We attended the Christmas show last night and all I can say is WOW! They do a fantastic job with everything. The talent of the singers, dancers and musicians is amazing. And the set design and costumes pull it all together! Highly recommend checking out this show to get in the Christmas spirit.

My wife and I went to the Christmas show last night and took our son and his girlfriend. It was FANTASTIC! We vacation frequently at Myrtle Beach and always go to shows. We both agreed that this was definitely the best we have seen. Even our son stood and applauded after two of the solos.

Theatre provides a great view of the stage from anywhere you sit. Great social distancing protocol in place. Great Christmas show.

Went to the Christmas show last evening. Wonderful, gets you into the spirit during these difficult times. Great job with proper Covid distancing and safety. You do miss the comrodiary of a packed house, loud clapping and interaction. Please go and support the cast and the theater.

We have been going to the ONE show for the last 5 years and this years show was exceptional, especially during this unprecedented year. They had to perform to limited seating due to covid-19. They gave an outstanding performance. The choices of music were the best they have ever presented ---- from the 60s to current music, plus the music from The Greatest Showman and West Side Story. The 4 Seasons and Village People renditions were my favorites. They outdid themselves and gave it their all! Top rate entertainment! Bravo to everyone who gave us an uplifting show!

Great Show!!! So glad the theater has opened back up. It is very obvious, they have put a lot of thought in to how to keep everyone safe and social distance. I felt very comfortable attending the show. Its nice to see business being allowed to open and being giving the chance to survive during these difficult times. If you have any concerns about attending, you can put them aside, they did a phenomenal job.

We saw the Christmas Show tonight and it was fabulous. These performers are so talented. The production is excellent. Really enjoyed and appreciated the military recognition.

Hospitality, entertainment was great except for the husband of the husband and wife team. His voice while strong, lacked depth and variance. She was fantastic. Minorities in the show was a plus. Baby it Cold Outside song should be removed, for obvious reasons. There are thousands more... Overall worth the money. Comedian was hilarious and spot on. Piano playing by 4 men, over the top.

First time visiting the Alabama Theater and wow is all I can say!!! The best way to describe the show is Broadway Like and it was a wonderful spectacle to behold. The staging, lighting, visual effects, artistry, musical talent, and choreography were simply amazing. As an added bonus, the comedy skits were hilarious and I actually laughed so hard that my side starting to hurt. Well before the show started, the theaters holiday ambiance really puts you in a festive mood, the outdoor aesthetics were dazzling but the lobby stole the show as it was brightly decorated plus a cool selfie station was a cute surprise. To be honest, there arent many words that can be appropriately applied to describe this show, you just have to go and watch it!!!! Even if we were permitted to record it, the video couldnt or wouldnt do it justice. I wasnt really in the holiday spirit but after attending this show, Im heading out to buy an ugly Christmas sweater.

Attended One for the first time. What a pleasant experience! From the time you enter the venue you are hosted by kind caring souls. The show was fantastic, from start to finish. Great comedy, music. dance, song. Loved it!

We went to the Alabama Theatre last night with our mother in law and father in law and bother and sister in law! It was the Christmas show at 7:30pm and lasted till 10!!! It was so wonderful! I laughed so much I cried! I cried during the 2nd act bc of the beautiful music! The dancing the SINGING the costumes to the sets were just magical and beautiful!

Great Christmas Show! I went to a matinee show with my residents from a local assisted living facility. The staff members were extremely helpful and patient with everyone. We were able to unload and seat 21 residents plus family members and our own staff attendees in a very short amount of time. There was storage for the numerous walkers and wheelchairs and the seats were very comfortable. The show itself was glorious! The singing and dancing was comparable to the Rockettes! My residents were moved to tears during O Holy Night, Silent Night, and Mary Did You Know. Stunning performances! The background set with the changing colors was hypnotizing. The dancing and smiling faces of all the cast members was simply wonderful. Great choreography, song choices and jokes!10 stars!

Excellent Christmas Show with a barrage of dancing, singing (and I DO mean singing!), a musical light show, Santa sailing from the sky in his sleigh, a lovely angel who appeared on set in an upper window and faded away as quickly as it appeared, their own comedian and a local entertainment icon who narrates the show....lovely hymns as well as Christmas favorites sung, toy soldiers, dancing trees, and so much more. Our family had a lovely time and made a memory welcoming in the holiday season this year, our first, at the Alabama Theater.

Nice place to see shows, small enough for comfort and large enough to seat many. Oak Ridge Boys were great.

While vacationing in Myrtle Beach we went to ONE at Alabama Theatre. From the comedian , Rick Mokel, to the shows singers and dancers, it was fabulous!! Show was beautiful. Talent incredible. Very moving at times. Hilarious at times too. Definitely gets you in the spirit of Christmas. So pleased they havent taken Christ out of Christmas!

First time at a show at the Alabama theater. I was sitting in row 23 on the side and I must say the sight lines were poor. Saw Three Dog Night. They did a very fast 90 minute show. The sound quality was disappointing. Three Dog Night is missing two of the original members and had two last minute fill ins. The performance was passable at best. They need to inject some youth that can actually perform the vocals.BTW The Little River band that is playing there is no longer the original. Someone bought the trademark to the name and the three original songwriters no longer play with them. Its now a cover band masquerading as the LRB.

Phenomenal show. Tribute to many ers of music, not just country. Prices at the concession stand were very reasonable as well. Worth going for sure.

Got free tickets so since new to area anxious to check it out. Nice size arena and comfortable seating. The One Show we saw had great talent. Want to come back to see some of my favorite artists next.

The show we went to see was really great. Getting snacks however the lady was very pushy on the size like she wanted more money for the even though we said no the time shares that they have in that building those people are very and are very pushy even when you tell them youre not interested

We love this place...everything about it. The beautiful performers, the costumes, the energy they bring, talent--ballet, tap, acrobatics...fabulous! But the pure, clean, comedy...and the love of faith, country patriotism, God...its a place to believe in everything good! I would pay any price to support this theater...please never change.

Went to the Christmas show last night. Beautiful facility. Excellent talent and even though I went for the kids, there was a lot to enjoy in the performance for the adults, as well.One big disappointment: The show kicked off with a bizarre commentary that I guess was part of the show (I think it was supposed to be funny) that was just dripping with political BS. Almost tainted the entire experience for me. Thus, only the 3 star rating.Theres just WAY too much of that these days and it would have been nice to just leave that outside. Especially when its supposed to be a Christmas show and there are a good number of kids present who could care less and dont understand it anyway.Can we just enjoy the holiday, please?

Saw Englebert Humperdinck last night. This theatre is lovely and the staff very friendly. Will definitely be back to see more performances.

The Christmas show has become a family tradition every year. If you havent seen it, I highly encourage you to. The concession bar is extremely well priced. And they serve alcohol. Great views from anywhere in the venue. Ricky, the comedian is hysterical!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Picking up tickets was a breeze and my son was given earplugs when I expressed his audible concerns to the kind man who seated us. We had a wonderful time and made lasting memories. Thank you so much for being true to your word. I felt welcomed and will be back every time Im in town.

It was fun for Christmas. We took my 90 year old father in law, which is the audience for the show. The singers were good, the dancers were enthusiastic and overall it was a good time.

Saw One:The Show. It was great. The theater is small and all sections are great.

Our second time seeing Ricky Mokel; still a great show. Will definitely see again. Everyone else should also see it.

I thought this show really pandered. It wasnt that the performers were not good; it was the idea of someone telling me to remember the meaning of Christmas after a number including singing, dancing presents boggles my mind. You cant worship at the altar of both Jesus and consumerism and conflating the two is beyond hypocritical. If you want a fun secular show, then do it. If you want a moving, spiritual performance then do it. But please dont sloppily combine the two and then spend half the performance harping on other people for not understanding Christmas.

We went to see the one show and it was a five star performance! Very entertaining and the added comedy was great. Good value and the kids really liked it as well. Take advantage of the free kids nights. The Concession was not not over priced and the popcorn was very good.

Theatre was a nice size so that every seat was a good one. The staff was friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment.

We saw The Drifters The Coasters & The Platters. The latter two were great (5-star) but the Drifters were not! The Drifters started 12 minutes late and we didn’t appreciate the monologue during most of their performance. However, I could listen to The Coasters and The Platters all day!

One of best performances seem while traveling. Pretty cast, very good singing, band was great, real funny comedian and the costumes very pretty. Props and background was very well selected. The couple next to me has been coming every year for 10 yrs. The act changes periodically. Costumes and language is in very good taste. Professional not trashy. WOULD SEE AGAIN .

Nice venue, but I would skip the first row balcony seats when visiting again, there is a bar that is somewhat annoying to look over while watching the Christams show...Luckily the balcony section was empty save for 10 or so people so we were able to move up a few rows for an unobstructed view.

Their shows are always excellent but I failed to give it five stars because it is not handicapped accessible. I cant believe in this day and age there is not an elevator for patrons to get to the balcony seats.

Great show... best group of singers that we have heard in the show... was a little disappointed in the finale... we have seen them do a better closing.

Entertaining, but not worth 50 for me. lead male dancer and the comedian were both very good. Other than that singing and dancing were average. Only sang one gospel song during show.

Great Christmas Show

Engelbert concert was great, but sound system was not the best, and seating and rows are very close together. The older attendees had a lot of difficulty with seats and not enough knee/leg room.

The Christmas show was fantastic. Steffi Ledbetter has an angelic voice. A must see!

Want a broadway grade performance, but dont wanna deal with New York crowds? Well look no further than this gem of the South. The passion these people put into their work is evident from the first note to the final curtain. Every. Single. Time. The theatre also hosts travelling acts, generally straight from Vegas. However, their Christmas Show is where their talents really shine and its worth the trip down to Myrtle Beach just to see that.

Paul took advantage of us by selling us the most expensive tickets for a Monday night performance. The theatre was empty and we had a terrible seat on the side not even in the center. We moved on our own. The show talent was good but I was mad about paying $100 for the two of us. Paul didnt do us any favors. We will not return.

If you have never experienced southern hospitality this place is where you will find it. The shows are great and the staff are gracious and friendly. Give yourself a treat!

The ticketing process needs improvement. You cant pick the seats you want. You pick the section, and it automatically picks the lowest seat number. If youre wanting to sit in the middle, you cant pick those seats unless the end seats are sold first. At least thats the way it appears. I wish it were similar to TicketMaster and other sites where you can click on what specific seats you want. Not so here. It looks like a good theater, but the ticketing process is keeping me away.

Excellent entertainment. Variety of music styles, beautiful costumes and scenery, dancingsinging, humorus, thoughtful of service men, religious and secular great balance and good value for an evenings entertainment.

We just saw a great show. The cast was terrific and Welcoming. The only downside is the hassle by Time share folks or whatever its called today.

Entertaining! Saw the Christmas show with lots of singing and dancing and a little comedy! Not spectacular but definitely entertaining! Good show for the money!
