I recently received a membership to the YMCA and requested a tour of the facility.I got an excellent Tour guide by Leonard. He answered all of my questions while showing my the facility with a positive and up beat attitude.Things to bring while at that center is towel, soap, lock for lockers, your own bottle or cup for hydration and deoderant.Everything else is self explanatory on the machines and is handicapped accessable.

They claim the pool is 90 degrees..I highly doubt it..when you ask the front desk..they know nothing and barely look up from playing on there phones...you would think they would appreciate there jobs..

Why was i charged for this month if it doesnt seem to be opening any time soon? I cant even use the services.

Worst customer service and unprofessional place I have ever seen. My children were there barley 3 weeks and I have witnessed 5 staff complaining about their jobs or someone else. The daycare actually told me if I was late again they were calling CYS on me and I actually got lost and my phone died.she said she should have done that the first time..I said why didnt you tell me the first two times we were late..all she said was I was giving you the benefit of the doubt..she said read the handbook. I told her that we are in the middle of moving and she knew that. I purposely had 20 bucks in my hand for her extra 30 minutes because I felt horrible I had got lost and I lost my job earlier. She told me she couldnt take it and I told her to throw it on my late fees. She didnt really care but did take it. Another day....One worker actually apologized to another worker while I was picking up my daughters. She told her that it was very unprofessional to talk to her that way and the girl she apologized to ran down the hall crying. I felt very uncomfortable and told my husband and he said that he knew the director was yelling at the lead secretary about ratio earlier that am. I also told that same young girl the next day that she doesnt deserve to be talked down to...she said that is how they treat us. TODAY my daughter had a huge blow out poop and the secretary said if she has 2 more diarrheas and I didnt even let her finish and told her that it wasnt diarrhea. I knew she would just say that they wouldnt be able to watch her so I jelped the one worker change her . This worker was actually amazing and she thinks she has a food allergy. After all that I dropped my daughter off in her room and a little boy had my little one who is 1.5 on his lap in a chair with her entire shirt up and basically holding her by her little chest. The worker said he holds her all the time....WAIT WHAT!!!!! Anyways...today was my last straw we pay a mortgage payment to them and they make you feel like you are broke. I was making a payment AGAIN and the one daycare teacher was coming out of the gymnasim with all of the kids and said to me in front of at least 15 kids and 3 workers...and I quote YOU NEED TO LEAVE I said Im making a payment and she repeated herself...YOU NEED TO LEAVE because MY DAUGHTER cries for me. I was so upset I left my wallet and keys right on the counter. I blew my daughter a kiss and my daughter looked frightened. We PAY 1200.00 a month to be treated like Im homeless. I came back in after a blew my daughter a kiss behind the large glass windows and told the secretary about her disrespect. Her response was that is just her and she has her own issues. I dont give a rats butt what issues she has. Dont disrespect your customers. I paid for last week and this week and on my way out I told the secretary I WILL FIND A DIFFERENT DAYCARE!!!!! And walked out

I stay in NC do to work. I needed a gym to visit while away from home. Im very impressed by the YMCA of how clean it is& all the equipment access available. I come to NC 3 maybe 4 times a week. Now I dont have to use the sad hotel gym to make ends meet lol.. I can now continue visiting this establishment. The staff was polite& overall ppl seem genuine! I bragged to the hotel attendant how nice their Y was. They responded they just remodeled it! Well good job remodeling because as a 1st timer I was very impressed!! Bravo!!

Pretty bad customer service /Staff..Managed to get bossy , rude and judgemental comments within 24 hours.

Ive worked here doing pipelining for over a year and Im finally getting around to joking this awesome facility of health & fitness. Hats off to the wonderful staff who provides the most courteous of service. Mr. Linton, if you are reading this, Thank You! You are truly a kind-hearted person.

Been a member since childhood Great place for families and great message too. Facilities always improving.

A very nice swimming pool, updated locker rooms, racketball courts, weight machines, and lots of classes make this a nice place to exercise. Ever since they reduced their prices Ive lost all of my excuses for not losing weight.

The staff here are so unprofessional and dont like to keep your personal info to them self . A major turn off for me
