Bliss is truly the best. Their customer service is outstanding and they actually have products in stock. They have reputable USA-made brands that stand the test of them. I’ve done custom orders and purchased off the floor. I’ve been happy with every purchase.

Good variety of furniture. They have several vendors you can order furniture from and prices are mid level. Some good design items you can find. Not the cheapest place.

We had an unexpected guest arriving and needed to furnish a bedroom is a couple days. Bliss Home was one of the few area stores that have most of their stock available in their Nashville Warehouse. That meant that my daughter and I could choose furniture and pick it up on the same day! Amanda, the Bliss Home designer who assisted us, listened to our needs and worked with us to pull a few pieces together from around the store. She worked in partnership with the store manager to coordinate our pickup at the warehouse. The king bed frame, nightstand, lamp and rug look amazing in our space! I so appreciated the customer service. My daughter loved the selection and vibe of the store--we will definitely be back!

I had to buy a sofa while living in another state for my new home in Tennessee. We had been shopping for a sectional for several weeks and we’re totally overcome with the service and the advice and the price and all of the other things that have been missing in our visits with other providers. Especially, Samantha Baker, was a hit with us in all that she did and provided continuously. We got a special notice for upcoming Sales and ended up buying a table in addition to the sectional. To be good in sales you have to be a good listener and she obviously knows that philosophy and practices it well. The delivery team was on schedule and very professional.. Highly recommend!!

I came to Bliss Home after going to West Elm Looking for a new sofa several times as referred by a friend. I knew what I was looking for but needed help nailing down what felt like my style. I worked with Amanda who was super transparent and helpful. She eased my concerns that I was having after speaking to west elm about shipping/quality/price. They only carry high quality sofas from NC -which I knew was good quality. They let me take home the one I loved off of the floor and was delivered without 2 days! I will definitely be shopping at bliss Home for more furniture needs and referring everyone I know!

Bliss has been exceptional in coordinating with us to get a beautiful navy couch with chaise and then we’re SO PROMPT in coming back to do a repair when a connection piece was too short. And the move/repair team were both helpful & hilarious, bringing a lot of joy & expertise to the job!

We purchased a custom couch and received great service from Amanda from the time of ordering to delivery. The delivery staff had clean gloves and masks and it was a seamless drop off mid-pandemic. Would strongly recommend!

Love the furniture but Julia was so rude to me after buying furniture from there. I called to see when the delivery would be and she was not helpful and extremely rude and scoffed at me on the phone. I will go back but I will make sure to not buy from Julia.

We found ourselves needing some furniture very quickly after waiting 8 weeks on another furniture store and being told it would be another 2 weeks minimum to get what we ordered. We called Biliss and spoke to Pam and told her our problem and that we had to have some furniture asap in order to furnish a short term rental condo in Nashville. We dont live in Nashville so she had to send us pictures of some options. We had the furniture delivered the same week! Thank you for the great service Pam!

I love the comfortable, great looking sofa I bought from Bliss Home! The salesperson at the store was friendly and helpful. I bought the sofa on a Sunday and had it delivered on Tuesday. The delivery guys, Terrell and Hanny, were professional, on time (actually early), and experts at setting up the sofa for me. They didn’t bump or smudge any of my walls, and the sofa looked even better in my home than I remembered it in the store.

This is a great store. The selection and style is excellent. It’s a large building with a lot of unique pieces. Amanda was super to deal with. I came back the next day and bought more stuff. I walked in wanting to reorder something I purchased a few years ago -- but the manufacturer had almost doubled that product price (American Leather sleeper sofa). While I was ready to just leave, Amanda did a great job of listening to my need and coaching me (not selling me) into a different product line that was much more price conscious and environmentally friendly. I love the fun, unique breadth of this Tennessee-owned store. Buy local at Bliss! -- they care more and they help with decision-points in a way you just cannot match with online shopping.

One piece had a scratch when delivered and they replaced it within two days. We will definitely shop here again.

Its not bad, just not my style. It seemed more like furniture for my parents house type furniture.... and I am 40.
