Ive been patronizing bars since before I was an adult. This simple fact gives me more experience operating a bar than whoever runs this joint. The management must have gotten the job because theyre the friend of a friend of a coke head.The music is supposed to get louder and the lights darker as the night goes on. Not the opposite way around. Get people warmed up and get them talking, then crank that trashy music they play in there all the way up and turn the lights down so no one can admit the mistake theyre all about to make.When its freezing cold outside, dont open the giant garage door. Scantily clad women dont like to be cold. Guys that wear skinny jeans dont like to be cold either. This seemingly clever tactic of opening the doors to the arctic front isnt going to attract the people together.

Service was slow, waitress couldnt even keep tickets for our table straight, had to go over bill with her, was over charged etc drinks were weak, food flavor was ok, but serving sizes for price... Awful. We wont be back.... Maybe it was a bad day, low servers whatever, but as a first experience, I wouldnt recommend, but make that decision for yourself. Otherwise the view and location rock and are 5 stars!!!

We made reservations for dinner here after looking at the website and seeing the amazing photos of the scenery and food. We were fully expecting a restaurant....but when we showed up that was not the case. First, even though we had a reservation.... the doorman ignored us as he checked IDs for the other 20-21 year olds waiting in line to go to what was apparently a dance club?! Eventually the host let us in as we went upstairs to the next host that was rude, snapped at me when I asked her about the table, and overall seemed bother and annoyed that she has to seat us. We were seated on the rooftop for dinner....which was in the dark, while the dj blasted and soooo many kids were dancing all over each other- all of them with no masks on walking around. The waitress spilled an entire drink on my friend and then didn’t show up back to our table for ages. The bill was super sketchy and the “loophole” made it super uncomfortable as they “explained” our extra things listed on our bill when we asked about the $400 we spent. Upon leaving, I went to use the restroom and it was absolutely disgusting! As I turned around to walk out because I could bring myself to use the facilities- I walked past a stall where an employee was sitting and peeing with the door open! The food was good and the music was fine....we made the best of the situation. Just a little disappointed with the service and the way everything was handled. Didn’t seem like we got the full picture or what was advertised and definitely not what we were expecting. If your looking for a club and party night out....sure! But if you’re over 28 you may be a fish out of water.

Watch out for the servers!!!! They will try to scam you into double tips. They charge 20% gratuity and then give you a non itemized receipt so you will tip them again.

I am really sad to write this review just because of my waiter, Amanda you are a warrior. The employees in general were ok. Buuut besides that I am so mad of me for wasted my last night in Nashville in this place. The food description in the menu is not accurate at all, so I ordered something and when it came it was completely different than in the description, so after they almost tried to charged me for the food twice if I wanted a new one, I have to wait until I get another one, which was not good at all, The restrooms are probably the worse that I ever saw before and the cherry on top it was, the charged you 20% of gratuity, which is ok... it’s in the menu, in the very small letter, but when the give you your check they don’t list the items that you consume so you just get a more expensive check without knowing what you are actually being charging for.

Awesome place. Rooftop bar was cool with great music (electric/pop) but no rock or country. Relaxed atmosphere. We went twice there. Only downside: service took too long for ordering or when we wanted to pay.

Didnt even get the chance to order a drink. Was seated and given placemets / menus. Waited fifteen minutes and left after watching group that was just seated promptly waited on. When leaving couple at adjacent table remarked that service was really poor.

Is was good but when we ordered drinks they added food to ring up even if you didnt receive it.was required extra$5.5. Do was good

Terrible food, no one in our family liked the food they got. The service was incredibly slow. They got our order wrong twice. On top of everything, they included a 20% gratuity, probably because they know theyre not getting a good tip. We spent double what we normally do for lunch to eat bad food. I cant recommend you stay away strongly enough!

I’m sorry, but don’t bother going here for anything else than the view. Service was very average and the waiter spent more time talking to her friends than waiting the tables. We had to wait 45 min for food in a more or less empty restaurant. You could get better food at KFC for a fraction of the price. When we questioned the automatic add on of 20% gratitude the waiter got upset and slammed the bill on the table and got really rude.This testaurant would not survive anywhere else!

Food was good, we enjoyed it but way too spendy. They automatically add gratuity of 20%. I tip extremely well if I enjoy service. We had average service bc more wasnt needed. 11 for a 16oz bud light.

Another reason to love Nashville! Food was amazing, service was great and the live music was superb! Food, beer, music, all of my favorite things in a weekend! Will come back soon.

Spent the afternoon barhopping and checking out the venues in different places. My friend and I just wanted chill out, grab a drink and watch some football. It was a very clean, spacious and not too crowded. The bartender was very pleasant and prompt. (She was even courteous to the lady sitting beside me who was quite rude asking her a million questions about the menu.) We spent the rest of the afternoon just watching football and hanging out, the large TVs were conveniently placed so you could watch different games on different TVs. The bathrooms were also very clean. I will definitely be back when I’m in Nashville again. It was probably my favorite bar in all of Nashville.

Took a half hour to get a waitress and after a hour waiting for our food we asked how long and they said another half hour so we decided to go and they charged us $10 for a beer. We will never go back. No apology just hope you will come back.

Fantastic venue and staff, great drinks and buffet.The venue is smaller, but it serves for a great vibe.There are a few levels and each has a distinct feel to it.

Awesome place! Staff was knowledgable and willing to go extra mile (or upstairs to get draft beer not on this floor). Band was excellent and having fun. Try the Cajun boiled peanuts.

Terrible service, supposed to be a KC Chiefs watch bar. Video and sound is terrible. Servers never bring drinks, pizza tastes like cardboard.

Another motivation to adore Nashville! Nourishment was astonishing, administration was incredible and the unrecorded music was magnificent! Nourishment, lager, music, the entirety of my preferred things in an end of the week! Will return soon.

I got the burger slider during burger week but dont think they have it usually. The hot chicken inside was amazing so might have to go back and try that another day. I also loved the fries, and they had a lot of flavor.

First impression is still a big factor, despite what restaurants claim.This restaurant recently opened and I was excited to try breakfast for the first time. We were greeted warmly with excitement and our server was sweet, kind-hearted, and attentive. Thats the extent of our positive experience.Unfortunately, the food was sub par. The eggs and meat were overcooked and the entrees were bland with no presentation skills at all. An over-medium egg should have some liquid yolk left in the middle; not hard and rubbery.I was skittish about the cook because he kept leaving the kitchen to chat and horse around by the lobby. Picking up boxes, trash, eating, messing with his hair, and runs back and forth to the kitchen to cook. I doubt he even washed his hands during the back and forth.The manager was in and out of the restaurant and was letting his dog roam free all around the restaurant. I love dogs but they are not supposed to be inside the restaurant. It is a health code violation.Anyway, I think these are learning curves for a new restaurant and I hope things get better in time. I will give them another chance.

Got the “Hot” Nashville chicken, wasn’t too hot and was delicious.Preston was an excellent server. He even gave us a tip of a great outlook point to get a great photo.Highly recommend!!!

We went for Thanksgiving. The Buffet food was actually delicious. The turkey and gravy were great. The live music made it so much fun. Great fun.

We stopped in on our way to the stadium for a quick bite to eat. The food was beyond amazing, the service was great, and the atmosphere was very family oriented. This place definitely surprised everyone with us. Highly recommend them If youre in downtown Nashville.

This is the best bar in downtown Nashville to just sit back and chill out. Everything from the main level to the 2nd floor, 4th floor, and rooftop are all great to hang out with friends and enjoy great music and good private spaces where you can sit and chill out. I would go back here every day if I could and spend my time on their roof.

Excellent place to stay in Memphis walking distance to many fun clubs, shops and eateries this is a hostel do be ready to share a bathroom and possibly a bunk bed if traveling alone if you have a group of 4 you can get the same room together which can help if you dont enjoy meeting new people

One waiter working on a Thursday night. Sat there for over an hour with only 1 drink refill and didnt even get asked if we wanted food. So dont waste your time here because there are plenty more places that will gladly except you.

It was a moment as beautiful as witnessing the birth of your children.I need to know everything about that ranch, would pay an erroneous amount of money for the recipe. I came here from Clarksville on Saturday night 20th and I lost my iPhone 11 and I have contacted them multiple times looking to see if they found my phone or not and was told a manager would contact me back and still has yet to contact me in regards to my missing phone. I’ve been stressed out and all I need to know is if my you guys have my phone or not. Horrible customer service.

There was 1 bar tender and about 59 people waiting on her. She was doing her best, but it took about 20 min to get a drink. Maybe it was that night, idk. But the place is cool looking and clean and has a great vibe.

My wife and I went in here because it wasnt packed like the other bars around. Then we found out why. It was the band. The girl shrieking on stage literally hurt my ears. I pounded our weak $12 drink and left asap. There was a reason this place was dead.

Atmosphere was good, I loved the lighting and the tables were great to look and sit at. waitress was friendly - my only drawback was the live band, sometimes I want it and sometimes I dont.

Great venue for OSU football watch party. The waitresses go all in and dress up in Buckeye scarlett and gray. The have many TVs - all of them tuned into the game - with volume turned way up. My family and I were in town for a weekend and were able to celebrate an OSU victory over UX with our fellow buckeyes. The bar took excellent care of us.

Great rooftop with a nice Nashville vibe and good song selection. You also get beautiful views of Broadway and downtown Nashville.

Went for Thanksgiving buffet, the food was good and the trio they had playing music was fantastic. Husband wife and father-in-law, great tunes and wonderful voices!

I paid 80 dollars on the 4th of july to be allowed into the bar. I walked out to make a phone call and all the sudden they made it look like the bar was closed. Horrible experience.

Great place to hangout, have a drink, and get some food. Multiple levels of entertainment and fun. We loved hanging out on the rooftop.

Food was cold. Took too long to get food after order was placed. Ordered mild hot chicken, served hot hot chicken. Food overall had a fine flavor, even with being served the wrong spice level, but would have been much better if it wasnt cold

Friendly staff ! The food was good, but I have had better ( got the chicken and waffles). It was very clean and the band was very entertaining.

Pretty cool place, but it was packed because of the titans game so I didnt get a good look at the food menu. Alcohol is a little pricey but it is Broadway nashville. Atmosphere is cool, lots of seating and tv screens.

This place has good food and a nice choice of beer. Ordered the pulled pork with coleslaw and cornbread. The cornbread was pressed as a waffle which was kinda cool, thought they gave me the wrong side at first.

The best roof top bar on Broadway! The drinks are expertly made, they have the coldest draft beer in Nashville, and the music is always great! Fabulous decor and design, very friendly environment, and great features throughout! The food is also extremely good and award winning! I highly recommend this establishment!!!

Came here to grab a bite to eat before the Titans Jersey reveal. Hot Chicken Mac N Cheese was great! Ended up on the rooftop for the FGL Concert. Great view!

Went to NU with a group from work for lunch, there were 16 of us! Our waitress was great! Drinks were kept full, the food came out together and ALL the orders were correct! Great work!

Establishment is excellent. The management and staff are courteous and friendly. Good live music. I recommend their hot chicken. The hot is made from local peppers and made on site. Their ranch and pickles are also made on site. Great stop!

I made a reservation on Open Table for 7 people at 8pm. Our table was ready right away. We had a good view of the live music, which was good. My steak salad was great, but our food took nearly an hour to come out. The bushwhacker drink wasn’t that great. A manager gave my sister (a bachelorette) a free drink which was nice. I’d go back!

Great entertainment without being too loud to enjoy our company and conversation (we visited at lunchtime). Food was delicious--I recommend the strawberry fields salad. Great location, good service.

Nice atmosphere however every staff member is running around crazy and they arent nearly as crowds as all the other bars. Worst part is when you have stare at your beer at the bar for 22 minutes before your waitress brings it to you. Fried pickles we not crispy and werent warm which means they probably sat for a while back as well.

This was one of many stops of the night. There was a private party upstairs, but the bartender downstairs made sure to take care of us promptly. Ordered a beer and some boiled peanuts. They were both delicious. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick drink and snack. Ill definitely check it out again

This was a cool spot to hang at during the day. We played corn hole on the roof one afternoon & watched some football on a Sunday afternoon. Great beer prices ($3/each for cans of music City light) Tried the boiled peanuts which were good. I also had a really yummy frozen drink here as well.

It seemed like the 2nd floor staff stop caring and serving, after the Titans game. We sat to watch the packers vs 49ers game and the bartender said the kitchen was closed, the floor server said it was open, but she was to busy on her phone to take our order. We had to go to another bartender to order food. For a place that is built for high volume, you think their staff would be able to handle a football rush at an establishment that is right by a football stadium.

We stopped here after a tour of downtown around 9:30 pm on a Friday. This place is very disorganized. There was no hostess and the wait staff was not paying any attention. We eventually went to the bar to get served because it was getting late and we did not want to find another place for dinner. The female bartender was friendly but the guys were not. The fries were mediocre.The hot chicken was great and the beer was cold and tasty. If we were not patient we would not have known that. We did not know there were multiple floors. We stayed on the main floor with the band. They were too loud but the songs were from the 70s and 80s which is my kind of music. This place has some great potential based on the location and theme. The service needs to be stepped up. I would recommend for the chicken and live music but everything else needs improvement.

Had a great meal and drink. Cant speak for the atmosphere at night but the volume of the music agreed better with having a conversation than some of the other bars off the main strip. Bartenders had helpful recommendations and gave us information about the dance floor upstairs and the rooftop bar.

Food for special event was amazing. Fried pickles, shrimp and grits, fried green tomatoes, flat breads, 3 kinds of sliders, desserts and greatest staff paying lots of attention to our every need
