Beautiful little museum. The curator was very sweet and very knowledgeable. The Dutch history in this area was very interesting. We loved the wooden shoes and the windmill. We definitely plan on returning.

The windmill was great. I would recommend stopping at the cabin as well. If you get to see Greg, take some time talk with him. You will learn a lot.

The volunteers here know their History and are proud of their strong Dutch-Cajun background. This was a pleasant find on our trip, and they were open on a Sunday until 5 pm.
