Awesome casino in the heart of New Orleans. Great gaming options. Well maintained socially distancing guidelines and expectations. Friendly helpful staff. Would recommend this casino to anyone looking for a fun time gambling in the Big Easy!

Due to COVID and Hurricane Zeta approaching it wasnt crowded. We still had a blast while waiting for Hurricane. Great gambling and strong cocktails.

The casino is very well maintained, they have a body scanner at the door as you come in for temp checks. They had several games going, my only issue was they had all the roulette tables at $25 minimums, and I would have like to have seen one at $15 minimums instead. Other than that, the tables were not crowded and they had measures in place where applicable.

The casino is a waste they changed the table games where you losing over a deck and half in cards when the dealer cut. Then they only cut the deck half. Its a lose lose for the players. I been to casino all over the world and this I never seen before. But the dealers are awesome 2stars for them.

The restaurant inside Harrahs is amazing. The crab cakes are awesome and the shrimp cocktail is great. Shrimp are HUGE. The deserts are so good. The carrot cake, chocolate tart and the chocolate chip cookie with the rum chata/mudslide, all really good too

Rooms need to be updated to prevent slip and fall for handicapped. My wife fell. Replace carpet. Service ac. Units. Vallet service great. Good environment. Lose your money. Have a good time.

Loved hanging out here on a two night stay over in NOLA on our way to Florida. Casino is clean, smoke free, and you can order your drinks from the machine!

First time coming here are it was so much fun! It looked to be clean and kept up. Games were fun. Drinks came out quickly upon ordering. I have no complaints! If I ever come back to NOLA Id definitely go again!

Staff was rude as hell. Tried to be polite and nice but from getting cash to playing roulette and slots they were so incredibly rude. Will not go again

Nice rooms. Consistent terrible payouts in my experience. Went with 6 family members the last time we visited, we all lost. QUICKLY.

Amazingly beautiful hotel with great views. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was upgraded to suite so we were super excited. The restaurants were delicious. I wish there were a few more sanitizing stations in the casino but we had a very fun time all in all. I will most definitely come back & stay here in the future.

Horrible place so for starters when they ask for ID which is everyone they don’t use gloves and grab everyones ID and transfers possibly covid-19. second if your not a member they don’t have anyone to cash out with so you have to wait for the members to be taken care of twenty-thrity minute wait.

Great Casino! No smoking limited tables, free drinks, very clean and sanitized. Highly recommend coming here if youre looking for a great time. That have handled the Virus great here!

Harrahs has always been a favorite hangout with me and many of my friends. It would get my full five stars if it wasnt a ghost town,...New Orleans is not the same and its really frustrating to us folks who know the City at its (USUAL) best. Between Covid and Bars closing early,or closing all together, (UGGGH !!!!!) AND where are the older ladies (classy and practicing true southern hospitality), that have always worked at Harrahs? Much of the new crew are dismissive and rude.

On Friday August 21, 2020 I was playing slot machine number C2001 17521 between the hours of 6:30am and 7:30am when I sensed an intense stare, I looked to my right, there was a casino worker standing giving me the nastiest look (a lady wearing a red blazer) while I was actively drinking my soda and eating the ice. A few moments later approximately 30 feet away (a male wearing a black blazer and eyeglasses) shouted from the main isle to me “put your mask on” 2 or 3 times with a nasty attitude, I replied back to him I am actively drinking my soda and eating my ice, what am I supposed to do take my mask on/off between each sip? I was not grazing, I was actively consuming the drink. Also there were no other players in the area. I did not appreciate his demeanor and was offended and if other players were there I would have been embarrassed. This was totally unprofessional and rude of your worker with no people skills and definitely not the way to treat customers returning to the casino. I cashed out my ticket, stopped playing and went to my room, not playing anymore.In my room I called the operator who transferred my call to security, which I requested a call back from the security manager/supervisor, til this date I have not received any calls. I even tried to call the security team back and yet again was told by Nona someone will call me back.Later in the evening I was with friends, other guests of the hotel, while we were out and they came back to their room, their room key did not work. We went up to my room and I called guest service to tell them the issue. I spoke to Debbie gave her my friends room number, she said that she would have a bellman bring a new key up to my room. My friends and I were totally Shocked because no names were given and no ID was requested from any hotel employees to acquire the replacement keys. I was dumbfounded by the lack of security policies.Furthermore I tried to get the housekeeping supervisor to my room to show numerous issues with the room but again no one came or reached out to me.Oddly enough in the evening that night, I ran into a Mr Anthony Hall who was a security supervisor and I told him everything, he said I would be contacted by someone. No one as of yet. I am attaching pictures of the room also for you to see. The issues that was present in my room, door handle is falling off, wall paper is coming apart, extremely dirty carpet with stains all over, bath tub handle cracked and bed benches at the bottom of each bed were stained

10 Stars!!! This place has everything you want!! Staff are here ready to assist you. Lots of fun. Easy, to use machines. Be careful though. Pay attention to the game machines and your bets. I had 17.00 on my slip. Put it in the game, and thought I was Playing the minimum, but pushed play once and was left with 1.26... Im not sure what happened, but I had a blast. Went 3 to Harrahs 3 times.

The hotel room was great, the lack of food options was surprising. My first trip and probably my last. Was not impressed by the casino. Table minimums are outrageous, the slot machines are super tight and the drinks are weak.

Thos hotel property is nice and CLEAN, Im especially looking for how they operate during this difficult Covid time . It is hand sanitizer everywhere and complimentary face mask in the lobby. Overall I was very pleased with my hotel experience. As many of you know,,,I must have a room with a view, it was fabulous

Their website does not do them enough justice. Our room had an entrance hall, spa-like tub & shower with GOLD vanity, and giant floor to ceiling windows of the water & sights! This place has the most beautiful rooms with luxury accommodations and views. The customer service is incredible too. We had a personal attendant who would bring ice to our room and bring our belongings up. So glad I picked this place to celebrate my bachelorette party at. We were treated like royalty!

Whenever Im In town from Houston..Me and my sisters are always going to HARRAHS.The staff is always friendly,bathrooms are a perfect 10.We love it for the Selfies

So much fun! Super friendly as long as you are! I love being able to order ANY drink of my choice alcoholic or non alcoholic right from my slot and they bring it right to you! AND THEYRE FREE! I absolutely LOVE Harrahs!! Definitely go play some games if and when you come to New Orleans!!

A nice sized casino conveniently located in NOLA. Temperature scans pre-entry for Covid and decent spacing of operational machines. There seemed to be some additional cleaning but nothing over the top. One day we got beat up by the machines, up a few bucks the next. Cant complain too much when we got some decent play time.

Dont really know how to use slots but enjoyed the design. Still post covid so lots of things were closed off.. Would go back

The pics are of the Steakhouse at Harrahs Casino. The ambiance is very nice. The service was good. The lighting was a little dark but we were able to work with it. The deviled eggs were very good. The ribeye was VERY fatty so go with the NY Strip which was amazing. I was disappointed in the ribeye due to the fat. I know that is a fatty cut of meat but it was really bad. The drink was wonderful. I think its called cloud over the moon. It was perfection. The prices are a la cart. Spent about 182 before tip on 2 meals.The casino - not paying out much. o know the difference between winning and giving it back vs machines not paying. I had no action for 3 days. Small wins of $5 - $10 here and there. Nothing grand or exciting.Hotel - was very nice but not cleaned well. The tables were smeared appearing to be cleaned with a wet rag and left to dry. They were dirty. The door in the bathroom had stai s at the bottom on the outside which held me to believe there was a lack of detail. The view was very nice. Was in room 1612. I was overcharged for the room so be sure to check your statement before you leave and dont use key drop. Taking forever to get it resolved. Customer Service says long holds then followed by a message saying they are closed.

Wow. Covid is not treating Harrahs very well. If you are a slots player, it sucks right now. Every other machine is turned OFF for social distancing. Its hard enough to find a machine you like in normal times, then you find the one you want and its turned off. Ugh. I know, its not their fault, its just frustrating.

It was clean, everyone was wearing there masks. I love the fact that there is no smoking inside this casino. But if you are a smoker there are several places outside were you can smoke with slots and poker machines. I also had a few rounds of drinks and the service was fast and polite.

I couldnt believe this was a smoke free casino..loved that. It was a short in and out but the place was very clean.

Great location and liked the casino. The only thing is that 3 people at different times. Thought compared to other casinos the were lite on security .just that issue though.

This was my first experience gambling outside of Vegas. Its in a great location, right near the river and the French Quarter. They have a good variety of food options inside. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Its very easy to lose track of time here. You win some, you lose more...but thats usually how it goes with gambling. I am not a serious gambler, so I know when to cut my losses. It was a good time here, nonetheless.

If you want to get together yet be safe during these chaotic times then visit Harrahs. Had a great time over the past weekend while visiting the French Quarter

Had a great time here in September during the pandemic! Lots of tables to play on. Feels like your in Vegas for a short moment. It was my first time here and I won over $1K! Just wish the bars didnt close at 11pm

Drinks are almost all ice, service is slow, and no one comes around to clean up used cups. The trash cans are few and far between, and the waitresses dont like to take cups with them. Also, its weird that they dont have any shields at the craps table, but they do at other games.

A little strict at the entrance (understandable)but place is good overall.

Was offered 3 day comp stay, then when I called they were fine I could have Thursday BUT pay for Friday, Saturday was comped . Oh and $19.00 a day for fees and a one time $15.00 tax and booking fee. So this is Comped? What a false ad they sent to me. This happen 2 years ago in Biloxi I dismissed it as maybe they were really booked but now the same thing happens ITs a SCAM SCAM SCAM

Rooms need work. Missing tile from floor, ghost hand print on shower glass when it steams up, dirty walls. Could be nice Id paid attention to detail.

Nice busy casino centrally located in downtown New Orleans. Great ambience with large variety of slot machines. Free parking if you play with players card. Hotel room was very nice & clean. Staff at check-in were helpful & friendly. Had a nice time, definitely will come back!

The people who work in this place are either rude or incompetent! Not to mention you have to use your drivers license in order to get a players card but they can’t verify me because their incompetent staff entered a different date of birth and address. So how do I not have access to any or my rewards for you guys screw up. Absolutely horrible place!

The casino is open. Looks like the buffet/restaurants and the club are closed and gaming requires a mask but overall a good time.

My favorite! Love the smoke free casino. Even as a smoker I love how clean it is. And they were super quick to sanitize a machine as soon as you walked away.

It is a casino in which most people with a lot to spend go to. The service is ok and the night club is a nice hangout place on random days.

When it comes to casinos Harrahs gets it right. Now I didnt win anything but had a fun time losing a couple dollars. Bartenders were awesome.....pretty too. There is no smoking inside the main gaming area but they have these cool outside patio areas where you can while you play slots. Bathrooms were well maintained & clean.

Fun! Smaller Casino than my hometown Cheerokee one. Waiting on drinks was crazy. You had 2 be playing and place an order thru the machine THAN WAIT UNTIL THEY GOT AROUND TO YOU. So if you were done with that machine you still had to sit there or no drink!!!! Overall had a pretty good time! Must wear a mask....I appreciated that

Im just a really nice place to visit. I visited casinos all over the world this one is pretty small but I had a great time. That message was really nice.

I was generally surprised on how clean and nice this casino was and I say that compared to the Harrahs in Las Vegas which I went to about a month ago it was gross and dirty.

I thought it was a cool casino. Didnt know what to expect. Its really sad to see the homeless outside of the establishment asking for money. I loved the ceilings, very pretty lol. Staff was helpful and friendly. I didnt understand some of the machines. No instructions or an explanation on what winning orders are. But overall, it was still fun to watch my mate

Some areas were closed this visit, but otherwise clean and easy to get around, drink service is always a little slow to me, looks like some new machine add too

I came in the blackjack machine wasnt working so went to the roulette muchine I placed a $5 bet and I lost 2 times and lost $10 so then I kept playing I won 5 more times at $5 a bet but it only credited me for 2 wins. That got me back to the 20 I put in. Then it stopped paying out because the minimum bet was $10 so they will take your money but they wont give it back when you win. Sounds like a scam to me. Save your money and forget about this place or go somewhere else.

Harrahs ought to be ashamed offering players $10 Id rather go play at boomtown offering $40 a week plus $20 in food and Treasure Chest $30 per week. Come on Harrahs $10 a week is a slap in the face with me losing $15000 and $8000 calculated on my card.

Smoke free inside is refreshing for a casino. They have an outdoor smoking area if thats your jam. Lots of dining options. Love the live music that strolls through the casino. Nice New Orleans touch. Fun games and friendly staff! Look forward to coming back soon.

The most terrible casino I’ve ever been to. I played like 6/7hrs and said to myself I know I have enough comp to get a burger Wrong answer I only had $2 and change. So basically I had to pay for my food with cash. I check my play back 0 (zero) playback and I played a lot of money. I will never be back, my rating is 0 ( zero), but # was not a option. Terrible place !!!!

A cool and fun place where you can smell money in the air, weather its being won or lost is up to weather or not lady luck is on you side. Clubs, slots, drinks, and lots of lights, sites and things to keep you overly occupied and having fun all night long!

Great casino, staff is friendly only reason for the low stars it that mins were too high especially during the pandemic. Lower mins might bring more people in.

This place is humongous! (Well at least for me.. ) But it such a nice casino. Very clean even though it gets really packed! There’s a lot of variety to do, you will definitely NOT get bored! Also, the restaurant/buffet is amazing. Lots and lots of delicious food! Will definitely come back again!
