This theater group is as shady as they come. I bought 4 Mean Girls tickets for Friday night for 325.00 a piece. The next day they lowered the price for my tickets and the ones around me to 225.00. I’m a local broadway supporter and have never been made to feel this used. NEVER AGAIN!! I went to the theater and to this theaters owners group and asked simply for the credit of 100.00 per tix that if I had waited a day an bought them I would have gotten. They all refused and hide behind “prices can change”. Yes they can and as an owner of a business in 6 states there are always exceptions. I would never allow a customer to feel taken advantage of or used they way they did. And they wonder why Broadway is dying... good luck, I dropped my tixs off at stub hub and won’t attend another show in a theater this group owns, and will make sure my many friends and colleagues don’t either. Terrible service and I’ll assure you I’ll cost you 10 times what a simple refund for a local ny supporter would have!!
