This guys got a bad rep in my neighborhood and word spreads quickly. Some friends hired him, paid a sizable down payment and the guy went AWOL. Wont answer phone calls, texts, etc. Hes bad news!

Run from this guy!. My husband & I hired Kidd Epps in December 2019 to make a shower enclosure. We gave him a 50% deposit of $3,000 (for him to order supplies for the job he said). We did not hear from him for a couple of months, so we checked in with him to find out he hadn’t started the job, but he offered to return the deposit of $3k which we told him we wanted to do. Now it is mid May and, not only has he NOT returned our $3k deposit, he won’t even return any of our many emails. I did receive an Instagram direct message from his “manager” Brian (didn’t offer his last name) who gave many excuses and said that they’d never intentionally hurt anyone and he wanted to know what he could do to make it right. I wrote him back and let him know it was quite easy to make it right— just refund the $3,000 deposit as he had offered in Feb. Absolute silence after that— crickets. Since this has happened, I have done some investigating into Kidd Epps and have found out that we are not the only ones he’s ripped off unfortunately.Outright theft of $3,000. Stay far away from Kidd Epps /Kidd Epps Artshop. I have emails and the Instagram direct message which I’ll try to post which can back all of what I’m saying.

Same story: stay away from Kidd Epps! He took a $2800 deposit from me in August 2019 for a custom shelf job. Never saw him again. He strung me along for months and finally stopped responding to my calls/texts/emails in February. Outrageous and wrong.
