One of the more nature oriented parks that I’ve seen in this area. Very friendly community and events like garage sales and other activities for kids. Pet rent is only $10 per animal, which is super fair in my opinion! I’ve lived here for just over a year and am satisfied overall. The only concern that I’ve had was my lot rent going up after only 4.5 months of living in my house. I think it went up for everyone at the same time however. Overall, I would recommend Newport Farms.

Very nice trailer park. The Best I have lived in by far. They make sure its clean they even give coffee in the morning a few times a year.

Lived here for the past few months we enjoy it here. The park is very pretty good. Were excited for the fishing contest we were told about this summer, and my youngest daughter is super excited for the new playscape theyre putting in. Our neighbors are very polite keep to themselves which is nice

Nice trailer park. My friends just moved there. After my visit, Im now also looking into it!

Do not recommend moving in here. It’s slowly getting more ghetto, the management here is terrible , they harass people for small things when they’re bored, just not a good place to live.

This Manufactured Home Community is definitely the nicest one in Newport/Monroe area. Excellent place to buy a new home. All of the new homes for sale are fresh and remodeled inside. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

Its beautiful and cozy here. My mom has lived here for years and my kids have grown up here. I think its a great place to raise a family.

The Community office does not do a very good job of enforcing the yard and home maitenance.Plus the lot rent is too high. There is not a Clubhouse, pool, or even a playground. Some of the neighbors are ready nice though. Would not be retiring here.

Before moving in noticed residents owned utility trailers. Moved in bought same type of trailer and parked i in my driveway. Was notified less than a month later I could not have it. Almost 3 years later and the same people who had one 5 years ago when I initially moved in still have them. The people running the place are crooked

Some trailor numbers can be difficult to find, unless you know where you are going. Roads needs a little bit of work.

I dont like this trailer park. Its boring. Its lame. There are to many little kids. Im just being honest. DONT EVICT ME.

When we moved in we were told theres gonna be a community room built and a play ground put in for the kids. Neither has happened. If you want strict rules like these million dollar subdivisions at almost the same cost then you might like it here.

I enjoy flying Southwest every time made new friends I only wish wifi was at least only s$5.00< but thanks a bunch

The service we received when we went shopping for a house was great and they said they could help all types of credit, but found out thats not the case. We applied and the person worked with didnt even get back with us and were not even from here, so were still looking for a home to rent or buy.

Nice place to live come down for a vist

The management has changed hands a couple times here. Over the last couple years the park has gone down hill in maintenance.

Trailer park. Winding and confusion for roads, little guest parking spots, empty lots, and just sad.

The individual s who build the houses are well mannered however a few guys who get jobs that are contracted out are very boligerent and disrespectful.

Been living here for 13 years definitly was a veey nice place, but now after long with out a good manager looking after it, it has become very run down the old manager Mike got fired. I dont know the name of the new lady and I dont know if she has done anything to the park yet. Many kids and teens runing through peoples yards without concern. The only nice things are the neibors if you have any (Where I live theres empty lots all around me.) And the pond where you can fish. (But people keep throwing trash into the ponds.)

I like my neighbors, can fish in the ponds, close to the city, and quiet at the same time.

It used to be a real nice place, now its all ghetto.

To anyone reading this review, the review posted by April Rose five months ago is not quite accurate. My husband and I sold her and her husband the house she was writing about. She was correct in saying the house was in good structural condition at that point. However, the house was leveled twice at the parks expensive and we were told other things that were supposed to have happened and there is no evidence of any damage from the move with the exception of the air conditioner. However, the house that we sold them, they walked away from with no notice and the damage that they did to it is going to cost us a fortune. So you can take what she said with a grain of salt and believe what you will. I have dealt with the community managers for the last two days because of the damage to the house,and making sue that the house is secured, they are very professional people. They are moving houses in on a daily basis and still use the same movers. If that were the case with the movers wouldn`t they use a different company. Robin and Mike(the managers} have been very helpful to us in recommending someone to winterize the house and pointing us in the right direction. Two of the nicest people that I have ever dealt with. So think what you may folks. All of the damage to my home was not done by the movers. The air conditioner maybe but not all the other stuff that they claim.
