Paid extra for a Charlie Puth VIP experience which had a 2 song pre-show. Pre-show started at 4:30pm and ended at 5pm. They wouldnt let anyone leave the amphitheater and re-renter so we were forced to sit outside for 2 hours and 40 minutes until the actual show starts. Not sure why there was no re-entry. To make things worse, vendors werent open to even buy water. VERY POOR PLANNING!!! Feel like we are bring punished after spending extra $$$. Never again!!

Live Nation is a total disappointment! I will never attend to Louisville palace or any of their events after their horrible treatment of off duty police officers in Louisville. You should be so ashamed of yourselves! Police officers risk their lives daily to serve and protect, and for you to refuse entry to them to the Louisville palace is a complete travesty! Companies like yours should be boycotted, theres no excuse for this!

Their website is shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit!!!!! You can be the first one and it wont take any valid credit cards the first 20 tries and then MIGHT magically take it on the 21st try. Its obnoxious.
