This is an amazing find!!! I have finished some cross stitch pieces since Covid has been here and was so glad to find this great frame shop..It is magnificent and I wish I could give it 20 stars!!! Reasonable prices and amazing staff!!! My new favorite place!!!

I had a print that had been in my family for 40 years. Due to an unfortunate accident the frame, glass, everything was busted up! I was absolutely distraught This man did the unimaginable and brought my childhood Elvis (yes Elvis ) back to life. You can tell when someone loves what they do, it shows in their attention to detail and the care that they put into their work. This man is an artist and a craftsman and his prices are reasonable. I will never go anywhere else

Glen did a great job on a print I had! He was very helpful in picking out mats and frames. My piece was done quickly and very professionally. It looks amazing!

These guys are so nice, friendly, personable and true miracle workers. I had a fairly large framed print that was purchased and framed at the William Mangum gallery in Greensboro, NC several years ago. Apparently, they did not use the appropriate number of screws or the correct length screws when attaching the wire to the back of the frame. So, one of the screws came out of the frame , the wire detached and my picture fell off the wall, crashing onto the hard floor smashing the bottom of the frame.I took it in thinking I was going to have to have it reframed. Glen said he could probably repair it. I left it with him still thinking it would ultimately have to be reframed. The next day, Glen called and said it was all finished and I could come pick it up. When I arrived at the gallery and saw it, I was brought to tears. I could not even tell anything had happened to it. It was beautifully repaired and it only took a day. I could not have asked for anything more. I will forever be a grateful customer.

Glen is a kniwledgeable & helpful artisan. He did a beautiful job on an unusual piece of art that needed framing. He also protected our art during hurricane Florence by keeping it in his car, away from the wind, rain & floods. Thank you Glen!

I have had 2 pictures framed by Palmetto Frame and I am very happy with the work and pricing. Will be taking several more there in the near future. They are very nice people also which makes for a pleasant experience.
