This place is a hidden gem!I am not a motorcycle enthusiast, but I absolutely loved this museum. They have 2 floors, packed with hundreds of motorcycles, dating back to 1800s. They also feature police and military bikes and even motorcycles from famous movies.Staff were very friendly! We visited during the COVID-19 pandemic, and were surprised to be all alone in the entire museum. I really hope more people will visit this great spot, and its perfect to combine with a hike in the Hudson highlands.

This motorcycle museum had so many more bikes than I expected, it was very cool. They had some Arlen Ness bikes, Indian Larry bikes, even Jerry Garcia’s bike! There were hundreds of Indians, lots of Harley’s and much more, including pre 1900 bikes. There’s a whole room dedicated to Indian motorcycles. It’s was cool to see the history of motorcycles in person. You can really spend a lot of time looking at all these amazing bikes.

Excellent museum with an incredible variety of bikes. I had an hour which was enough to see all the rooms, albeit a little rushed. I appreciated the fact that they had bikes which could be sat on and handled, which is kind of rare for this type of museum. The displays were also very informative, and historical bikes were often accompanied by memorabilia from the relevant era.I do wish the entrance fee was a little more affordable. Bringing a family might be cost prohibitive.Overall a great experience that you dont want to miss on your next visit to Newburgh!

Such an collection of motorcycles. Im not even that into motorcycles and I had so much fun exploring. My eight year old son have a great time learning about the history of how motorcycles were created. He also really enjoyed being able to sit on a few motorcycles and pretend to drive them. I would give yourself at least two hours to fully explore both levels of this Museum. They even have several motorcycles that were featured in movies.

Excellent stop for the motorcycle enthusiast, history buff or just a plain ole rider. So much to see, better plan for at least an hour and a half if you want to see it all. They close at 5 so plan ahead. No vending machines just water fountains. Over 500 motorcycles and other interesting info from movie bikes to custom builds. I’ve been twice and enjoyed it both times.

This is a very cool museum featuring the nicest motorcycle collection i’ve ever seen. We went during Farm & Flea and while Farm & Flea is a pathetic awful event, the Motorcycle museum made it 100% worth going as you gained admission as part of the ticket. The Indian Larry display was really interesting. I didn’t know he started in Cornwall. The concept bikes were really cool too. The place is very impressive and I highly recommend.
