Theater is very nice, BUT....Theater was absolutely freezing, in the 50’s. I asked manager about the heat, he stated the temp. is controlled from the corporate office. So unless it’s at least 70 degrees outside, I wouldn’t come here, unless you don’t mind jogging in place to stay somewhat warm. When I went to sit down, there was popcorn on seats and straw wrappers. Not to mention, this was the first showing of the day, so nobody cleaned it today or yesterday. Let alone sanitized.As much I hate to say it, the state should probably close the theaters due to Covid. because it’s very clear nobody here takes it seriously. Unbelievable!

Love this theater! The reclining seats are incredibly comfortable. My boyfriend and I have AMC A-List and its a great investment for cheap date nights. Their artisan film selections are nice, its not just all blockbuster hits. Snacks are good and I love that theres a bar!

This is the coolest theater! Electric recliners, perfect sound system, you can feel the bass as the floor shakes! One of the best things is, its not too loud. Over all a great place! very comfortable, like being at home watching a movie! Thank you AMC!

Beautiful theatre! New leather recliners and LED lights (Lupus friendly) but the handicap parking is so far away! Thats why they lost a star. Next time I will get dropped off at the door instead of walking from lot. Ohhhh screen is curved too! And the seating is assigned. So getting hear earthy or buying on line pays off!

As it is a newly constructed theater, it is very clean and neat. And screen is also very big. Overall a very nice experience! Tip: morning show (11.30am) is cheaper than others.

My family and I enjoyed watching 2 different movies on Tuesday evening. Everything was great, until we discovered we had lost a set of keys. We searched everywhere for them, once we returned home. I called the theater 3 times to check for the lost keys. Ms. Dannie was so kind and literally went out of her way to find our lost keys. Thank you so much Ms. Dannie for going above and beyond to locate them. She was so hiumble when I talked to her to thank her personally for such a wonderful deed. We love going to this theater and now, this gives us an even greater reason to go again and again. Again, thank you Ms. Dannie for a job well done!

I really enjoyed the experience. Comfortable seating. I appreciate having a few different food offerings (even the wine option). Also, the area where the theater is located is super cute. Nice to see how Bellevue has blossomed!

This movie theater is great! The food and candy was a little lacking the chocolate assortments I usually like to choose from, but the huge theaters, comfy chairs, extra room, and clean areas more than made up for it. No walking over people to sit down, lots of room and the chairs recline!

Very clean theater with a lot of food and drink options. They serve beer here also! Service is fast for tickets and food/drinks.

The place was clean and the service experience is satisfactory! The only thing I’ve noticed is that they need to pay more attention to the A-list members in line before the regular guest, since we paid for that service!

Kind of irritated and annoyed that the one day i choose to go on a movie date with someone to see a movie we both want to see we go through the process only to find out at the end of checkout my giftcards wouldnt work for this specific movie. Why are there exclusion? Most theaters i visit if the gift certificate doesnt cover 3D i may have to pay an extra $2 or so but have to stand up there and eventually be told my tickets wouldnt work because it was a special movie. Im upset that i had to go to a backup movie that is still decent but not what i wanted. Ill just have to wait for it to come out on dvd i guess because Im kinda turned off of this theater now. The comfy seats and memberships may be good for the everyday movie goers but for casuals the bar price is steep movie and food price is steep and staff dont seem all that accommodating.

Catching the new mutants movie

The line to get any concessions was 20 minutes or more. The ladies room was out of paper towels. The drink counter was covered in trash. Spilled popcorn on the lobby floor. We went to the theater at 12:30 for a 1:00 movie and left due to the long lines. We went back for the 2:00 show and it was not any better. When we left at 4:45 the counter still was a mess. Management better pick their game up. I heard a lot of complaints while standing in the concession line.Follow up: I was contacted by the manager of the theater. She acknowledged the problem and offered some passes for the next time we want to see a movie. I will post a review after we go back.

Love this theater...... pick out your seat online so you can get the best seat in the house and if somebody is in your seat just tell them to move or go get somebody who works there to do it... The food is way way way to expensive and there is no reason other than greed to make it that high... thats why I sneak my food in along with half your other customers, so if you make your concessions more affordable, I would bet that you still come out making just as much money, if not more, because you wouldnt be missing out on so many customers who cant afford your concessions... but what do I know... love your theater...

I love the free re-fills that you get and they are slow sometimes but have very polite and nice Employees!

Staff nor management seem to care about how clean their place is. Often times for afternoon movies you have to go back to front counter to have them turn on the sound. And not to mention how nasty the bathrooms are.

Love this AMC - probably the best one in the Nashville area. It’s super clean, you receive great service, they have recliner seats, and the sound and picture quality is good as well. Dalton at the concession stand is always very friendly, remembers me, and reminds me of the perks of being an A-Lister. I always forget about the deals they provide. This is definitely my favorite theater!

For being in such a bougie area this theater was a let down. We couldnt find the ticket area and I was disappointed that they didnt take cash to buy tickets. Im a millennial and carried cash to this movie because we were gifted cash for a date night. The seats are excellent. The bathrooms were beyond awful. We wont be going back.covered with

Good movies - very good staff - the treats are good and well prepared!!!But I gave them only 3 stars because they will FREEZE you too death. My wife was even cold and she likes it cold inside. I heard others in our theatre talking about being cold so take ya a blanket, sweater or jacket. It is better to have one and not need it than to be miserably cold during a 2 hour movie you paid hard earned money on ;-)

It was a Sunday evening and the place was PACKED. The theaters these days are always under-staffed, but this one was not. It was however, still pretty crazy and not very clean. Trash cans overflowing, theaters were not well cleaned but Ill go back to give them another shot. Had a good time tho!

Went to a 3:45pm showing in theatre 4. The seats were the new reclining type and were comfortable, but some were dirty. Especially the cup holder/arm rest parts. Soda and popcorn crumbs spilled everywhere. It was a little gross and more than a little sticky.

The first time we went to AMC Bellevue when it first opened it was great. However the last two times were terrible. We saw the Joker yesterday, the bathrooms didn’t have toilet paper/paper towels. The movie was supposed to start at 2:00, but the previews didn’t come on til 2:20. The same preview came on twice. After 30 minutes of previews you could tell everyone was very annoyed. The movie finally started at 2:50...... I give three stars bc the theatre is clean, recliners and assigned seating are a must for us these days, and the food was good. If they could start the movie on time and make sure the bathrooms were fully stocked I’d give 5 stars.

Worst concession stand. People joking and playing behind counter while there is a line nearly extending past the doors. If the employees want to play then they need to go back to kindergarten. I understand it is good to have fun at work but there is a time and place for these activities. Who ever the manager is needs to be fired or at least retrained on how to train employees.

Understaffed. Always something that should be easy, has a “reason” it is not. Movies crash and can’t be completed. When this happens, you must wait in that never short line (average 1/2 hour unless you buy an “upgrade” for the year) and even after waiting in line, they can’t refund your money. “It’s Broken.” Instead, you get a free ticket that—wait for it—you can only redeem if you wait in the line again before your chosen movie, no assurance that you will get a seat.Only buying online works fairly seamlessly, and of course, there is an extra charge for that.Done.

I met Nav here, and we watched Ready or Not. It was pretty cool. I touched his biceps. Dustin gave Monet and I a ride. Adam was supposed to be there, but he took a nap.I think he just bailed.

Movie was great! Flatbread pizza was great! Long lines even for a Friday matinee due to Alist people going first.

Metro health should shut this place down until they get the restrooms in at least a reasonably sanitary condition. They are in insult to their clientele and completely ruin anything gained by the other aspects of the theater.

This new theater was clean and comfortable. My grandchildren and I had a great time watching the movie. We all loved the reclining seats!!!

WOW. This place is awesome. I guess its been too long since Ive been to the movie theatre, but things have really changed. I selected seating, like one does with a concert, for example. Seats- in particular, are electronically reclining / adjustable, comfortable, wide-enough plush chairs. Lobby is massive and I anticipate it would handle a decent size crowd without getting too congested. The lobby was clean, bathrooms, & our viewing room. Overall a really nice place to which we will surely return.

Super Duper comfortable. Went to see Avengers- End game and it was definitely worth it. Had to reserve seats way ahead of time.... They were selling out like hotcakes!

Friendly staff, great sound and the chairs are amazing.

Need to display the names of the movies along with the teather number. Very confusing when you come in inside the theater from the outside. Nobody to scan your phone. Had to get in line at the refreshments stand. The movie teather at Green hills is far superior to Bellevue. Next time will just go to Green hills and skip the frustrating system at Bellevue.

My favorite Nashville movie theater. New construction. All of the AMC perks and very clean and well maintained. Never had a bad experience. Standard movie theater food and a complete bar.

Large screens and around 40 seating. Full recliners, we liked it.

The AMC Bellevue is the only theater I go to now. I travel just to come here the staff is always friendly the theaters are always clean and the popcorn is always fresh

Very nice theather and friendly staff. We live 5 minutes away so it is our Go-to. If you leave around Bellvue, no need to drive 30 minutes to go to the Opryland area theater, unless you want Imax or 4DX or something extravagant.

Awful movie theater...has really nice reclining seats but a glass window pane that sits about 20% into the bottom of the screen. I mean, it’s cool if you like a line going across your movie but I don’t. I’ll never come back to this theater because whoever decided to put this glass pane in that spot is an idiot and they don’t deserve my money.

I LOVE this theatre. I have been many times and prefer it over any Regal theatre. The seats are comfy, popcorn is always fresh and not doused with salt and I love the self serve drinks and butter station. Lets not forget the bar Ive read complaints about the wait and cleanliness of the washrooms and drink area. Ive never experienced either. The lines always move swiftly and the staff are always friendly and courteous. Does the drink area get a little messy, of course it does, however, its not flithy. Whats some spilled popcorn? Very good theater. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The movie seating is excellent. The seating was a new experience for me reclining chairs. Sound and Screen are both very good. I did notice one annoying light on the stairs that was trying to sign in my my eyes while I watched the movie. Everything else was just about perfect.

5 dollar ticket Tuesday is great value. Super clean very nice theaters with reclining chairs. Great sound and screens. The kids prices are very reasonable. The drink and icee machines are wonderful touch.

I did not want to give them this one star!! They want this to be a white only theater!!! Any time a movie comes out with an all black cast they will not show it. Always the excuse the screen is broke, that theater is closed. Now i wandering if they tell the all white staff to say tht. Im not saying this just to be saying.Before this brand new theater with the broke screen, or the closed at this time theater they did the same thing when it was behind McDonalds. If u dont believe do a survey. Ive lived in nashville for 40 yrs been to this theater 100x just realized tht!!!

The staff is friendly, food is good, and everything is clean. We love the seats at this theatre and theres a mini bar in the lobby too. $5 Tuesdays are pretty incredible too, since we order ahead of time and get great assigned seating. Parking is usually pretty good, and we always skip the lines with our online ordering, but it never looks too terribly long.

We just happened to be in Bellevue one day and wanted to go see a movie. We stood in line and ordered our popcorn,drinks and tickets for the show. Just before paying, the lady says there are only 3 seats left for the movie and shows us three scattered seats.....So wait. We cant even sit together? We have our 6 year old daughter with us. What is she supposed to do? Sit by herself? Needless to say we drove to Dickson and watched our movie at the Roxy. Much cheaper too. We wont ever go back to Bellevue.

I have visited this theater many times and I enjoy coming. The staff are wonderful and always helpful. The theater is usually clean and has reclining seats in all of their theaters. With a spacious parking lot and prices that arent too bad, it makes for a convenient experience. If your looking to watch a movie and enjoy yourself, cant go wrong here.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Every theater in it has recliners in stadium seating. They are auto push button. It has a ticket machine, but also tickets are available online & at the concession stand. You pick your seat online & at the machine. Alcoholic offerings are available at one side with tables. Several kinds of food are available at the concession stand, in addition to candy, popcorn, & cold drinks. My favorite part is not only do you get your own drinks, you get your own butter on your popcorn! Takes me back to the old days. Con: Disabled parking is all a bit far for those of us who are having difficulty breathing, with no place to sit in between.

A newly built movie theater in Bellevue.Was among the first customers when they opened their doors. Can truly relax while watching the movies here. The recliner seats are just awesome! Clean and new!

Movie , recliner chairs, liquor ,food what could be better

Took our granddaughter to see Wonder Park and she loved the recliner seats not to mention she could get an Icee at the movies. Since we went to the first show time, the theater was clean. Our only negative comments are it was cool at the start of the movie and it just got colder in the theater. So glad we wore jackets, other wise we would have froze in there!

Going to the movies in Bellevue is fun again. The theatre is clean and its well staffed. The lines move quickly. And the staff has been very helpful getting us set up on the app, and helping my husband with hearing impaired devices.

Really nice theater, good food selection, and pretty clean. Really love the old school meets new school feel of the AMC theaters. Would be 5 Stars, but the cashier kept giving me dirty looks while I was ordering snacks.

I love the new trend in movie theaters;, soft plush recliners with lots of room. Problem is, they are so comfy, you might end up taking a $15 nap.

The only problem I have is why is the concession the same place where tickets are taken it would seem faster if they were separate and would be much quicker instead of waiting on someone getting pop corn or drinks

Not really sure if this is correct location, but if this is one thinking of was not satisfied at all with auditorium smelled of mold didnt enjoy time or movie at allNever went back.

Their seats are the comfiest in Nashville area, and everyone is very nice. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is if you don’t order tickets beforehand, it’s a little confusing and takes forever to get a ticket.

The AMC Bellevue theater is well maintained, well staffed and extremely well laid out. The staff was friendly, neat and helpful. The stadium seating was comfortable, and the theater itself very clean. The location is very well managed.

I think it may be a mistake to combine ticket purchases with concession purchases at the same register as it illustrates just how very expensive a trip to the cinema is today. 2 tickets, 2drinks 1 large popcorn, $60. To be fair it was in 3D, but only because it was the only show time. All else was a comfortable movie going experience, nice reclining comfy seats with plenty of legroom and armrests with a large screen.

Id give it 4.5. Great theater, clean, friendly staff. Minus half a start for not opting for the heated seats, though.

Havent been here in a few months. Tonight its dirty, no one is checking for tickets. If we hadnt bought ahead of time we couldve gotten in free. Only one working kiosk and the people ahead of us had trouble with it. We just decided it wasnt necessary to use it.This place will start losing money for sure if it continues to be like this.

I’m very glad that AMC is in our neighborhood.Everything is well organized, and clean. I hope it stays that way, if people will help in cleaning up after themselves! What I found unusual but neat, is there’s no box office, so you don’t have to stand in line to get you tickets. Just order on line ️And the reclining seats , with lots of leg room . Very nice ️Lots of parking. Conveniently located in the New Bellevue shopping area. You can take a quick walk to one of the new local stores, if you’re so inclined, right after the movie

Cant be any happier with this theater. It is clean, comfortable and so spacious. Love the leg and arm room. Great watching experience. Dont bother arriving early though because previews last 20 minutes.

I really like this theater. Recliners are awesome. You also dont have people walking all over you. It would get 5 stars but they dont support the 2nd amendment so it is a gun free zone here.
