Came at 11:30 am with the door locked, lights off, and the employee sitting at the counter when the door said open at 11. Gave 2 stars because the lingerie I saw through the window looked nice.

We were treated unprofessionally and almost with disgust by one of your employees. We decided to spend hundreds elsewhere; where we received actual insight on the products we wanted instead of being told we can’t touch what we want to buy... due to “policy”? I will encourage others to not waste their time at this establishment.

First off the place was hard to find and when we got there the lady behind the register told my husband there wasnt a bathroom when there was one right BEHIND her, they hardly had anything there and what they did have was way over priced, this was the first and last time I will shop at Adam & Eves ever again.

Bought a really nice lace nighty a ND staff was helpful.

Customer service could be a bit better!! Shopped tonight on Valentine’s Day and probably the rudest girls I’ve ever met. Never once asked if we needed help. Said hey at the door and that was it!! Also smelled of weed when we walked in. Acted like they didn’t want to speak to us. Probably best if they work on customer service. Prefer badd kitty over Adam & eve honestly.

I love this store!!!!! and to the comment mentioning not returning your money back, there is a site called google review and why on earth would you return something that you have used ! i have enjoyed my we vibe sync!!! thank you ladies!!!

They will up sale you. Even go so far as to say they dont have something so you will buy the more expensive one. That happen to me there and only after I bought the more expensive thing I saw what I originally asked for. Also if you have to return something you dont get your money back you have to exchange.

Good luck getting any help coming into this store also, went from the myrtle beach location to this location! Unbelievable they need better choice in staff!!!

This Adam and Eve store is amazing, the employees are very attentive, helpful and will make you feel comfortable. They also keep this store spotless.
