Although I love their work, I was not welcomed warmly to their establishment and we were (rudely) told to leave. The merchandise is on display, but not eligible for purchase. After leaving, I get that its not meant to be a store, but with the merch they advertise and how big Barstool has gotten, it would be worth their while open a small shop for tourists like myself. After that experience, I dont know if supporting this company is worthwhile after being such a loyal listener.

I gotta say great customer service coming from this team. Wanted to buy 3 t-shirts, each was $30 and with shipping its around $100. Decide before I pay to email barstool to see if I can get a promo code. They set me up with 10% off. Great, right. Make my purchase, but next day see that each tshirt is now each $7 less. I email barstool again and ask if I can get this new price, and they give it to me! My total for everything is now under $60. They saved me around $40. Customer service team is very nice and courteous, they were very pleasant to deal with. Thanks again

They advertised an Ovi ugly Christmas sweater. I bought it, it came, and it was a sweatshirt. What a joke. Definitely not a Christmas sweater. The day it was delivered I went back to make sure I read the advertisement correctly, and yes it said SWEATER. It was also 50% cheaper at that point. I wrote them an email about the false advertisement and the price drop from the time I ordered it till the time it was delivered and they told me to buzz off to both complaints. Barstool sports is funny, but theyre also terrible with customer service.
