JCC has always been a clean, friendly and welcoming environment. The staff is very engaging and positive which makes for a great workout environment. Highly recommend this facility!

Very nice facilities. Recently updated. Indoor pool area is awesome and so is the snack bar and outdoor pool area. Its a much nicer JCC compared to Metairie. Parking could be difficult during peak season.

Great place for kids. Staff was kind of sarcastic at the front desk. But still would recommend for after school activities for kids. My niece loves it.

Nice facility and staff is friendly. Parking can be hard sometimes but not too bad. My only complaint is that they close at 5pm on Fridays during the winter. Not very convenient for people who work. Wasnt explained to us when we signed up.

Fantastic facility, but you have to go through THREE security checks—including two fingerprint scans at locked gates—to get in, even when it’s fully staffed. Beyond ridiculous, and completely unnecessary as you can’t enter the facility without scanning through the front desk. I start each workout feeling like I’m in a prison.

Not a good personal experience. Did not feel comfortable there. Had a problem with a personal trainer and requested a different one. The dircector assign a different trainer after 2 months that didnt want to train me. I ended up not going to my remaining training sessions and just left. Terrible for the self confidence. They just took my money. When you cancel membership they request that you make a written request which is fair. I put my request in April for May. They let me know that I was to late to have a May disconnect which I accepted. However, when june came they charged me claiming that they werent sure the email I used to request the cancel of membership was mine. I paid for an extra month. So in total I paid for personal training I didnt use, and was charge 2 extra months I didnt want. Also, made to feel uncomfortable there. The faclties are nice and they are maintain.

This is an amazing facility. Its immaculate, very well staffed, friendly and well trained. A 5 star facility in every way.

Great staff, no juice head environment for normal people. Its not cheap but worth the price.

Best nursery school in New Orleans! Love the staff! Everyone makes you feel like family!

I would like to thank Leslie Fishman and the staff of the JCC for providing Hadassahmeeting room for our monthly board meeting .We thank you all , from the secretaries who we contact to reserve the meeting room, to the IT person (Roy was the assigned staff on June18th) who makes sure that the electronic equipments are set and are available to help when we encounter problems.The rooms are always clean ,comfortable and conducive for meetings.We cant ask for a better service.We loved it.Ilana Reisin ,New Orleans Chapter of HadassahPresident
