David goes above and beyond with his customer service. From being polite to making sure everything is getting taken care of and the guest are getting the help they need. Definitely a very nice clean bowling alley. The lanes are oiled very well. First time will be sure to go back. THANK YOU.

Had a great weekend at this amazing place! We had really good time here i went with my cousins and also they got some delicious snacks. Employees are really nice and friendly. Bartender was super nice i dont remember his name but helped us out alot. Thanks to their employees for everything.

Good bowling alley. Friendly staff. Not to busy. Good pizza and nachos. Lots of food options. Regularly maintained bowling alley. Fun designs. Lots of large screen TV along the back wall of the entire bowling alley. Find music. Multiple bathrooms. Multiple ball sizes up to 14 lb. Not a new bowling alley, but a great time.

Looked closed when we were parking because the doors were dark and there was no one hanging out by the front door, like Ive seen when going to other bowling alleys. Great atmosphere inside; great customer service. I wish they had music videos playing on the screens (they had basketball and mountain biking). So wished they had cosmic bowling (we were there between 7 and 10), not sure if they have it later in the night, or at all. Music was ok. I will definitely be going back. Next time Ill order some food, then Ill see if they deserve that fifth star.

We had my Grandsons 6th Birthday party 3-1-20 in Norco, it was amazing! The staff was super professional and accommodating. Josh, the manager was especially attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Allyson, the server was very gracious, and efficient.

Its hard to find a bowling alley in the middle of the day anymore that doesnt have the black lights and the twilight bowling theme. I think there is a time and place for it and on a weekend during the day isnt it. The lane kept messing up on us at first, skipping bowlers, but the staff was able to fix it from happening. Good strong bloody Marys from the bar. They were a bit expensive though. Bowling was like 5 bucks a game and shoes were about 4.50. Not too bad. There is coupons available on groupon for cheaper games. Worth looking into before you go. This place has a bunch of arcade and ticket games. Need to purchase a game card, and load credits on it. Pretty lame unless you are a regular. Lanes were in good shape though.

Actually a pretty cool upscale bowling alley. Food is getting better but you still have the same scene...its a bowling alley. Im not a avid bowler but if you dont like hot dogs, nachos and what not, in n out is in the same parking lot.

Had my grandsons birthday party there and everyone had a blast. The food is pretty good also. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to have good, clean fun.

My 1st time there for my niece party. It was so much fun! Nice cool, dime atmosphere. Our waitress provided excellent customer service. She kept bringing all the unlimited wings, soda, pizza it was great. I would definitely recommend having a birthday there are just to go hang out and have fun.

First time at a bowling alley and I loved it!!!I didn’t win as much points as I would have but my game picked up.I enjoyed the environment though I think the screens are a bit distracting.I had a good time and the staff at the shoe rental stand were friendly.

The remodel to the building was great. The place looks refreshed, more open feel and service was friendly and curtious. Food was way better than when it was Brunswick.Only concern was the bathrooms: only two stalls and the toilet didnt flush well.

We had a great time here today!! We took our car to the carwash next door. While we were waiting we decided to check out the Bowlero. Once we were inside, we had no choice but to bowl a game!!! Best time ever! The lanes are super clean, staff is super nice. Food was great!! Definitely a family place. And they offer Military discounts. We are coming back!!!

We had been here a few times when it was still Brunswick, but this was our first time since its been run by Bowlero. We werent ever really impressed with Brunswick, but its much better now that its Bowlero. Much cleaner and more modern inside. If youve been to Bowlero before, it looks like all other Bowleros, giant screens showing different content, same color scheme, etc. Docking 1 star only for the price for a family of 4 on a Friday night. Not sure how it compares to other bowling alleys, but 3 games for us including shoe rentals (no food or drinks) was over $110. I do have to say though that there was no wait for a lane, despite it being a Friday evening.

Bowling was good. Ladies complain of small bathrooms. Staff was helpful and the atmosphere was good.

Over $4.00 for a fountain drink! They recently remodeled and suddenly their prices for everything have more than doubled! Bowling used to be cheap entertainment. - NO LONGER!

Great experience for a 12Y party celebration, the staff members specially Julien and Paige did an outstanding job during the entire event. The cost vs. the quality of food and service is worth it. 100% recommend for celebrations for kids from JHS and up. The booking process is really easy and very flexible in terms of head count accommodation(small parties). The place is very clean an tidy.

Face lifted with the new Bowlero revenue. Sodas arent bad with the pricing. 4 bucks and unlimited refills. Adult drinks chime in around 10. They seem more juicy than alcoholic. Geared more toward parties and open play now. Lineage is high. Id go three and a half.

Same ok place, as it was before it changed companies to bowleiro, but they ended our game early so they can close up 5 minutes after closing I’ve been to many bowling alleys and have never experienced this before we payed for our game and should have been able to finish which is not cool at all, never experienced before.

Horrible CS if youre a black person. Was told for 90.00 we would have unlimited bowling. We were there for 4 hours no one ever came to ask if we needed anything like they did for the people on each side of us. The workers would walk through our booth to assist the other Customers. When we went to check out our bill was over 300.00 we were told we bowled 18 games in 4 hour. Which is impossible since it was 7 of us bowling. Their liars and thieves.

Affordable at least on a Sunday. Clean! No drama. Plenty of assisting devices for little kids.

I like the upgrades to the bowling since Ive last been there a few months ago was a little shocked at the cost of pricing for the weekends however the two alcoholic beverages that we did have were very sweet the atmosphere of the music choice in was great the service wasnt as rapid as Id hoped you would have been took a little while to have our drinks ordered as well as to receive our three beverages otherwise we had a great time and plan to go again when the prices are a little bit cheaper during the week

I’ve never met management as disengaged as they are in this place. The good thing is that the rest of the building functions despite them. As long as there are no problems you will be sure to have a good time!

Honestly every employee we interacted with were friendly, helpful and seemed happy to be there. From check-in, shoes, food & beverages, bar...even the manager swung by a times throughout our time there just to check on us and see if anything was needed.The bartender didn’t have raspberry lemonade but she quickly improvised & offered/provided an awesome strawberry instead, which the kids loved, thanks for saving the day there!Special thanks to everyone for their efforts in ensuring a special time for my son’s 5th birthday.

Pleasantly surprised with the make over they gave the bowling alley. It looks more like a place to hang out and feels modern and retro at the same time. Staff is very helpful and very kind, overall we had a great time! Great price, fun atmosphere, b definitely going to be coming back more often!

This is one of my favorite bowling alleys. The lanes are kept in great shape. The staff is very helpful when I have had any issues. One kid that works the front desk named Chase has really gone above and beyond when ask to do anything.

I changed my review from a while back when I was here, originally giving it a much higher rating. I remember when this bowling alley was built, so seeing the much needed facelift was exciting. I was hoping with the changes would come a cleaner, and better managed facility. In the past couple months I have been here over 5 different times. Ordering food at the window is always a wait. Why is there not at least one person dedicated to standing there to be ready to take orders? Every single time I have been there,s its the same case... Waiting. The girls have zero customer service; thank you, enjoy your food etc. They can barely reply with a thank youIf you really care about where you work, take some pride in cleaning. This is a public place, so constantly wiping down tables, trash cans, rails and countertops is crucial. Just paying for my Lane, the dust all over the monitors and cables etc is dirty. The black railings behind the lanes have food and pieces of debries all over. I noticed the same area hadnt been cleaned and still looked exactly the same way as the time before.Even the restroom doors do not look like they are being wiped down.I would hope that whoever is in charge of making sure that this type of house keeping is done, gets on it, and has some type of regiment. Otherwise its going to get so dirty and grimy that it will all go to hell before the bowling alley is even finished....

Sundays are deals! Kids had a blast, everyone enjoyed food- nachos, chicken wings. Enjoyed the facelift facility has received, brightened up look, new playing tables/ seats, gaming area. Can get busy, so plan ahead and get there early. We started bowling at 10, by 12 most lanes were filled.

Bowling alley was nice but for less then 2 hours for 3 people we paid OVER $100!!! Unheard of. Not including shoe rentals or drinks (all paid separately). What a rip off!

Honestly this is a really good choice for bowling. The prices are very reasonable and i also suggest looking on Groupon for even better deals. They have a good choice of bowling balls, shoes are nice and clean for rent and the lanes work very well. Some lanes seem to have a few kinks but nothing game breaking. Would highly recommend checking this place out if youre out with some friends and feel like going bowling. A bit hard to see but its right behind the car wash place in the parking lot area with all the markets.Great place.

Havent bowled in a long time, this occasion way my daughters sweet 16 party. We all had a blast, the personnel were very nice, the place was clean and well kept up, though the cost has gone way up from my last visit... 10 years ago. Lol... Hasnt everything?!?

First they wanted to over charge us then also people had to leave early and they paid all ready... So then magicly they didnt have the history of them paying and one of us had to pay for them again now we have to go back to show them we paid even though they all ready paid and they have no record of them paying. They stole our money simply put...
