This Walmart is a pretty well stocked store but it is currently undergoing some changes according to employees so items might be moving about. The seasonal section also changes as needed. Currently there are pool items and grill items. There is an ATM and there is fairly clean bathrooms with a small sink on the side for young kids. The self check out moves fast but there isn’t cash back and there is no removable side scanner.

Not bad compared to its former years. Seems like they actually have some form of structure with customer service and security. Coming from a former employee I think thats saying a lot. And I was in and out, bathrooms werent bad. Pretty good experience.

Nice people (workers). Just needs to be stocked more. Maybe more security. For theft of the store. I havent had a problem with the customers. I live close so Im there at least 3 times a month. Im usually there during the day havent been there at night. I work in the evenings.

Its nice kinda weird that the groceries and freezers are in the middle of the building.

Need a better level of service in this location. All items I came to purchase were supposedly out of stock. Asked no less than 5 employees for help and got nowhere. Found my items at Target in the Christiana shopping ctr. Wont be back.

The dirtier the better and the sales associates with thier natural unprovoked Attitudes, is just Freaking Lovely!! JUST ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! CAN DEFINATELY KNOW/FEEL THAT YOU HAVENT LEFT THE CASTLE! A LIL PIECE OF HOME SWEET HOME! WOULDNT EVEN THINK OF SHOPPING ANYWHERE ELSE! LOL!!!

Walmart is great. prices great and store is convenient... but if u buy big items they NEVER have bags. ummm..walmart even if u have to use trash bags..stop sending consumers out with no bags for pillows and large items.

Even during this Pandemic the people at this Walmart are making the best of it. They are polite and playful. The whole childs department played catch with my son with a sanitized football.

Never have problems when visit I find everything I need, store could be bigger enabling sale of vegetables etc.

Idk wether to give this a 2 star or 1 star... But Ive been to plenty of nicer Walmarts, I came in to see what pokemon cards they had stocked only to find the card shelf was no more and was filled with hand sanitizer. And the toys area had little to nothing there either. Very disappointing... Really should keep your pokemon cards stocked up bro. Guess I will have to buy from target or gamestop instead.

Very busy with no social distancing. Shelves where stocked but clearly the shopping was on. Walmart always has a good selection but I was uncomfortable with the number of people and some not wearing masks.

They made a mistake on my online order. I went in to rectify the problem. They handled the situation professionally. I was very happy. The manager in charge of the online orders was very helpful. I will order again.

Needs tidy up so you can find things. Many missing items. This Covid thing I guess. Did self check out. Like the quick in and out.

A True Toilet! Disorganized and dirty isles. Also a good chance you will witness a fight or a shoplifting. Stay Away!

This Walmart location is great. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. I had a in-store pickup and returns. I arrived approximately 8:20 am and waited about 15 minutes for someone to assist me in pickup. I then looked around a bit and went to return items I had purchased online. The returns were easy and the agent that assisted me was patient as I returned a half dozen items. I would recommend this location.

Incompetent people work here. I recently placed an online order for a solar powered security light. Since it arrived late, I decided to return it as I had already finished my project with something from Amazon. I started the return online and printed out the receipt and barcode to bring to the store. When I arrived to the customer service desk, I told the representative that Im here to return an online order. She told me that she cant do anything since I already started the online return process. I told her that Im here to drop off the item to complete the return process. She refused to scan the barcode that would complete the return process. Instead, she said somebody will scan it later. I challenged her thought process as I had no evidence of me dropping off the item if she didnt scan it. She refused to scan it and just dropped in inside a bin. I contacted customer service and was informed they needed to scan the barcode I provided. Now Im most likely out $35 since an incompetent worker refused to follow instructions that were provided in the email and return receipt.

Quite possibly the worse Walmart I’ve ever been in. You can never find anyone to assist you in the store and calling in is even worse (no one answers the phone and then you get disconnected). The shelves are never properly stacked. So sad for the Walmart brand!!

The women named Teresa who works in electronics, wA such an amazing help, she went above and beyond with my sprint phone bill explained that i was getting charged entirely to much , explained wut i should be getting charged, gave me proof on top of thst my bill is now half what i was paying. I can mot thank u ou enough for bringing this to my attention especially at this time wen we need every single cent.

WOW! Walmart has sure changed. Only 2 regizyers operated by humans. The rest are now labeled scan & go. Im not sure if its good or bad. Good for me because I didnt have to wait in line .... But what happened to all the employees and their jobs? Things that make ya go hmmmmm??

The store was clean and pretty well stocked with food. The associates were friendly and helpful. Ive hone there other times as well and the associates have almost always been friendly, nice and helpful. This is the Delaware location in New Castle that Im referring to.

I honestly feel like this may be one of the worst Walmarts in delaware. It is a hit or miss with helpful staff and they seem to run out of things very often. The self check out isnt bad, they seem to be trying harder withstocking. You will see a lot of staff, they use to sanitize shopping carts now they just leave the disinfectant and paper towel out for customers to grab.

I dont know why I ever came back to to this god forsaken Walmart. Terrible customer service. Barely ever stocked. Its always ahead of Miss when we go to Walmart sometimes youre able to get the things that you need but recently and I honestly have no idea if its because of the pandemic or not but theres never anything available they closed early so they can sanitize and restock their shelves but the next day theres never anything there and the store is always dirty in a mess. I brought a router from Walmart and when I got home I found out that it was used even though they sold it as new. Also Walmart offered me no type of compensation and the Manager was unconcerned and rude. I also had to go to 3 different Walmarts because none of them had what I needed. I guess the customer is no longer in charge of how they are treated and their hard earned money aint sugar honey ice tea as far as Walmart is concerned. F-Walmart and I will NEVER shop there again. Prefer the one on Wilton Boulevard. Staff is so much better. The one in Centerville, the staff are UNPROFESSIONAL. ESPECIALLY The female in ELECTRONIC.

This Walmart has some staff there that really understand customer service. I know their job is difficult. However, to keep a smile on your face , like the person who helped me, is so refreshing to witness.

This Walmart is seemingly always crowded no matter what time I go, what day of the week, or what time of the year it is. Also the parking lot is one of the scariest places to drive or walk, zero respect on either side of the situation.

This is one of the most bizarre Walmarts Ive ever been to. The entrance is directly in front of womens apparel, which is disorienting when youre used to walking into the produce section--of which this Walmart location is void of. Yes--truly--this Walmart does not have fresh produce, ground beef and chicken, or a deli counter. This lack thwarted my entire grocery trip, and left me wondering what the purpose of this Walmart really was.

I avoid Walmart as a general rule, but this one deserves special recognition. The place FEELS dirty. And it always - no matter when you go there - looks like theyre recovering from a riot the evening before. Stock is spotty at best, and the store looks generally unkept.Not the best as Walmarts go, and thats not saying much to start. But, since the corporation is SO huge, I doubt my little review will do anything to move the needle toward any meaningful reform.All I can say is - try to support your local shops. There are some really great ones around that are cleaner and friendlier than this Walmart.
