Love the strawberry long islands! Super fun on the patio.

I was in town for a homecoming reunion and noticed within 30 minutes of leaving this lounge that I had left my jacket. When I returned within an hour of leaving, I asked one of the employees if they had seen the jacket and they said no, then blankly stared at me. I then asked if they had a lost and found or protocol for retrieving lost items. She then directed me to another employee who was in the process of cleaning up. This employee said they did not see the jacket and asked what I wanted them to do. I noted that I had only talked to 3 of them and that does not classify as they. I asked her to ask the rest of the staff when one employee who was in the midst of smoking a hookah said she saw it tossed in the trashcan. The only two people in the entire establishment who were helpful were the bouncers. Im warning you that if you visit the Agenda, prepare to be met by employees with no customer service. This was all on top of the bartender informing me and a friend that he was high while making our drinks. I also reached out via email to Agenda and did not receive a response. Customer service should be the utmost priority for any establishment serving customers and the Agenda does not value their customers.

The service here is terrible. I went last night to a silent party. I bought a crown and red bull from the first girl, she charged me $11. It was straight red bull. I went to another girl thinking my drink would be decent, she charged me $13. I asked why was the price different from the first girl, she couldnt explain it. We ordered a hookah that cost $28!!! Now thats ridiculous. I wont be back here! Not to mention the patio floor waa damaged and had tile pieces cracked up. Its a good thing no one has tripped and fell over it because it would be a law suit. I told the manager last night who thought it was funny.

Really nice space. But hated the atmosphere. Barely anyone was dancing but that could have been because the music was the same trap song over and over again. Was a few top radio hits but thats pretty much it. The DJ could have mixed it up and had some 90s in the mix. The reason I gave it two stars is because its actually a really nice place inside. The drinks, were really nothing to brag about though because the bartender got my order wrong: but because she was busy I just let it go. Overall it was pretty lame and I wont probably be going back. Had more fun at Tin roof and the tavern on Demonbreun street and printers alley.

Had wonderful experience one of the best Nashville hotshot. Great people great atmosphere good food and reasonably priced beverages. Cant wait to go back

Came here to celebrate for my boyfriends birthday and ordered a booth for the night. The bottle service was good but security and the managers or whoever is in charge does not care if people walk through your booth, sit in your booth and also will allow people to throw drinks and bottles into your booth. All they care about is if a fight breaks out. If I am PAYING to have a private booth, I should not have to fight with people in the club to not be in my booth. This club is looks nice but is trashy and unprofessional and should close unless they behave in a more upscale manner. If you have private booths you should have a great service. It was not worth the few hundred I paid. Will not be returning again.

Great atmosphere. No drama just adults acting like adults. Best night out ever.

$10 cover. Charged for designer water, no tap option. Patio seating was in need of repair, no lighting outside and broken down heat lamps. Ok music selection - on the Future, Migos, Rae Sremmurd vibe, not a mix. Regular club atmosphere, nothing special & not worth the cover charge.

I went with some friends for NYE. The tickets said they open at 9pm. They didnt open until almost 10. The DJ played nothing from this decade. Ordered 7 chicken tenders and received 5. I asked for a drink from the person who brought our food and she told me she wasnt a server. Well why did I pay you and leave you a tip? She said a server would be by but nobody ever showed up. My friend paid for priority tickets online. We get to the door and were told it doesnt matter if you bought a ticket or not. Everyone has to wait in line even though it said online that you dont have to. There was no champagne at midnight even though our tickets said there would be. The club looks ten times better online than in person. The expectation set online was not what we received in person. It was ridiculous that we paid $40/each for this terrible experience.

Dont know why people just stand around and look at each other the whole damn night. Felt like a bad middle school party when your parents are around. I wont be wasting my money.

Pretty cool enviornment , only problem is the DJ wouldnt let a song play . He would play less than half then change it .

Great environment, just wish there was a dance floor again.

I havent even been here yet and these reviews are sooo terrible its sad . Either you guys need to shut down or close for awhile so you can fix up the place and get better employees . I wont be going until I see at least a 4-5 star with a description

The dj was terrible, he was clearly playing what he wanted and not what the club was feeling.
