because we were only there for 10 minutes of our hour and we had to stop and evacuate which I understand completely but my kids were too scared to keep jumping afterwards because they saw the little girls bone protruding from her ankle... I too was kind of scared for them to jump any longer as well.... but no one wanted to hear about it that worked there and there wasn’t a manger available I was told... we spent $83 and some change for 10 minutes I just think that it’s a little crazy... my wife and I have 3 kids a 15 yr old an 11 year old and a 1 year old.
