The residents seem friendly, maintenance is quick, friendly, and efficient. The homes are mostly newer, the prices reasonable, and the office staff helpful.

Visit friends that live there...not a bad location

They dont tell you rent goes up $20-$25 or more a year. I feel they are ripping you off. And I think it sad I know my friend posted on here dating a lot of facts thats wrong with the park, and I dont see her post any where on here. So Im think they took it down so people dont see the truth how Sun Homes is bad!! Look up on there real website they are rated 1.8!

My daughter lives here with her son and husband. Very nice park for under middle class, beautiful clubhouse, nice pool. Wouldnt mind living there myself if I were in need of a home.

Now that they are renting units these new homes are being destroyed, trash all over, lawns full of weeds. Looks like the ghetto. No rules. No one cares. Place going down fast. Use to be nice. Had rules and people cared about their lots and homes

I am a resident here. They do not care about their residents. They will not resolve issues when they arise. It took them 2 months to fix my mailbox and give me a key. Ive had multiple issues. Its easier to just fix them yourself 99% of the time. As of right now I have had an issue with an animal that died. When I called the first time it apparently it wasnt an issue since it took them a week to remove. So its been 2 weeks now and it still smells like decaying matter in this place. Ive called numerous times still nothing. They said someone would come out no one has. If this area is a must go to the park across 275 its cheaper and way better management.

Homes are nice and kept up. Been here for 18 years with minimal problems. Havent had to deal with management much since I own rather than rent. Most of the issues seem to be in the park across the street, not Elizabeth woods. Love our street and our neighbors. Airport school district is great too.

Really nice area. Quiet and close to major stores(Wal-Mart& dollar general) right off a Main rd. (Telegraph) and near a major freeway (I-275). The homes are nicely maintained and tge neighbors keep to themselves.

Some construction. But it is getting better. They have already made some improvements and are making more still. Lived here for 12+ yrs., always a quiet neighborhood.

Homes are beautiful. Office personnel are hit or miss. Either they are very nice or they are the most rude, self-centered people youll ever meet. If you want to move in here, work with BJ. The lot rent is kind of high. And it keeps going up.

The homes are well maintained however there are always teenagers and children running around yelling at cars, drugs in the park etc.

Management is rude. When you tell them about a problem (drug deals) happening they do nothing. This place has home break ins auto theft. No security as they tell any resident.
