We contacted PiXate Creative about doing renderings for a condo project we are working on so that we could market the units for sale before the construction was completed. They did a tremendous job designing the renderings. They look extremely realistic and do a great job of providing a true image to potential buyers as part of our marketing campaign. They really worked closely with us for changes and edits, we asked for x, they did it, we asked for y, they did it. Even down to seeing the trees outside the rendered kitchen window that will actual exist from that angle in the unit once its built. Jonn and PIXate did some wonderful work for my firm on an architectural rendering project.We used to do our rendering work in-house and I was unsure how out-sourcing this function would work. My goal was to have a logo designed for my business which was serious, yet captured my personality. I was not sure of what I wanted. I sent Jonn some colors and symbols and a kind of idea. I hired Jonn and the Pixate team as a subconsultant for the production of an animated video for my client, which was used to present the firms capabilities and approach for providing program management services for the construction of a major infrastructure improvement project. The video was approximately 10 minutes in length, and was a very creative, visually engaging way to present very complex and detailed subject matter. Jonn was patient throughout the process, and helped me by responding to various edits and changes on the fly. We had an extremely compressed schedule, and he was able to deliver by working long days, weekends and even holidays to get the job done. The project was completed in two phases and lasted approximately 3 months. I would definintely hire Pixate for this type of project in the future.
